Very well!!

I know these rating seem too good to be true, but over the years we've moved several times and invariably I would be displeased about something. So, it was such a pleasant experience to have everything go right.

They were very friendly and were able to come out an hour after I called them and completed the work in less than half an hour without bumping into the wall, it was a great job!

I thought they were excellent. They were very careful. I would definitely recommend them. It's better to communicate with them by phone rather than email.

This three man crew was fantastic. They showed up on time and hustled through the entire moving process. They also were personable and friendly while doing it. They took great care with my items and all were delivered without damage. They actually came in slightly under estimate and were truly appreciative of the tip for their hard work. If I ever move locally again they will be me first call. They were also significantly cheaper than other companies we spoke to ( $150 which was about 30%).

I was about 90% pleased. He quoted me a price over the phone and we stayed with that. I was disappointed that they did not come out before hand to assess the situation. I confirmed the start time two days before the move. The day of, they were late and when I called them they said they had been trying to reach me but our phone was turned off. I was disappointed that there was a miscommunication and they were about an hour and fifteen minutes late. They took off with the truck with out asking me if anything else needed to be moved. I talked to the owner and he offered to remedy the situation with a smaller truck free of charge. There was three men and one truck. I had a couple of extension cords that came up missing. The company said they would replace them, but I never heard back from them.

Move went great in less than three hours. Could not have been more pleased. We highly recommend this company for any of your moving needs.

I had originally contacted Mr Mover who was supposed to come and give me a quote. Instead of this happening Mr Mover gave my contact information to Jones Family Movers without informing me. Justin was prompt in initially contacting me. There was some difficulty in getting them coordinated to come out and either give me an estimate or do the job. After playing phone tag for 3 days, they finally showed up-a couple hours later than promised and accomplished the move without damaging the furniture or the house. They were professional and helpful while they were on the job. They ended up charging me less than originally quoted (120) because they were able to accomplish the job with three men.

I set up the move with Mr. Movers, but I believe Mr. Movers subcontracted this job. It was originally scheduled for two movers. When they arrived, four movers came for the job. Justin Jones was the lead mover. His crew did an incredible job caring for this stove during move. The move went as smooth as silk. They were able to navigate tight doorways with ease, and they covered the carpets with blankets to prevent damage. Even with four movers, they remained at the original quote of $160 for a Sunday job. I couldn't have asked for a more professional and friendly crew. They have our highest compliments.

They were great to work with. They answered the phone when I called, gave me an estimate and showed up when they promised. They took great care with the furniture.

Upon calling the company, left a message on VM. Justin was very prompt in returning my call. He was able to schedule within the week. Justin and Mark met me at the storage unit. They were extremely courteous and professional. I was impressed with the care they took in handling/moving each piece of furniture. I would definitely use recommend them and use them again in the future.

Justin was easy to reach, and I was able to schedule the move on the day I wanted. The three men worked very hard and fast. They were careful with the furniture and appliances. They charge $85 per hour for 3 men working and $70 per hour for 2. There is also a one-hour travel charge.
