They were good. I have used them only once through one of the deals I purchased of Angie’s List. They did really well and were courteous. They did good work and did it quickly. I would use them again in the future.

Very professional and did a great job. I would definitely use them again. They were in contact with me several times before our appointment to confirm and give status of arrival time. This is the first time I have ever used an outside firm to clean my carpets and the experience was well worth it.

AMAZING. That pretty much sums it up. We knew this home was going to be a lot of work, but I was amazed at how dirty the place was when we moved in. I read the reviews and decided to give King of Kings a try - and I am SO glad we did. I know that the cheap carpet cleaners are a "get what you pay for" service and I did not want to go that route. I called King of Kings and explained all of the services we were looking for. Jonathan set up a time (4 days later) to come out and do the work. They were at our house all day. The vent cleaning was by-far the biggest transformation. The house no longer smelled like their dog and he showed me what they pulled out -- GROSS! We have a toddler and I feel so much better about the air she is breathing now. The carpets look so much better! They will eventually need to be replaced, but this really bought us some time. I had also requested Tile/Grout cleaning as well as Hardwood Floor cleaning. After they did a few test areas and inspection we found that our grout was in such bad shape that it really can't be cleaned at such high pressure. He also recommended that we have the hardwoods professionally inspected and buffed. We are working with him on other projects for the future and we will be getting on their service plan for regular cleanings to keep things nice!!! USE THESE GUYS!! They are prompt, professional, clean and thorough!!

They did a fabulous and good job. They sanitized and cleaned some of the grouted areas. They cleaned 4 rooms. The grouting was in the hallway. They are professional, knowledgeable, informative, and I would recommend them without hesitation.

We purchased the Angie's List deal from King of Kings Carpet Cleaning and the experience was very positive from start to finish. They're a small company but generally we found their level of professionalism quite high. I won't say they're the cheapest service we've ever used but I can't complain about the results. They were able to get out some significant stains from our high traffic areas. This experience proves that you don't need to go with one of the big companies to get good carpet cleaning service.

Kings carpet was on time and courteous. The carpets were well cleaned and the procedure well explained.

a small mistake on service address delied the work for about 30 minutes. other than that. it was great. paid extra $50 for a the hall way and they cleaned the small living room for free.

We were very pleased with this service and experience. The staff contacted us quickly to set the appointment up. We were able to schedule the service within a few days and everything went as advertised. The staff were very professional and very thorough and we were quite pleased with the results. We will definitely call them back.

The work turned out fantastic. Jonathon explained the process and he really did the best worked that I have ever had of anyone cleaning carpets. He showed me what the carpets originally looked like because I have an area rug on top of the carpet so he could show the difference between the two. He was very thorough and he knew exactly what he was talking about. I would use them again. I purchased the service through a groupon and he gave me small discount cards to pass out.

There wasn?t anything about them that I disliked; I thought they were very good. They were very friendly and thorough, and they got up all of the spots. For what they did, I think the price was right. I would recommend them.

I was out of town and my husband decided to surprise me with clean carpeting when I got home. It was great to see my house look so good--without having to lift a finger!

I went from a house that has a lot of carpet to one with little carpet so now I haven?t used them at all since. They were very professional. They have a newsletter to give you with ideas on how to keep your carpet clean and how to do a spot treatment. It was good.

The carpet installation in 2007 went very well. The installers were very professional and efficient. The carpet cleaning in Nov. 2009 also went very well. Overall we were impressed with Mr. King and his company, and we would recommend doing business with him.

When we called, he advised us he had two people before us. He showed up at 9:00 at night and worked until 11:00pm to remove the carpet and pad to begin air drying. Then, the next day he came in with huge fans to dry the area. He checked the walls and found the water had gone up the walls. He also had someone come in and removed the baseboards. The entire week while we were on vacation he came back to work. He had to rip the carpet in order to take up the padding, but was able to salvage the carpet. He replaced the padding and relaid the carpet. He then came back to clean the entire area of carpet, along with also cleaning the upstairs. He is a wonderful Christian man and I felt very comfortable with having him be in my home. Also, while we were on vacation he stayed in contact with our neighbor, our insurance company, and us. The contact was wonderful.

They are very conscientious, my carpets felt like new. They've removed paint, stains and cranberry juice. They're amazing. I've used them many times.
