Hydra Basement Waterproofing

Description of Work: The Hydra crew were prompt and very efficient. They placed several steel beams in my basement to stabilize cracked and leaking walls. They dug a trench around the entire perimeter and installed PVC pipe, filled the trench with pebbles, and installed concrete around all edges. They installed a sump pump and drainpipe through the front lawn. They made sure appropriate electrical systems were moved and reinstalled correctly. They did all this in three days without disrupting any major systems I needed to use. Best of all, I haven't had a drop of water in my basement since the work was completed, and we have had some heavy rain at times. Pat Kirby was wonderful, and I would highly recommend him and his crew to anyone who wants an affordable and permanent solution to their basement problems.

Description of Work: We had water problems in the basement and had three different companies come out to look at it and give us estimates to do the work. I was happy with the quote and the scope of work that Pat Kirby proposed. They came to do the work when they said they would be there and were very professional and cleaned up everything when they were done. We still had some water problems after the initial work was completed and they were very responsive in getting to the bottom of our problems. I would recommend them to anyone.

Pat(the owner) is committed to doing a great job 100% of the time. He calls and gives updates on progress on a regular basis, and definitely cares about about every customer. He is always looking for the most economical route to fix the problem. I recommend him frequently to clients, and that's saying a lot, since if he did a bad job it would reflect poorly on me!
