The most caring and professional company I've ever employed to clean my carpets. Mr. King and his son arrived on time, sent a text ahead of time to say they were on their way and were thorough and did a great job. I would highly recommend them and will call them again. Finally found the right one!

They were very nice and showed up on time. They honestly couldn't be nicer. The problem is just after they left the next day I put down a new rug and my darn cat didnt like it i guess becuase he peed on in it in three places. So i decided to go out and buy a carpet cleaner to try and get the urine out of the rug and carpet. When using the new carpet cleaner it literally had black water in the used water tank like it has never been cleaned even though just was. I did the entire house with it and it was like this all over. Dumped four solid black water tanks. So I spent $300 for them to basically do nothing and then $250 for me to do it right. The carpet cleaners of today are so nice. Rather than just spray a solution down and suck it up like the pros do these actually have rollers and brushes that scrub the carpet. Common sense says of course it would work better. Very odd circumstances for this to happen but seriously don't waste the money buy your own and you'll get much cleaner carpet. Mine now looks AMAZING!!

That was great. Real nice I like the color the stain that they picked out because it is different from the one living room. We may call them again to see if they could stain the living room that color. The edge of the dinning room that went into the living room they didn't straighten that edge out and it kinda bled into the living room color and the living room is lighter than the color they put on. Just that little seam there so I just put a rug over it. They came, said and did what they were supposed to do and called an told us they were coming. Yes, I would use this provider again.

We had our basement carpet cleaned before we moved into our house and for how bad it was it looked so much better. I feel comfortable putting my stuff down there now. They did a great job with the carpet that was there. We also had our air ducts cleaned and I could tell they did a throughout job. I could already smell the difference. And they fit us in on short notice so we could move in on Friday. They were also kind and respectful to us and our property. I would definitely use this business again and have recommended them already.

Jonathan and his son Jamal were extremely professional, punctual, courteous and knowledgeable about carpet. We initially scheduled an appointment with a different company. We decided to get another estimate. After speaking with Jonathan about the care and treatment of carpet, we were sold. He took the time to listen and then he provided his knowledge and expertise. He wasn't simply trying to get the sale. He earned the business. The prior service provider was polite but he was more focused on scheduling and his price was low. King of Kings Carpet Cleaning was about 50% higher than the other. It was worth it. They were here for two hours. We buy on quality, expertise and knowledge. Price is not our only criteria. The carpet looks amazing. He removed some spots that we thought would never go away. They provide unlimited carpet spot remover. They left us footies for our family until the carpet dried. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to everyone.

He did a good job. I thought their price was fine. I would absolutely use them in the future. When they put the pad down, they seamed it in a lot of places which I asked them not to do. That was the only thing that was less than I requested.

Mr. King and his son were very professional and friendly. I have pets so both couches needed cleaned. They did a great job! I would definitely hire them for future services. I originally bought the sofa coupon but then worked with the provider to include both the sectional and sofa in the cleaning for an updated price. The price was very reasonable. We have owned the furniture for about four years and I had not done this before. Furniture looks brand new. I may have this done annually now and will use Mr. King if I do. Thanks!

Jonathan is one of the most genuine people I have met. He is sincere, very knowledgeable about carpet care and passionate about cleaning carpet and educating the customer. Our carpet is 13 years old and this is the second time we have used King of Kings carpet cleaning. The carpet looked nearly new again, and he was able to get most of the pet stains out. We should have used his spot remover sooner on these stains. I've used several carpet cleaners in the past but King of Kings is the only one I will use now. I bought a "deal" off Angie's List for cleaning but didn't know that my 5th floor condo couldn't be cleaned with their truck mounted carpet cleaner. However the company was happy to allow me to use my deal towards the cost of some carpet seam repair. Excellent people to work with!

It was ok. They were trying to clean it to an acceptable level but I still had to replace the carpet. It was a waste of $218. The renters in the house had made it really dirty. He thought he could get it to an acceptable level but he couldn’t. It took 3 hours. It was a big deal purchase. There was no extra charge.
