I liked them a lot. I was very happy with their work. They were extremely professional. The person that came in who talked to me about this explained everything what they were gonna do, explained how they were gonna go about taking the old one. They came and explained how they were gonna take out the window, what they were gonna do, how they were gonna clean up afterwards. They told me what days they were gonna be here and they did. They were very prompt. Very courteous. I was extremely happy with them. This company exceeded my expectations.

The service turned out great. The work was a little pricey but they did a great job on the replacement.

The installers did a pretty good job, and the windows seem to be doing their job. They are better than what we had. After doing more research since having the front of our house done, we will be going through a different company for the back side. Way too pricey!!!! Shame on us for not doing our homework better before spending 5300.00 on 4 windows. They are pretty aggressive with their sales pitches and they hound you for years after to come back and do more work for you!!!

I had about 100 LF of gutters and 3 downspouts replaced. They quoted me about $2,500 whereas another contractor ended up doing the work for about $450. Tried to convince me to finance this job to make this price seem reasonable.

Salesman was very professional. Windows were installed in a timely manner. Installation was efficient and beautifully done. My windows are beautiful on the inside and outside.

Workmen arrived on time. The installation took most of the day. They cleaned up any mess and disposed of old window.

The windows and sliding glass door that was replaced with the old ones are wonderful. The house used to have areas where the wind would come in through cracks. With the new improveit windows, the house seems much warmer. The glass sliding door was put in quite quickly as the workers came and were very very professional. As all 13 windows were replaced, the workers explained everything they were doing and did the job quickly and very professional. The company kept in contact with us before as well as after the product was installed and let us know we could call them anytime. We have a warranty for life!! I would recommend this company anytime.

I will grade our overall experience with them as 'A' because we have not got anything yet, so cannot grade anybody otherwise. I will use them atleast for the quote part.

The provider came door-to-door on a Friday evening around 8pm, which I found inconsiderate and rude. I did not appreciate the overly aggressive approach of the sales consultant despite his repeated comments they were not here to sell anything but to get the name out in the neighborhood. I will not contact this provider in the future for any work.

I was pleased with their work. I like their product and the person who came to do the work. The salesman was a little pushy but they pretty much all are anyway. They were a little bit pricey but I like what I got. Don't fall for - If you do it today this is the price you'll get...don't fall for that.

They guarantee their work for the life time of your home and that was great. They were very professional and friendly. I have used them in the past and I seem be more impressed by the work they provided for me this time. I would use them again in the future

Sales pitch was to aggressive.

I had a saleman come to give an estimate for a bathtub remodeling. I ordered a tub liner, replacement window, and replacement wall covering (which extended beyond the original shower panels, both up and out). The price sounded good, we confirmed an appointment and set to work. I should point out that my review gives them an A overall, but the only sub-category I gave them an A with is Quality. To me, that is ultimately all that matters. I had difficulties with scheduling, and the arrival of the workers, but that's done and no longer matters. What matters is the work left behind, and it is excellent. I wanted a weekend install, so we had to schedule fairly far out, but that was OK. They called and said they had an opening, so people would come out on a Sat. Workmen showed up on a Friday, and this was not communicated to me before they arrived. They wanted to install the window first, then the tub cap was to arrive later. It turned out they had the wrong size window, so they left. Still on Friday, the tub showed up, even though I told the Window guys I'd prefer they did not. Oh well, he got to work. The tub went in over the course of two days. He put in insulation (which was missing from the outer wall!) and did a terrific job. Later in the week the correctly-sized windows showed up but, due to some mix-up, they were clear and not opaque. This is a chest-high window facing my neighbors so I spent the next few days with a garbage bag covering the window. Finally, we got the opaque windows in place (my original windows were opaque, and no option to use a clear window was presented). Two weeks after that they called to check that the work was done, because they got a shipment of windows in for me (again). Long story short, they had all kinds of scheduling and communication issues, but nothing that compromised the work. The end product and installation was nearly flawless. I am very happy with the products and services they sell, even if their office is overloaded. I gather that they are having growing pains as they expand, but the workmanship is still top rate.

They are terrific. They are very professional, and courteous, and helpful in getting things ready.

I had a contract with them and canceled it because I found out something in the contract was a lie. The refund check took 4 weeks to receive. They got really upset with me when signing the contract because I would not sign blank loan papers. There was another blank form I refused to sign.

The company was able to complete our job much sooner than we expected which was a pleasant surprise. The workers were prompt, courteous, clean, punctual and made sure we were happy with their service before they left.

The overall job was ok and the windows looked ok. I would not recommend them to family and friends since they overcharged me. When I found out from other places I realized that it was much cheaper for the same work. I would not use them again in the future.

