It took a while to get the materials in and the installation date set, but the work was fast and professional.

We are very happy with the project!

The team showed up on time and were knowledgeable on putting in the windows. Windows were a little out of my budget, but I felt I was getting a much better window. Windows were installed about 4 weeks ahead of schedule which was a nice surprise.

They did a professional job and recommended painters that we can use, I will use them again and the sales person was very good.

It went very well. They were a little late but they did call to let me know. The install was smoothly done without mishaps and they cleaned up what ever mess they made.

We were very pleased with the product and the work completed.

Sales rep was very professional, knowledgeable and conscientious of our time. Estimated time of install was accurate although there was a miscommunication before the start date. The installers were professional and seemed to know what they were doing. Installation after 2 years still looks great. A follow up adjustment to the latches was performed and we have had no issues since.

The job caption was not nice. Crude and unprofessional. Did an average job. His worker son was excellent. The product is sub par. The finisher didn't do a top quality job.

Very smoothly. These are excellent windows and they were well installed. No problems.

The work was great. Everything was clean. Everything was taken cared of timely. We had one little problem but they have mediated it very quickly.

Our experience was a bit of a mixed bag. We considered 4 different window companies and ultimately went with Infinity from Marvin because of what we perceived to be the superior quality of the window construction, product, service and install excellence and their reputation. Of the four we considered, Marvin was considerably more expensive than all but RBA (including for another Fiberglass competitor). Our salesperson appeared to be forthright, honest and likable, but there were several items about the experience that rubbed us the wrong way including: 1. Marvin was the ONLY company to explicitly price a lead-based paint surcharge, but the test for lead-paint wasn't done until after the contract was signed and deposit paid. Our salesperson led us to believe that despite our home being built in the 1950s, he had installed windows for years and would be "very surprised" if we had it. To our ignorance, we believed him. Ultimately, we had lead paint (which we subsequently learned should have been a no brainer), but the creative wordplay from the salesperson cost us ~$1000, which would have made his price a lot more competitive to his fiberglass competitor. This was frustrating in part because, when considering between Marvin and another competitor price was obviously a consideration. 2. The length of time for deposit to install was absolutely a crapshoot. We paid our 50% deposit in early November and were told that it would likely be an end of 2017 or very early 2018 install. When they called to setup install, they initially scheduled something for mid-to-late February but basically said they would call again to move up the scheduling date, which they ultimately did, but not without some arm ringing. 3. The first day of the install, we had a minor amount of snow and freezing rain, and they called to cancel well after their expected arrival time. The cancellation was not unexpected, but consistently there seemed to be a lack of respect to the fact that we both work during the day and were using time off for them to arrive. I will say though, when they did arrive they were completed in 2 days rather than the 4 they originally scheduled.. 4. But to that end, on the second day they used two crews and worked into the twilight and did a sloppy job on several parts to which they had to come out for repairs - which they ultimately did on the third time they showed up after the job was completed (a reinforcement of the point noted above). 5. We were particular in the styling choices we made and at no point during the sales process did they discuss us not having large enough window sills for the replacement windows. During install, they realized this and wanted/tried to use a plastic adhesive product for the interior stops rather than wood (which we paid for) saying that it would be the only way I could use inside mount blinds. Given the depth of windows and the fact that over half were sliders (and had hardware in the middle of the window), inside mount blinds were never an option anyway and it felt like they were trying to get out of there ASAP rather than doing what was best for the client. To their credit, after I complained about it, they brought their manager over who was able to bring over shoe molding to cut for stops. 6. We made it clear that we wanted as thin of exterior capping as possible, given many cheaper products have thick caps, and while our salesperson said he could deliver on that, it was clear that during install that was never a possibility. On this one, it was a bit of an annoyance than outright deception on their part since I don't know how much of the wood frame would have been exposed until after the old window was removed. That said, if we had known that they were unable to deliver on that, we may have went with another company. Ultimately, I think a grade of "B" is a fair score. It was by no means an awful experience. We do like the look of the windows and patio door, and the people we worked with did their best to fix any issues we had, but it felt like we were paying a premium for Marvin windows, and there were several elements during the entire process (highlighted above) that would likely prevent us from having other jobs completed by them. The communication between the three parties we worked with could be greatly improved upon.

Outstanding experience. With big jobs I don't expect everything to go perfectly but I do expect the company to provide prompt follow up service. In this case WindowPro delivered (as they were known at the time of our install) delivered. The first set of windows were not the right size. A complete new set was ordered - no questions asked. The install team was fast, efficient and professional. The job was estimated at 3 days was complete in 1 1/2 days. After final installation, no defect was too small to put on the fix list. Defects were fixed to my satisfaction.

Everything was fine: cost, fixing issues. The work was great, the interaction was positive. They were professional.

