Mr. Johnson was very professional and friendly! He worked in my house for two days and completed two full rooms and a half bath as well as some other little areas that needed painting. He communicated anytime he was leaving the house and was even patient with my 2 year old when he was Mr. Johnson working. I also had a great impression from the office! They answered every one of my questions politely and were very responsive!

Fred and Jayla are a fantastic painting team!. They are prompt, friendly, hard-working, and professional. They painted much more than we expected they could cover in the time allotted. They are very accommodating. Whatever needed to be done was done well. We would definitely hire them again. We are very pleased with the excellent results.

It went well. He was on time and got the work done within the estimate. The skirt looks great. He has to rip some boards to fit the porch floor that he couldn't do on site and will be back next week to complete that project. His suggestions on what needed to be done for these repairs and a future one were sensible.

The owner came out at the appointed time and did a thorough job. Though leaks around the base of a toilet are usually caused by a faulty wax ring, he said the actual cause could have been a lose connection. So he tightened the connection in addition to replacing the wax ring (which had to be replaced anyway once the toilet was removed for repair). The toilet is now fine.

Barely a year after Fred hung the mirror, it fell! Attached are pictures showing the multiple holes and also evidence that he GLUED it to the trim! We are starting over with the mirror hanging. In addition, all of our sinks and showers had to be redone. Most of the jobs he was hired to do either did not get done, were done incorrectly. Wasted our time and money. " Fred had called in advance to set up the date and asked at the time what the jobs were. He arrived on time and was professional, friendly, and likeable. With all of the positive reviews, I was very hopeful. Of the jobs, #1 (the mirror) was most important. We had not communicated about how high to hang the mirror, and it was roughly 1 foot too high for an average person to use, so that had to be redone, leaving two holes in the marble wall and wasting another 30 minutes. I'm also not completely confident that the method used to hang the mirror is safe (two picture hanging brackets and construction glue), but time will tell. #2 Done incorrectly. This was the sink drains. Fred used caulk, which was wearing away before a week was up. We have since found out that plumbers putty should have been used, and caulk should not. #3 Shower head stem. Caulk was used again, so time will tell. #4 Not completed, but given advice. He did not have materials to fix the man door. #5 and #6 Not completed, but advised on either electrical issue. #7 Fixed the tub handle. #8 Lightly sanded the luan door top. #9 Did not want to do the drywall sanding on the stair landing. Fred is very likeable. However, with roughly only 1/2 of the jobs being completed, I think he should let people know up front what he is not comfortable with (plumbing, electrical, drywall) I am concerned about the safety of the 15# mirror, but because it's glued to the trim in the bathroom, I can't really check how sturdy the picture hangers are. So we will just wait and hope it doesn't fall. Although we left a message with Fred about the sink basin drains, we have not heard back. So at this point, we'll have to call someone else out to redo the sink basin drains. Time-wise, he finished what was accomplished with 15 minutes to spare, but there was also the 30 minutes or so wasted on hanging the mirror way too high. Again, I like him a lot. So maybe for future purchasers of his deals you should find out in advance if he wants to do your jobs.

Jayla and Fred did a great job. They purchased the paint I requested, arrived on time and were friendly and professional. Both rooms look great.

He initially said it would be two guys, but only one arrived. That said, he did a great job and I would definitely hire again.

Fred was very professional and friendly. The painting went well and looks great. Drywall repairs were good and very happy with the caulking and baseboards repairs. Fred and Jayla's hard work helped sell my mother's home in just one day. I received many compliments on how new this 16 year old home looked and part of that was their fine work.
