The company responded quickly to my initial calls, the father-son team showed on time, and they acted politely while at the house. Unfortunately, the quality of the work left something to be desired, and I almost feel as though the carpets looked worse despite two attempts at cleaning them.

He return to clean a small area that I was not satisfied with the cleaning on the initial trip. He did a great job.

All the air ducts were cleaned, way overdue. I already feel the difference.I feel that an thorough job was done and was given tip on the type of furnace filter I should be using.Air quality is better.I was shown an lot of debris,dirt particles,which was amazing.Glad I called Air Busters.

Called last week for an appointment to have my carpets cleaned. Mr. King came Tues. the 22nd at the scheduled time. I have used his carpet services before. He does a fantastic job. My carpets look like they did when they were first installed. The price was very reasonable. Always a pleasure to do business with him. I will not be using anyone else to do my carpet cleaning.

Everything turned out well. The two-person crew showed on time, did a good job with the cleaning, and acted courteously. Scheduling, which was done by email, was easy too.

I called them on 6/30/14 for a short time fuse cleaning job at my rental. They were able to work me in the next day. They showed up 1/2 hour early (after calling me to see if it was okay to come early). They cleaned four rooms and a staircase and landing. Since this was a rental, several rooms were heavily stained. I had been all set to replace the carpeting for around $1300 but my wife convinced me to try a carpet cleaner first. They completed the job in about an hour. The carpet stains all came out and the carpet looks like new. I would definitely use them again and probably use them for my own house in the near future. They were very nice, professional and courteous.

It went great. He did a great job. When he was finished, everything looked great.

This company is one of the best. They arrived on time, did what they said they were going to do, and did a great job. We hired them to clean 2700 sq. ft. of carpet and clean and reseal grout in the tile floors. (70% carpet & 30% tile). I doubt if the grout had ever been cleaned and who knows about the carpet (we just bought the house). We had a painting contractor show up early to give us a quote while John was still there. John never broke stride and gave him footies to wear while he measured for a painting quote. I have cleaned other carpet myself and have had it "professionally" cleaned by commercial contractors but have never seen some of the equipment used by John. After talking to John I found out he has attended training schools to learn the proper floor care processes. He is not just some guy with a machine and soap who is doing this because he got laid off from his regular job. It is obvious to me the he cares a great deal about doing a good job the right way. If you want it done right and done without problems, call John at King of Kings. I did not comment on the price since I have never had carpet/tile service like this to compare it to.

They arrived early, (I told them ahead of time would be OK,) put on shoes covers, walked through the areas to be cleaned noting any spots, cleaned and sprayed certain areas. They gave me hints on how to treat future spots and gave me a bottle of cleaner to use. They were very courteous& professional. The carpets took a long time (over 24 hours in some areas without a fan) to dry. I don't know if more moisture should have been extracted or not but the drying time was also influenced by the weather. They were here about 1 3/4 hours. They left us a pair of shoe covers for each member of the household, that made it much easier to move about the home. The price was more than what I was used to paying but hopefully the carpets got a deeper cleaning.

I was having a hard time finding someone who would agree to pick up and relay the rug. I am unable to do anything like that, and I suspect I am not alone. They came when they said they would, the cleaned the rug beautifully. I had had a puppy, and the rug reeked of urine. There were rust stains. They did a wonderful job, got out almost all the rust, and the smell and the stains. The retuned the rug when they said they would, went out of their way to get it to me at a time that was convenient to me, and relaid it. I could not be more pleased.

Jonathan and his son provided excellent service - I had just moved into my home the month before, and there were significant dirt / animal stains left on the carpet by the previous tenants. Jonathan went over the stained areas many times to remove as much of the stains as possible, and promptly followed up with me by phone and email after the service to make sure I was satisfied (I was). He is really knowledgeable about his business, and obviously cares about the quality of his work and the happiness of his customers. I will definitely be contacting him in the future for ongoing carpet cleaning needs. One thing to note > I had purchased an Angie's list deal for the carpet cleaning service...I don't think that included stairs, but Jonathan threw that in free for me. He also left me with a bottle of professional grade touch-up cleaner, and offered to refill it whenever needed. Overall, I'm very pleased with his service.

I had purchased a deal to have my couch and love seat cleaned. They were quick to respond, schedule an appointment and performed their services as expected. Would certainly consider them again for any future carpet or upholstery cleaning needs.

We woke up one Saturday morning to significant flooding and water damage that originated in our 2nd floor bathroom. We previous had Jonathan and his staff do upholstery cleaning for us and had an excellent experience, so we called them immediately. They arrived less than 2 hours later and got to work drying everything - the water damage extended to all three floors of our house. He brought in a tech to take care of venting the drywall and checked on the progress daily until it was dry enough to repair. He reststretched carpets, had the drywall/ceilings repaired and painted, and cleaned the carpet where the water had flooded. His service is superb, his staff is friendly and professional. He is great with my young children when he is here. We will call him anytime we need work done that his company provides.

It went okay. They did a fine job and they did pretty much the whole house but there was a little confusion or discrepancy, they were under the impression to cover four areas and that was written in there and they claimed that's what it should have been but they went ahead and cleaned all the areas just the same. The price was good and I would say they did a good work.

It went well. They did a good job. I added on a little bit of optional services. The owner was the person in charge and he was very nice and helpful. He seemed like a trustworthy person.

They are wonderful! Came quickly due to accommodate our schedule and gave us a discount off of their regular pricing. The furniture looks great and we will definitely use them again!

I was contacted within 24 hours of purchasing the Big Deal and a date for services was set. The arrived on time and immediately started the job. Jonathan and his son explained what they were going to do and set about the project. In about 90 minutes the task was complete. They were very professional and left me information regarding "aftercare" of the pieces when they finished.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was great. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They did a great job.

They were excellent to work with--both professional and friendly. They called me to confirm the arrival time, did a careful inspection of the carpets to identify spots that needed extra care; I had some stains from dogs which they paid extra attention to and those came up nicely. I appreciated that they took measurements of each room and let me know that they would be on file so they could provide a quote before coming out if I only wanted specific rooms cleaned. I also really liked their consideration for the cost of heat because they put an air block around the door which the cleaning hose came through to access the house. This reduced heat loss and kept the house more comfortable. Jonathan also gave me a pair of shoe coverings so I could walk around the house while the carpet was drying to keep soil off the damp carpet At the end of the cleaning process, we did a walk through to ensure that I was satisfied, gave me some tips to increase the speed of drying and to take care of carpets between cleanings. I will hire King of Kings Carpets again and would highly recommend them to others. They are the best carpet cleaner with which I've worked!

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it worked out really well. I am continuing to use them consistently. They were extremely customer oriented. They sent me 2 handwritten thank you notes for thank you, and I have used them after that to clean more carpets. I have also signed them up to be cleaning my carpets every 6 months. The third time, my carpet was separating from my board, and they came out within a day to stretch my carpet back.

quick response and service. I had two couches that were cleaned, I requested that one of them be cleaned more thoroughly. Work was done quickly and equal time was spent on both couches. The couch that needed more cleaning is still in need of some more detailed work, other couch turned out just fine. Will not use this company again simply because I do not typically require upholstry cleaning.

I had used King of King carpets previously and was very pleased. The work was excellent, but JOn and his son are two of the nicest people I have worked with. I have referred this compnay to several friends and will definitely continue to use them.