We had considered replacing our original 1962 aluminum windows for several years but were reluctant to do so because we'd seen so many bad replacements and heard horror stories about replacement windows leaking when it rained, or in some cases, being less energy efficient than the originals. Plus, even though the original windows were ugly, we did not want to change the overall aesthetic of our house, which had a lot of horizontal lines consistent with the era of the house. Most of the windows we saw seemed to have very wide frames and have an obvious "replacement window" look. After a lot of research, we decided Marvin windows were our best option in terms of look, quality, durability, and warranty. We then had to find an installer, which is key when it comes to windows, because the best window is worthless if installed incorrectly. After visiting showrooms and looking at reviews, we went with WindoPro, and worked with Jeff Lowe. It's obviously a huge purchase so we had a lot of questions. Over the course of the project, we met with Jeff several times and sent numerous emails. He made us feel like our job was as important to him as it was to us. He was always extremely responsive, getting back with us usually within a couple of hours, no matter what time the message was sent. He was very patient, no matter what stupid question we asked, and made sure we understood the options and the pros/cons of each selection. If you aren't into pushy, high-pressure, arrogant sales people, Jeff is the guy for you. He's the reason we selected WindowPro for our installation. The father/son team of Billy and Joe did the installation. We are extremely picky and detail-oriented and couldn't find one flaw in their work. Not only are they very nice people, they are true craftsmen. Their work is impeccable. We were completely comfortable leaving them with the code to our garage and taking off for work. Each day we examined the work that had been done that day and raved about how good things looked. Plus, they didn't just clean up at the end of the project, they cleaned up every day before they left. We expected to have repair work and a lot of cleaning to do and was pleasantly surprised that neither were required. If we didn't have beautiful new windows, we'd never known they were here. Overall, we couldn't be happier and highly recommend WindowPro without hesitation.

A rep came out (believe his name was Jeff) to give us a quote on 7/13 for total window replacement. When he found out our home was for sale he acted as if he didn't even want to waste his time with us and said he is paid commission and that our situation didn't sound very promising as a sale??? I reassured him that the new owners plan to replace all windows in the home and have asked us to get quotes for them. I still felt he had a poor attitude after that although he agreed to proceed. He didn't even go upstairs and just asked me a couple other questions before he left. I never received a quote and will recommend the new owners not to go with this company for the work.

We contracted with Window Pro to replace two sliding doors and 10 full-replacement Marvin windows on March 11, 2016 and were told it would take between 6 and 8 weeks for the windows to arrive. The first day of the install was May 16, 2016 which was 9 weeks after the order was placed. We were told that the installers would arrive between 8:30 and 9:00 but they were late and did not arrive until 9:45 and we were told by one of them that that had to leave by one o’clock as well. On the second day of the install they were once again late to arrive and continued to install the windows throughout our house. The third day they installed one of the sliding glass doors and removed the second one. When they got the second sliding door and started to install they realized that it did not open on the correct side. We specifically ordered one that opened on the left and one that opened on the right. They installed the second one anyway because the original door was destroyed being removed. We were initially told it would take a couple of weeks to get the correct door but later were told by the scheduling person it would take as much as 8 weeks. That was not acceptable to us and we continued to pressure them to get it here sooner because there was no trim on the doors and the room was a “mess” in our opinion. We contacted our sales person and that proved to be a waste of time. It took several calls before he even returned ours and offered no solution or assistance. When the new door finally came a month later a new crew of installers came too. They took out the wrong door and put in the correct one. They also corrected the many mistakes that the first crew made. The slider that opened correctly was not squared in the whole properly by the first crew and was fixed by the second crew. They caulked all of the remaining windows that the first installers neglected to do. The first installation crew made numerous mistakes and did not tell us and in fact tried to cover them up. They cut the wall paper in the kitchen and the painted dry wall by one of the sliders and never told us. They cut the wood flooring in our family room too short under the return air register and simply tried to cover their mistake with the register. When the second door arrived it was supposed to be keyed to match the first one but it was not therefore they had to come back two weeks later to replace the cylinders so one key opened both doors. It was not keyed the same again so an additional trip had to be made out to replace the cylinders. At that time they also returned with the correct screens for the five kitchen windows. We paid extra for high transparency screens in the kitchen but received the regular screens instead. We are extremely happy with the Marvin windows and doors but the customer service, installation and workmanship from Window Pro is sorely lacking and we would be hard pressed to recommend them for installing Marvin windows.

The sales rep came to our house. We gave him our approximate budget. He said they're normally a couple to a few thousand dollars more than Rosati. After leaving and then returning a few days later with windows to demo, he gave us a qoute that nearly doubled Rosati's quote. So his quote was about $12,000 more--$29,000! Thanks for wasting two days and about 3 hours of my time. Oh, he arrived about 45 minutes late to our house.

Sales person was not great about refusing to purchase.

Working with the salesperson was a challenge - he was knowledgeable, never misled us, and was even helpful with making selections. But he seemed to lack interpersonal skills. An example - when there was still work to do at the end of the job, he wanted to collect the final amount but I wanted to withhold $1000. He said - "well since we can't trust each other, I will need a statement that you will pay when the final items are done" - just frustrating. Another example - they offer a referral bonus. We went with Window Pro based on a recommendation of a neighbor. When I mentioned this, he said that he didn't work with them so wouldn't give them their bonus - they would need to contact their salesperson.... The windows were on time. The crew who did the installation was very personable and professional. They did a good job of explaining the process, cleaning up after themselves, and doing a final walk through. The crew that did the staining of the window frame was very fast and did a pretty good job - the only issue was that they were in a hurry to leave when they were done and so rushed through the walk through. It was only later that I noticed swipes of stain on the some of the outside frames (they open the windows to do the job. All in all, the experience went well. I would recommend the product (Marvin Windows) and Window Pro - just be prepared to accept the gruffness of this particular salesperson.

They did a very nice job. Window was installed securely. I did have to wait a month and half for it to be ordered but the installation was very good.

The process went very well. Everyone was very knowledgable and helpful during the process. The products were very pricey but they were the only ones in Columbus who sold what we wanted. We overall were very pleased with the new windows and noticed an immediate difference in room comfort where they were replaced.

Crew was neat, quick and professional. Knew what they were doing and finished the work in half a day without incident. Cleaned up any dust and debris and left the area clean and neat.

The windows are excellent. The installation went as anticipated with no hitches whatsoever. Very good company to work with. Excellent product.
