Description of Work: Salesman came out to my house for an estimate. I have a 8 year old house with a leaking window which has already been replaced by another company. I asked if this company could replace the window to match the other existing windows and provide a final product that would not leak. He said his product was perfect for the job but would not give me an estimate at that time. He sent me an email the next day saying that my expectations for a matching, non-leaking window was too much for his company and he refused to give an estimate.
