Description of Work: We purchased a love seat cleaning, but also knew we wanted a lot of the carpet cleaned too. In our email conversations prior to the service, we told them that. When they arrived, we did a walk through of the house and I showed them the areas I wanted cleaned. They gave me a quote that was very reasonable, so we ended up having the carpets cleaned in almost every room of the house. They gave us some special deals on the steps and some other areas because of the quantity. I was very happy with the results and the wonderful service. For not knowing how long they would be doing this, they didn't complain or make me feel rushed. This is my second time using them and I know we will be calling them next time too.

Description of Work: They cleaned my air vents/ducts (this is the first time as a homeowner in over 20 years that I've had this type of work done at either of my homes). I've heard of scams where the company advertises one price and then tells you of more money needed once they get to your home so I was skeptical at first. But they did the job and did it well. My brother was at my home when they did the job and had nothing but good things to say. When I arrived home I could smell the freshness in the air and instantly could tell the difference as I didn't see a ton of dust particles floating in the air as I had been all these years. I can't remember the exact date of service so the date I placed is from what I can recall but I do believe it was in early October. I plan on using this company again for their carpet cleaning services very soon.

Description of Work: They cleaned our fabric sofa and loveseat. The team appears to have done a great job but the results were not that great possibly because of our 10+ years old sofa set. So I'm not really sure how to rate them as I don't have a benchmark.

Description of Work: Cleaned, deodorized and applied protectant. They were back the next day after i had a problem and they redid the area again. They did a fabulous job on carpets and furniture. I highly recommend them. It's also family owned.

Description of Work: Nice friendly people, just not a clean and professional job when it came to how they performed the cleaning process of my furniture. Sprayed cleaning solution all over the furniture without protecting the brand new wood floors (thank god it didn't hurt the floors!). The floor was completely covered and sticky with cleaning solution and they were completely oblivious to that fact. They then left without even attempting to clean up the mess. For that, I wouldn't recommend this company at all. Totally disrespectful of the environment that they were working in.

Description of Work: I used the "Big Deal" that I purchased for the services of King of Kings Carpet Cleaning. They did upholstery cleaning.

Description of Work: Long story short, we just purchased a new house and got possession later than anticipate which gave us very little time to move. The carpets did not appear that bad at the final walk through; however, after the final pieces of furniture were removed and we walked through the house empty the morning of the move, I found the family room carpet had an almost black line of dirt in the high traffic area where the previous owner's couch was placed. It was disgusting!! Initially, I thought I would have to replace the carpet. Originally, I was going to have all of the carpets in the house cleaned in the house, but it was humid and raining that day. We were racing to get carpets cleaned and dry before the movers arrived a few hours later. Jonathan was always quick to respond to my phone calls and questions throughout the house drama , flexible with my ever changing situation, professional, and offered his best advice on how to get the best from my money using the Angie's list deal offered. Even though he did not think he could get the stains out of the family room carpet with our time constraint the morning that he arrived (early to accommodate my tight timeline), we quickly decided instead to start by focusing focus his time on this main dirty area (instead of deciding to replace the carpet all together). He worked on a few other smaller rooms with unidentified stains in the house. Now, the stains are gone along with others he noticed in various rooms, and the carpets were dry just in time for before the movers arrived. this saved me the $$ I would have otherwise spent on a new carpet for this area. My friends and family who were present to help with the move and have used other professional carpet cleaners were also very impressed. Also, my young daughter has severe allergies, the cleaning solution used (including in her bedroom) had no smell and did not affect her at all. I plan to call Jonathan back to finish the rest of the house as soon as we are settled! And, my friends plan to call Jonathan the next time they need a reliable carpet cleaner. Jonathan is professional, trustworthy, on-time, flexible, and always happy to help.
