It was a very small job but they were the only vender that I called that actually came out and did the work, which was well done.

The service was excellent, they arrived before they said they would (which was good). They completed the job in the time frame they said they would. Looks good, very competitive pricing. Very very pleased with their service.

Company did great. They told me it would be a while before they could come out, due to the number of hail damage work that was in front of us. Came out when they said they would to estimate as well as perform job. Managed my expectations in this regard very well, unlike another roofer I tried to work with.

Great! Came out, gave the estimate and when they did the patch it was about $50 less than the estimate.

I received several quotes from different roofing companies. Brad Baker from J F Baker's Sons came out to look at the roof. He was professional and knowledgeable. The crew worked very hard and long days and was courteous. It took them 4 days to complete the job. In addition, Teresa, in their office, was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Brad Baker was also very helpful and made himself available by phone on a number of occasions to discuss roofing options and to help us with another matter outside the scope of replacing the roof. Great job!

Mr. Brad Baker provided an initial free written estimate for the job. He answered all my questions about the work to be done. He seemed knowledgeable about his business. He was the only estimator who suggested roofing over the existing roof. He provided the pros and cons of this plan. Eliminating the cost of tearing off the old roof, made this the lowest estimate for the job. The crew performed the work in one day. I had no issues with the crew during the work. The crew left a foam pad on the roof. I saw the pad two days after the job was finished. I notified the company and the pad was removed. The crew supervisor arrived in advance of the crew and provided his phone number should any problem arise. He returned the day after the work was done, to insure clean-up was complete. He personally swept sidewalks.

They did an excellent job, were fast, and had a friendly response.

They had a decent price and did a good job. They did leave behind quite a few nails though.

Found Mr. Baker was extremely knowledeable and would possibly have been a good choice to go with, however his estimate was too high relative to the other three estimates we received for this work. We do appreciate his time and effort, and would indeed recommend anyone looking at roofing at least consider them for their roofing needs.

The job was done during the Winter, and work was fast and furious. We had damage to a storm window, two pieces of vinyl trim to replace, and some marks on the vinyl siding. But Mike Mitchell took care of everything, even cleaned the marks on the siding. So we are happy to have it done, and satisfied with the job they did. The end result looks great.

BRAD DID NOT CHARGE US FOR LOOKING AT THE ROOF OR COMING BACK TO CRAWL AROUND IN THE ATTIC. ITS NICE TO KNOW THERE ARE HONEST PEOPLE THAT WILL TELL YOU THE TRUTH WHEN THEY CAN'T HELP FIX THE PROBLEM.

BRAD CAME OUT TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE FOR A 2 LAYER TEAR OFF, AND REPLACEMENT OF SHINGLES AND GUTTERS. I ENDED UP GOING WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY, BUT BRAD WAS PROMPT, COURTEOUS, AND PROFESSIONAL.

THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, VERY RESPONSIVE, AND ALWAYS DO A GREAT JOB.

BRAD CAME OUT AND LOOKED AT IT AND HE WAS VERY HELPFUL. ERIC CAME OUT TO FIX IT AND RE-FLASHED THE VALLEY IN MY ROOF. HE DID IT IN A DECENT AMOUNT OF TIME FOR A REASONABLE PRICE, AND IT SEEMS TO BE TAKEN CARE OF.

MIKE WAS THE CREW SUPERVISOR AND CREW MEMBER WAS VERY NICE. THEY SENT EXCELLENT PEOPLE AND DID A GOOD JOB FOR A GOOD PRICE.

ONE OF THE BAKERS' SONS CAME TO OUR HOME TO PROVIDE AN ESTIMATE. HE CALLED FIRST, TO SET UP A HALF HOUR WINDOW WHEN HE WOULD ARRIVE. HE WAS PROMPT. HE ASKED THAT I DESCRIBE THE PROBLEM WE WERE EXPERIENCING. HE LISTENED, THEN WENT TO INSPECT. HE COULD OF EASILY INDICATED A NEW ROOF WAS REQUIRED. HOWEVER, HE STATED THE ROOF WAS IN VERY GOOD SHAPE, AND LIKELY IS ABLE TO PROVIDE A NUMBER OF ADDITIONAL YEARS OF SERVICE. MR. BAKER INDICATED HE WAS NOT CERTAIN OF THE ORIGIN OF OUR LEAK, BUT OFFERED A FEW RECOMMENDATIONS; WHICH WE SUBSEQUENTLY ACCEPTED. THE DAY THE COMPANY WAS TO DO THE WORK, THEY CALLED BEFORE HAND TO INDICATE THEY WERE COMING TO DO THE REPAIR WORK. THE COMPANY CAME DURING THE TIMEFRAME INDICATED, AND PERFORMED A PROFESSIONAL LOOKING REPAIR.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. BRAD BAKER IS A TRUE CRAFTSMAN. THE WORK TOOK A WHILE TO COMPLETE, BUT THAT WAS UNDERSTANDABLE. THEY CLEANED UP GREAT EVERY DAY, AND THE ROOF LOOKS GORGEOUS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

BRAD BAKER WAS ON TIME. HE EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM CAUSING THE ROOF LEAK, AND HOW HE WOULD REPAIR THE ROOF. THE WORKERS SHOWED UP WHEN THEY WERE SCHEDULED, AND REPAIRED THE ROOF.

SINCE THE ROOF WAS INSTALLED, LEAKS HAVE DEVELOPED. THE OWNER HAS COME BACK OUT ON THREE OCCASIONS, THOUGH NOT QUICKLY. THE REPAIRS HAVEN'T BEEN EFFECTIVE, & I'VE BEEN DISAPPOINTED WITH THE RESULTS OF MY INVESTMENT.