I had a problem and they came right out and fixed it. They are a little over priced.

l believe the entire transaction went very well. At the time of the original contact, we were told we were receiving a sales price; however, in order to get the sale price, we would have to commit to having four windows being done at one time. Since we have southwest facing windows at the rear of the house, we chose to have the windows in the three bedrooms done first. I can't speak to how much of an energy savings we received, but I can tell the bedrooms are much cooler now. Since our original transaction, we have had two more southwest facing windows (in the kitchen) done. We paid approximately $2,300 for the kitchen windows in May of this year, with the same quality and service we received the first time... Addendum: I can only reiterate the paragraph above. Excellent quality and excellent workmanship!

We had our windows replaced. There was supposed to be a 30% savings on our electric bill. The windows look great and were professionally installed; however, we have not seen the savings we were promised. In addition, the company keeps coming back looking for more business. They are very aggressive in their phone calls and sales calls. They use the old trick of buy today or the price goes up. It's just not the way we like to do business. When we were looking for gutters, we priced through them and they were twice the competition. They claim it is because of their superior workmanship and materials; however, since we did not see the savings on the doors and windows, we were skeptical. They seems to be genuinely upset that we had not received the savings we were promised and they promised to schedule an energy audit. We have never heard back on scheduling the energy audit. Very poor service after the sale. We got a second opinion on the gutters which was half the price and included the same features. When we notified to company to see if they wanted to adjust their bid, we got a less than professional email for which neither my husband or I appreciated. The company has good materials and we love the windows and doors -- except there was no energy savings. If you are going to be business with them, be aware they are expensive in comparison to other vendors and their followup is not geared toward servicing the products you have, but aggressively marketing new offerings.

A local department store had a drawing for various home improvements -- I chose bathtub remodeling. The catch was that in order to enter the drawing you had to have someone come out and give you an estimate on the work to be done. We did that. A young lady came to our home at the time scheduled and gave a very impressive presentation of what we would get if this company were to remodel our bathtub. Nice choice of tiles and other materials -- I am sure it would have looked great. Then came time to quote, including our "special" discount ... the dollar amount floored us. We could have gotten an entire bathroom for the price of this bathtub. We told her we wanted to think about it, but were told we couldn't enter the drawing unless we signed up for the work that night. We told her that we'd gotten other quotes for tubs, and that her price, elsewhere, could re-do the entire room. We thanked her for her time and tried to end it there. She persisted and even got pushy about scheduling the job. We held our ground and told her "thank you, but no thank you." She finally stormed out without so much as a "goodnight." We won't be calling this company again.

Overall, my interaction with Improveit! was pretty good. The sales rep was friendly and knowledgeable about what he was selling. Their prices were rather high, and the responsiveness was OK. He was on time, and professional. I would consider using them in the future.

The salesman was very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable but it was all down hill from there. Our attic access is in our clothes closet, when asked if they had drapes to put over our clothes as they accessed the attic to put in the insulation, they had said yes they did. But then used one of OUR sheets to cover our clothes without asking. The workers were inexperienced and had to be corrected by the manager throughout the process on many things. Then after the job we discovered that they put a huge crack in the ceiling of our bedroom. In the process of repairing this, they did repair it at their cost, and provided us with a can of paint that we will have to paint our ceiling with, but they were, in general, difficult to reach for appointments for this repair. In addition the crack is still noticeable!! And lastly, and the worst thing of all was that we needed an itemized bill stating how much we paid them for the materials and labor for our tax return, which we actually should have recieved in the first place, and began calling them to get this information. Although it was late in the tax season, they basically ignored us, despite many calls, we did not get this information from them in time to do our taxes. We would not recemmend this company to anyone. The entire experience went from minorly irritating, to aggrivating, to the worst experience we have had. Improveit's customer service LEAVES MUCH TO BE DESIRED!!!!

First the good:1. the installer was professional, friendly and helpful 2. Salesman was courteous as was the measuring person and financing person. 3. overall everything looks good the not so good: 1. I had made arrangements with them to replace the ceiling (which was small) but not mud it. For a small fee they agreed. Throughout the process leading up to installation they made it obvious that the agreement to replace the ceiling was ok and that they would tell the installer. When the installer showed up he was unaware that he had to replace the ceiling and when he called his supervisor, he told me his supervisor said that they could not do it even though I already paid for it. I insisted he talk to him again and they gave in. 2. the installer then told me that it did not surprise him that he was not informed about doing the ceiling, in fact he mentioned it several times. 3. Throughout the entire process I was assured that it would be unusual for the job to take more than one day. The job took two days and the installer said that I never should have been told that the job would take one day. 4. the installer left old caulk in the bat drain, clogging it. 5. the installer did a fair job overall cleaning up after the job was finished
