Fred and his brother are great. They are always on time. We are very pleased with their work. They incorporated some of their ideas to make things look nicer. We would use them again.

This company came out to service my home on 4-15-21. They installed a total of 3 faucets one in the kitchen and two were installed in my bathrooms. The guys were courteous and polite and everything seemed to be ok at the time. About 2 days later I noticed that the neck on my kitchen sink was loose and it wobbles when the garbage disposal is used. I called them back and spoke with the female appointment setter and the first thing she did was automatically say “we didn’t touch the garbage disposal.” I stated “ I didn’t day that.” I reiterated that the faucet neck moves a lot when the garbage disposal is used. This was the first hint of unprofessional. Not listening and already trying not to accept responsibility before you’re even aware of the problem. One of the guys came out that day and looked at the faucet. He told me that the faucet will move like that because it is a high arcing sink with a long neck. I’ve never seen a faucet do this, and I wasn’t 100% convinced but I stated ok and left it alone. On May 11th I went to clean my guest bathroom. This bathroom is hardly ever used because we use the other two. So the water probably had been leaking for weeks. I had the water running in the sink and opened the bathroom cabinet where the sink valves are located and noticed that the inside of the cabinet was soaking wet. The valves leading from the faucet to the shut off valves were leaking water. I called them immediately and told them that the bathroom sink is leaking. The female appt setter took the message and called me back an hour later. She stated that the guys said they only touched the faucet (again already trying not to accept responsibility) and that they have no date or time when they will be back. I’m like are you kidding me? I just patronized your business for $600 plus dollars in less than a 30 day period and you have no date or time when you will or can come back?! So 4 days later after not hearing anything from this company I called a plumber. The plumber came in and fixed the faucet in about 7 minutes and stated whoever installed this faucet didn’t secure it correctly. Pure negligence on the part of this company. So I have spent money on a plumber due to their failure to install this faucet correctly. I have requested that they reimburse me the money that I paid them for installing this faucet. As of date, no response. Do not use this service. Poor response time, very unprofessional, not willing to accept responsibility, and the work obviously wasn’t up to standard. I had to spend more money to fix their incompetence. Buyer Beware!

Chris and Fred removed the paneling and drop ceiling in our basement and replaced it with drywall. This included reinstalling our can lights and a few LED light bars. They insulated the walls and finished the areas around the windows and trim at the floor. They also mounted a new cabinet system and elevated storage shelf in our garage. They started the work on the day it was scheduled, arrived on time everyday, cleaned the work area every night before leaving and the project was completed on time. Plus, they were a pleasure to have in our home, friendly and personable. We now have a beautiful basement hobby area that is a pleasure to spend time in. We could not be happier with the result and the process to get here. I would highly recommend Honey Do Home Improvements, and in fact have already recommended them to two of my neighbors.

I don't write a lot of reviews, but Honey Do Home Improvements did such a good job I want everyone to know about it! I Contacted them for a privacy fence estimate and Fred was out the next day. Fred is very knowledgeable and was very clear about the project timeline and expectations. He said it would take 3 days, and it took 3 days. In my past experiences with contractors that is super rare. Jayla that handled the invoicing and payments was super polite and helpful, she was a pleasure to work with. My wife and I love our new cedar fence! I can't say it enough, everything turned out great! I would highly recommend Fred and his team to anyone looking for a new fence, or any other service that was needed. Give them a try, you won't regret it! -Tim B

Honey Do Home Improvements painted my office, installed my wife's "fandelier", and hung her tv including hiding wires. We've used Honey Do for several jobs for both my home and rental property. When we need jobs done, they are who we call first!

I will hire this company again and again. This was their second visit to our home. Their pricing is reasonable and their work is outstanding. It’s refreshing to find honest, competent and dependable handy men. I highly recommend them!

They are excellent. They show up on schedule, work efficiently, and do a very good job. We will be employing them for any future home maintenance.

N/A - I am actually submitting a review based on initial contact with company. Contacted company to see if they could do some drywall repair in a bathroom we are trying to renovate ourselves. In speaking with Jayla, decided to ask them to give an estimate on completing the renovation (install vanity, toilet, lighting etc) She was very courteous and professional and let me know that they were unable to do job until end of December but we scheduled visit for estimate for following week. In the meantime we were able to find someone who can complete drywall work next week so I had to cancel the appointment for their estimate. I will definitely call them in future as we have many projects that they will be able to do for us. I am just reviewing how well the initial contact went. I got a great feeling from this company and they do have many A+ reviews.

These were the nicest, kindest, hardworking young men I have ever seen. They were so efficient and just so great!!!! They did great work!

The guy that came out to do the estimate was so nice. Jayla, the business side of the operation was amazing! From the time of the estimate to actually getting my fence built was a couple weeks, which was totally fine. Two guys came out to build it. They were efficient, nice and professional. Got the fence up in two days. (Not full days though. Came at 2p each day and stayed a couple hours) I absolutely love my new fence and would for sure hire this company again.

Never received a return phone call or any contact after multiple attempts and follow ups.

Amazing! We were so happy with the quality of the fence. They did such a good job and even stayed late the 2nd night just to complete the job. Would 100% recommend the company to anyone and we will definitely go back to have them do other things!

this company was wonderful. they came in and fixed a part of my fence that was not installed properly and was uneven. they were courteous, professional, excellent workmanship and on time. they were very friendly and easy to work with. it was a pleasure doing business with them and i plan to use them on any future projects that come up on my home.

Seemed ok at first. Called and set up appointment for between 11:30-1:30. Called about 3 minutes before 1:30 to say they were running behind and would be here by 2:30. The guy that showed up was nice, walked around the home and took pictures. I asked when I could expect to receive the estimate on 6/6/2020. He said 2 business days so I would have it on Tuesday. Tuesday came and went, Wednesday has now come and gone. I have messaged them twice....no estimate, no response.

Fred is great. Wore a mask, professional, fast, pleasant. Can't go wrong with this guy.

The Honey Do team was fantastic. It started with Jayla, the office manager, who got me a quote very quickly and worked with our scheduling requirements since we wanted to put our house on the market. She was also very helpful with all my paint color questions. Then Frank and Chris were great - I wish I could send pictures of their beautiful paint job, it made our house go from dated to looking amazing. Everything was done perfectly. To top it off, they were all really nice people. It was definitely great value for what we paid, and the next time we need a painter I'm not even going to look around, I'm just going to call them. Highly recommend!

Fred and Chris were wonderful. The condition of the deck was worse than I orginally thought, and they fixed it so that it is safe to walk on and beautiful to look at. I greatly appreciate their attention to detail and hard work. Have already started another "Fred To Do List".
