King of Kings Carpet Cleaning

Very responsive. We needed someone to arrive at a specific time and date. He was waiting at my house for us after we closed on our new home. He applied Angie's List discount twice, since we had so many square feet to clean. Quality job!

Very pleasant to deal with but when figured out how much I spent on the "Big Deal" & for just cleaning the area's they did. I realized that it was very expensive per square foot compared to other service providers.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I spent $50 more for their service. I thought it was pretty impressive. It was more than just a business to them, they really get into what they were doing.

They were very professional and did a good job.

I bought the coupon ($200) to clean 1250 sq. ft. off Angie's List on a Saturday. They messaged me back and said thank you they would call on Monday to schedule, which they did. It was scheduled for Wednesday (2 days later). They arrived on time. They did a very nice job. We had them clean 15 steps as well ($3 per step). Very professional and they did a wonderful job.

. I showed Jonathan what the grout was supposed to look like and he told me that he doubted it would look like that when they finished and it might require staining. They went right to work on scrubbing the grout and honestly when it was all said and done the results were fantastic and I think they were as amazed as I was at how clean the grout out. They did a wonderful job cleaning the tile and grout in the areas I requested and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. I purchased a deal for 500 square feet and didn't use that much so the job probably could have been done a little cheaper but I doubt it could have been done any better.

They were here when they said they would be here. The company is very friendly, they are nice people, good people and they did a good job. They were even a half hour early.

Jonathan showed up right on time and was very friendly and professional. I spoke with him about the job and we walked through the house highlighting areas of concern. I left to run errands and when I return he had finished up and the carpet looked great. I would use him again and would recommend him to friends. Great job, very professional, very trustworthy.

Excellent service provider. Not only was he and his colleague prompt, he also was extremely courteous and provided me with information to best care for my upholstery and carpet after the service was completed. Did I mention my furniture looks great? I would definitely use King of Kings again!

This was a great compan to work with They scheduled around an event I was hosting at my house, emailed a reminder the day before, called en route and arrived on time. Both gentlemen were extremely professional and brought a packet of information about their services. The only issue I had was with price for adding the children's chair, which was $39 plus tax. I thought this was a little steep, although I've never had this type of service performed before so perhaps this is standard pricing policy. I thought the follow up call I received to ask about my satisfaction was a nice touch. All in all, I'd be happy to use this company again if the need arises.

Jonathan is very professional and polite. He and his son arrived on time and we reviewed the work I wanted done. He quoted me in advance since I added on some areas. Jonathan was able to get out an annoying red stain from my step son's carpet (do to a losing incident with a tipped over volcano), however, when everything dried my family room looked horrible. Jonathan came back out and explained that the cleaning had raised pet stains in the carpet that had settled into the pad. He treated the areas and spot cleaned them. After it dried, it still looked awful. Rather than call Jonathan again, I called another company I have used in the past. They were able to clean the carpet again and this time it looks much better. I watched the second company when he cleaned it, and it didnt look like he did anything special to get the carpets cleaned. Both companies use truck mounted hoses so I would have expected the quality to be similar. Going through the reviews, it looks like many other people have had a great experience with Jonathan and perhaps this was a fluke. **Update** After Jonathan read my review, he promptly contacted me, apologized and offered to reimburse us for the amount of the second cleaning. Certainly a very honorable business man. My husband and I appreciated his efforts very much.

Excellent experience! They breathed new life into my sofa and loveseat. Jonathon runs a top notch service. I would highly recommend to anyone.

My 6-year-old threw up on my light beige carpeting after eating a bunch of red-dyed Valentine's Day candy. My attempts to clean it just made it look like something had been killed on the carpet and I'd done a terrible job of wiping up the blood. Since it was food dye, I figured I'd never be able to get it up, but Jonathan restored the carpet to like-new condition. You can't imagine my joy! I really thought it was an exercise in futility and that I'd have to put down a throw rug until I was able to replace the carpet. But no, it looks lovely. I got the rest of the high traffic areas of my house cleaned as well, and everything looks wonderful. My teenage daughter had (somehow) gotten mascara or eyeliner all over the hall carpeting a few years ago. I didn't even point it out to Jonathan because I didn't think it would ever come up, but it DID! I've had many companies clean my carpeting (and most of them did a fine job), but Jonathan took it to a new level. He put up a barrier around the front door so that as little heat as possible escaped. I've never seen anyone do that before. I found that incredibly thoughtful and respectful. King of Kings did a wonderful job--to the extent that I called a friend and recommended them before they'd even left! Jonathan is thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. He takes a great deal of pride in his work, and it's clear that this is his career, not a fly by night past time. They've just made a lifelong customer of me.

They did a great job. The work had to be rescheduled because our first appointment happened to coincide with subzero temperatures. They called the night before to reschedule, and were very apologetic, even though the weather is obviously not under control. Rescheduled for the following week. They arrived on time, and really did a great job. We used an Angie's List "Big Deal", and had them clean an additional two rooms. The last time our carpets were cleaned (another Angie's List coupon with a different company), a lot of spots and stains were left behind. Not this time - King of Kings got all of those spots out (and plenty of new spots - we have a 4 year old). Glad to have a company we'll feel comfortable calling again.

We were satisfied with the quality. He did a really good job. He was respectful and friendly. They did a great job. I would use them again in the future.

Two men showed up to the job. The owner and an assistant. They were punctuational, professional and did a fantastic job.

Jonathan was very punctual, personable, and did an outstanding job, explaining what they were going to do as well as tip for any follow up care and pet considerations for us. He was very knowledgeable and take his job seriously, and we would recommend them to anyone.

Overall, it went well. They were responsive, professional, and courteous. My only disappointment was in that they did not move the furniture to clean and missed our stairs. I found this out after they left, as we couldn't walk on the carpets until they were dry. When we moved our furniture, I found spots that obviously had not even been touched, which was disappointing. We were moving to a new city that week, or else I would have contacted them about it. However, that said, I didn't confirm with them or explicitly ask them to move the furniture to clean. I assumed it would be done, having never hired professional carpet cleaners before. Hence, the fair rating. Overall, though, the carpets looked AMAZING when they finished. So the areas they did clean, they did a fantastic job. The carpets looked new.

We utilized King of Kings to clean our sectional prior to a family gathering and they did an AMAZING job, going above and beyond to explain what they were doing and the importance of each step that they took. Extremely professional company and will certainly use for future carpet needs!!

They did a fine job, cleaned broaloom, area rug and a sofa. very professional. They took great care getting equipment in and out of the house. This was a chore since they were working on the 2nd and 3rd floor. I recommend their service highly.

Overall the experience was amazing. Jonathan was polite and informative about the process from start to finish. My appointment was kept, they even came early and were courteous enough to call and check that that was okay. The process took about an hour and a half and Johathan explained everything that I needed to do as a follow-up to the cleaning. Jonathan also did a very nice job of explaining his carpet cleaning business and how he separated himself from his competitors without being overly pushy. Overall, very pleasant experience.
