Joe handles the appointments and was very helpful working around my schedule. Rick came to the house and did a GREAT job, he is very professional and such a nice fellow. You can tell Rick really takes pride in his work and he wants you to be happy when he's done. I've given their names to many of my friends and listed them on my neighborhood next door page. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat, I would also definitely ask that Rick do the work. I really can not say enough good things about this company.

Rick did a great job. We had purchased the ceiling fan and light fixtures for him to install. Turns out we were able to return one of the fixtures because he was able to fix the old one that appeared (to us) to be broken. In addition, he helped us understand how to replace a recessed bulb in the kitchen ceiling that we didn't know how to replace...that was an unexpected bonus. All in all they did a great job, and we'll definitely hire them again for future electrical needs.

Mr. Gioffre took my initialcall and said a ceiling fan replacement would run around $97 if it was a simple install. He said the outlet would be time and labor and said they were scheduling about a week out. I made an appointment for the following week. Rick called to give me a heads up that he'd be on his way soon. He was on time and even earlier than I thought, which was nice because I took time of work to be home. He figured out the outlet situation and put in a new one to replace the one that blew. He removed the other at my request as it was not working and I didn't need it. He then put in the new bathroom fan. He was very friendly and professional. I couldn't believe the price especially since another provider's estimate was do high.

I called this company this morning because our dimmer switch had stopped working and I could not turn off the light. The owner, Mr.Gioffre assured me that they could replace the defective part. He was able to schedule the work for this same day, and I was very happy. Rick came out and was friendly and efficient. He did a wonderful job with the work and now I have a brand new switch and it works perfectly.

Things went very well. The electrician came out on time, on the day he said he would, and performed the job he was hired to do. I can't ask for anymore than that. I would definitely use them again for other electrical-related projects.

I had talked with Joe on the phone about a few jobs, two very complicated and one very simple. He was condescending on the phone during our two longish conversations (I'm a woman) but I decided to hire him anyway for the simple job. I set a date that was a few weeks out, so the day before I called to confirm. No response that day, so I called the following morning. Again, no response after a few hours. So, since I am also a busy person, I decided to not leave work and risk having him not show up. Some time after the start of our window, he did call me but his message was, again, impolite. So I let him know I'd be hiring someone else. He'd be very well served by hiring a secretary.

Came and installed ceiling fan.

Really great! Everything was done in a timely manner, roughly an hour and a half. They gave me advice on other jobs I thought we could squeeze in, as well as ones I thought I needed done, but did not. I would definitely recommend them to any one in need of an Electrician.

Fine. Nothing special. The electrician worked quickly and efficently. Clean up could have been better--some wire trimmings, old pieces and small parts were left where they fell.

The electrican arrived on time and was very professsional. He did an awesome job and we would hire this company in a heart beat. We were very happy with the service and the price.

We received several quotes for the work we needed and they were the lowest on almost all items. Rick stood out from the rest because he took the time to trace several of the knob and tube lines and explained approx. where they would need make cuts in the walls to run the new wire. The knob and tube removal and rewire took them two full days. It was a messy job, as Rick made sure to explain to us when he provided a quote, but they cleaned up after themselves. Rick came back and finish the jobs a few days later. Everything came in at or below the quote. Rick, Joe and the other gentlemen (I forgot his name) were all professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Will use them again for an future electrical needs.

Called early this morning and within an hour Rick arrived. He was friendly, helpful and clearly explained his thought process as he worked to determine source of problem. Answered our questions. Reasonable price. Respectful and courteous! Thank you.

Everything went well!! Joe contacted me quickly and we set up a time for him to come out. Rick came out promptly and was very friendly! I told him what I wanted and we discussed several ways we could run electric so that fan could be installed. He listened to me and said it would be no problem! He was very efficient and had the job done in a very timely manner!! He cleaned everything up and the fan looks great and works well! I will definitely have them come back again!!!

Electrician arrived at scheduled time, removed old fan ,installed customer provided new fan and was finished in under an hour. I appreciated his promptness and professionalism.

I was the second call of the day, so the electrician arrived in late morning. He asked to see the circuit breaker box and then asked where in the outside wall that I want the two outside outlets. He finished quickly and cleaned up nicely after which he went straight to replacing my ceiling fan. When he was finished, I took the opportunity to ask a couple electrical question, which he gladly answered. He was professional, very friendly and very efficient. Would happily use this service again.

Things went very well. We received calls prior to the visit and the workman arrived on time. He was efficient, personable and asked for preferences about light heights and arrangements. He was careful of his time frame and was able to determine how long each task would take.

In addition to the above work, he ensured that all the existing G.F.C.I. units in the 3 bathrooms, kitchen, wet bar, garage, and unfinished were working and met code. Upon arrival, he requested to be shown all of the items listed above and then immediately started on the list. He worked steadily through the list, including the testing of the existing G.F.C.I. units, until he finished them. He reviewed the work with me and completed his paperwork in a timely manner. He was efficient, knowledgeable and professional. I would hire this vendor again.
