Needed 14 windows replaced in the house I am living in and they were on time and answered any questions I had. Installers were on time. They had it scheduled for 2 days of work but had it all done in one day and cleaned up after themselves you would have never known anyone was there if it wasn't for the awesome looking new windows.

It went well. I am so Happy with the end product. The people and the service was wonderful.

It was a great experience. We had old wood windows and our electric bills were over $500/month. After the windows were installed, they dropped on average of $200. We were extremely happy with ImproveIt and would hire them again for other work. The installers were on-time, professional, and you could tell they take the time to do things right.

Replacing our shower was our third experience with Improveit. Improveit transformed our master bath from unsatisfactory part of our home to a place of pride. The sales rep, Justin was patient and informative. He helped us visualize what a new shower could do for the space. He also advised us on what we could do to improve our bathroom and minimize our project costs. After committing to the project, the company was helpful to the project's end. The company was accommodating on scheduling measurements, construction, and inspection. The installer was competent, efficient, and personable. He finished the project in less than 3 days, his operation was cleanly, and he was responsive to our concerns. The transformation of our bathroom is more than the impressive shower, but also Justin's good advice.

Improveit was the third estimate we received. They took the time to show us how the windows functioned and why these windows were more energy efficient than others. After looking at each estimate, we chose Improveit and the experience was five-star! The installers were courteous they stayed busy the entire time and cleaned up each day. Our energy bill most importantly has dropped significantly and our house is finally comfortable! We are so surprised with how quiet the house is and we no longer here all the outside noise we heard in the past. We cannot wait for them to do our bathrooms!

The pricing was competitive (not the cheapest, but for good reason). They had a warranty that is unmatched. The service and quality were exceptional. The only complaint was scheduling the install. It took three reschedules on their part to start the job. Once the crew was there, they did an excellent job. We had 8 total windows replaced, one of which was over 9 feet long. Entire job took two days. They were clean and efficient and the end result was everything we hoped for.

The process was very smooth from start to finish. They kept me up to date from start to finish on the process. The windows have definitely made my house look better.

I had to have my windows replaced in 2 phases because I had 40 that needed replaced. The quote was slightly better than the competitors but the competitors couldn't beat the warranty that came with the windows. I went from single pane wooden windows to solid double pane vinyl windows. My living room alone probably went up 10 degrees and is no longer cold in the winter. The installer was great. He knew what he was doing and his helpers also knew. They made sure the work site was cleaned up every evening when they were done. They even came back on their day off to make sure everything was done right...that's dedication. I asked for the installer by name for the 2nd phase because he was that good. I told the dispatcher that I didn't care if I had to wait another month, I wanted the same person. He had a high attention to detail and made sure everything was done right and didn't cut corners. I'd highly recommend Improveit...the warranty was the #1 reason I went with them.

1 review just now Critical: Responsiveness, Value We had improve it come out to do a bathroom. The first sales guy showed us a sample of a white subway tile with black grout that we liked however the price was much more then we had wanted to spend on the project so we decided not to go ahead with it. The following day another guy called from their company and said they needed to meet a sales quota to keep their own prices down so they were willing to take a good bit of money off if we agreed to it that day( they sell you **** ** the fact that you need to agree to it today or the price goes up drastically). It was still more then we wanted to spend but we wanted the bathroom done and ended up signing the agreement. When the installer came out and did the bathroom the guy did a great job on everything however we ended up getting plain white subway tile with no black grout which is what we wanted and were willing to pay for. With out the black grout the bathroom no longer looks like a show piece and instead looks like a plain white “plastic” wall. The work was done well however we never would have agreed to have the shower done for the price we paid had we known we were not getting the look that we wanted. As soon as I got home from work to sign the paperwork saying the job was done I noticed the error with the grout. The installer is a 3rd party so obviously they had no control over that. When I called improve it to mention the issue they said they would send the info over to the head sales person. We never received a call. I made multiple calls to their company and each time I was told they would send it to the person in charge but never received anything back. A few times they sent me to the persons phone which never was answered and again none of the messages left were returned. Recently we started getting several calls from them asking how the job was and if we would be interested in having them do any more work, to which I replied the last work was not done as expected so there’s no way we’d ever consider using them again. They sent a person out to check it out, the same guy who inspected the area in the first place. He saw the work that was done was done correctly, but noted that it wasn’t the black grout and understood why we would not be happy with that. Again they said they would send it to the higher ups and someone would get back about possible solutions to correct the issue. It’s been almost 4 months now and no one will call us back. So now I’m reduced to letting others know our experience. If you want a nice bathroom from almost 10k that doesn’t look the way you want it to go with these guys, however if you want what you paid for and don’t want to get a high pressure sales person to come into your house and sell you on stuff I’d go another route. The main reason I didn’t do it myself was I worried their could be mold or other issues to deal with under the old shower, which the salesmen said was very possible and not something we’d want to deal with. After the guy who came out to inspect it checked it out I mentioned that being the main reason we were willing to pay over double what a diy job would have been he said all the shower walls like ours have a lip that goes up so it’s very unlikely we would have any water damage/mold underneath. When the contractor did the replacement it didn’t have any issues and would have been easy to do myself. I don’t think I’ve ever had such bad customer service from a company. These guys sell you on something but don’t even make the product being installed( there’s a company in Chicago that makes the acrylic, they just sell it, then another company installs it for them.) All they do is tell you that you “have to have this bathroom fixed and now” and then collect the cash. Better off buying your own product so you can see exactly what your getting before it’s installed then hire someone else to install it. Save yourself the 5k and go with someone you can trust. Also they sell you on the fact they are backed by good house keeping and said our warranty would transfer to a new owner, it doesn’t!

The installer was very professional, clean up after work was done everyday. The staff very helpful and cordial.

It all went as expected, which was excellent. The guys doing the work were professional and respectful of our home, being very careful with walking in/out and making sure they didn't leave any mess anywhere. They really come through in standing by their work and product. Because of a strange defect in the original tub we had, they had trouble getting a good seal on the drain. They replaced the tub lining once then had to come back and ended up replacing everything, including the tub. This was all done with us (the customer) in mind. The guys that did the final replacement did it all in under a day and it's been perfect since. Even when it comes to mundane issues like caulking, they are there to help and even offer free silicon caulk so it is done right.
