Description of Work: I'm apalled at the ignorance of the people who work here. How dare you say you normally do not come out for estimates because the home owner doesn't speak english/needs translation. We will spend our money with someone who values the diversity of their customers.

Description of Work: I talked about an entire bathroom remodel and thought they understood. Instead they just replaced the tub and surround. I have a row of old tile next to the tub. I am having trouble finding a replacement toilet and aren't going to replace the floor until I have a toilet in hand. They have been of no assistance to me in trying to find a replacement toilet.

Description of Work: I contacted Cathy at Improveit for warranty work on our 12 year-old sunroom. One of the glass window panels seal was broken, and the panel was fogged. The warranty service person arrived on time, inspected the issue, and let us know the window panel would be replaced. They came back at a later date, replaced the panel, and it looks like new. I have had this particular piece replaced a couple of times. Improveit is immediately responsive, and replaces this without any bother or cost to us, whatsoever. It's also nice to be able to contact the same person at the company, after a number of years.

I CHANGED MY SCHEDULE TO ACCOMODATE THE PERSON DOING THE ESTIMATE. A HALF HOUR BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT THEY CALLED AND REFUSED TO COME TO THE HOUSE TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE IF MY HUSBAND WERE NOT PRESENT.

THEY REPRESENTED THEMSELVES AS SAM'S CLUB, BUT THE CALLER ID SAID OHIO ENERGY AND WHEN I CALLED SAM'S CLUB TO COMPLAIN I WAS TOLD THAT OHIO ENERGY HAD A CONTRACT TO PLACE SALESPEOPLE IN THE STORES, BUT THEY WERE NOT AFFILIATED WITH SAM'S CLUB AND SHOULD NOT HAVE REPRESENTED THEMSELVES IN THAT WAY.
