They seem to really want to make it right, not just rushing to get the job done, but also not trying to take longer to make more money! I am extremely happy!!! Also they had to come back to finish some of the work and they were able to come back the very next day so that all my work could be finished! Great company!

He has worked for me in the past. I have made an appointment for him to come out again. I wasn't there when he came out because this was outside, so it didn't matter if I was there, but he came out within a week, which was fine. The light turned out fine. He is a good electrician. The price is reasonable.

They showed up when they promised, called before arrival, gave me a very fair price, and did a great job. I have already asked them to do some additional work for me.

Called when he was on his way and showed up on time. The work took about an hour and a half which is about what I expected. I got a small discount because of Angie's list, so that's nice. In essence, he installed a combo electrical outlet & cable pass-thru up high on the wall, ran a 30-foot RedMere technology unidirectional HDMI cable up the bedroom wall, through the attic and down to this location and finally helped to install the TV mount. I provided the combo outlet/cable race, the 30-foot HDMI cable and the TV mount (yay monoprice.com) while he provided the electric box that was needed, electrical wire and, of course the labor. Everything fired up and it works great - and now the wife is happy to be able to watch the news in the morning while she's getting ready.

They were great. The staff was very very good. I would highly recommend them, good work and honest.

We could not have been happier. The response was prompt, a quote was given, and the work was completed within a week. The electrician who came to our home was prompt, courteous, and efficient. The work came in under quote. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I called this provider on Monday to look at some dead outlets. He suggested it might GFCI related and i did explain I had reset all GFCI outlets and still have dead outlets. He said he could have someone stop over the next day to look at i and it would be time and materials. He took down my address and phone number but would not give me a time. He said his agent will call within 30 minutes of arriving, so I would have to basically wait until he calls. The next day comes and I can't stay home waiting all day for this agent, so I go to work with plan of making it back home within the allotted 30 minutes. Hours go by and finally I decided to call him again at 3:30 because he said his agent will show up in the afternoon. WHen he answers I ask if his agent is planning on coming and he said the agent called, showed up and no one was there so he leaves his card and leaves. I told him I never received a call and he insists that his agent called and showed up. I asked for the number he called and he reads me the number and .. Low and behold.. Its a wrong number. This time I was upset that he wrote the number down incorrectly but I understand that happens. I ask for another next day visit and he said he is booked till next week. I expressed why this was upsetting and he starts blaming me for giving him the wrong number and continues to re-iterate that his agent called and showed up. We exchanged word (non vulgar) and he hangs up. Long story short, I WOULD ADVISE CAUTION WHEN DEALING WITH THIS PROVIDER. I KNOW I WILL NEVER SOLICIT HIS BUSINESS AGAIN!!

From beginning to the end, we couldn't be more pleased. They scheduled quickly. We were pleasantly surprised when we received the estimate, that if we wanted, they could do the work immediately. We have already passed their info on to our parents and friends.

Perfect, finished in 2 hours, l3ft everything clean. Rick is a great guy and a great electrician. Highly recommend.

The electrician was on time courteous and did the job quick and clean. The company was one of the few that answered the phone when I originally was calling around to get some estimates, scheduling the appointment was easy. Can't ask for much more, quick, easy, and clean.

He straightened them, replaced bulbs and reset the timer. They look like new!

Wonderful experience! I purchased a "Hot Deal" which consisted of an electrician for three hours with Joe Gioffre Electric Co. Joe responded quickly and scheduled a time for the work to be done. They were able to honor the date that I requested, which I really appreciated, because I was working within a deadline. I received a call from Rick the day he was scheduled, giving me his estimated time of arrival. Rick worked quickly, efficiently and did a great job. He was pleasant and most importantly, completed the work within the time frame of the "Hot Deal." It was a great experience from beginning to end and I would absolutely hire them again for any electrical work.

All areas were corrected or installed to our complete satisfaction. The switches now work as originally intended. The fan performs without a hitch. The overhead fixture is now operating and the new outlets hold a plug without fail. The technician was personable, professional, and quick. Something I noticed the next day: We had an overhead light whose housing was ajar. Nothing major mind you, but he must have noticed it because he fixed it. An extra step was taken in providing full service and I appreciate that. It told me volumes about the man and the company. Outstanding people, outstanding work, and an outstanding experience. They have my sincere gratitude and highest possible endorsement.

The main light source in my master bedroom was not working. The fan switch worked but the light switch did not work. The provider checked to make sure electricity was coming into the fan, which it was, so he installed a new ceiling fan that I had purchased. He even offered to take my old fan off my hands. He worked professionally and very quickly. I would hire him again for electrical needs.

Joe Gioffre called and confirmed my work dates right away. His electrician Rick called before he came out and arrived 5 minutes early...on New Years day! Even thou very few electricians have ever seen load controllers, Rick took his time, studied it and began the process of getting this old 70's obsolete technology out of the way of new work updates. Keep in mind, this deal is purchasing a block of 3 hours labor. If you are thinking about using Joe and Rick for a simple light switch replacement you will be disappointed spending $285. because Rick will be done in about 30 seconds. I planed to use all of this time, Two load controllers removed and a new 240 circuit installed from the breaker to the outside unit. I planed and had all of the material, breakers, wire, flex conduit, water proof exterior connector and disconnect box. I was so ready Rick offered to help pick up the exterior heat pump carry it out, place it and finish the job. I bolted it down and he finished the install...done 100% Rick moves so fast he checked the circuit, cleaned up and I still had 30 mins. on the clock for me to distract him with more hunting stories. Take this deal if you have a remodel job and it will take you a weekend to finish. Rick will finish the project right and you didn't burn your house down. I'll be calling them back to wire my shop and master bedroom remodel.

Purchased coupon and provider called next day to schedule appt. Tech arrived early and installed fan. To that point, no issues. Currently, the lights in the fan appear to be shorting out. I am contacting provider to send tech back out review install to ensure all wires were hooked up correctly..... i will update review after tech visit.....Amazingly, tech showed up next day and resolved issue.. GREAT SERVICE; GREAT TECH; GREAT FOLLOWUP I would highly recommend!!!!!!!!

He called to update me about what time he would arrive and was right on time. He was friendly and efficient. The light was quickly installed and he asked if I had any other electrical problems for him to look at. I was pleased with the service.

With Joe you get a true customer relationship. When building my commercial business which needed a wide range of electrical services, I interviewed many electricians claiming this expertise but Joe was the only one who had the knowledge and was affordable. Joes first work for me involved mapping out a floor plan, load balances of industrial machinery and provide for future expansion . The original install was perfect, expansion friendly and completed in a very timely and professional manner on budget. My needs where very dynamic and Joe worked with these changes gracefully and always kept me accurately informed of budget changes upfront. Joes right hand man, Rickie, was wonderful on sight and completed work like it was for himself. He was always on-time, pleasant, conscientious, respectful and always kept the work area cleaned up at the end of each day. Since then I have used Joe for every electrical need, which have been many, for both our primary and secondary home and my business. Much of this work presented some real electrical challenges that would have stopped others in their tracks. Joe has always been successful for me with solid economical solutions.
