Description of Work: I hired them to check out and fix two mercury lamps that were inoperative on my residential property. They contacted me reasonably quickly. They wanted me to go up on a ladder, dissemble the unit, tell them which ballast and bulbs were required THEN they would come out. After me having to do all, which is what I was trying to avoid, I simply fixed it myself. They should have sent someone out to look at it or offered for me to at least send them a photo of the units in question. My fix was about $25. Angie's List reimbursed me my money. The date is approx.
