Description of Work: I contacted this vendor on Tuesday 02/21 to request a quote for work I needed to have done. The young lady who answered the phone as Honey Do Home Improvements discussed my needs and then scheduled an appointment for Saturday 02/25 at 1:00. When 1:00 came and went then 3:00 and 4:00 I figured this company was a no call no show. I just don't understand why people spend the time and take the effort to promote their business then flush money making opportunities down the drain. Angie's list should be ashamed of itself for ranking company's like this as one of their best.

Description of Work: They painted the living room, hall, and three bedrooms. There was a cathedral sealing in one bedroom and in the living room.

Description of Work: I had shelves, flat screen TV mount, and very large curtain rod hung. Everything looks good.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for 4 hours of handyman work on March 12. I received an email response on March 13. I called and left a message describing the work I wanted to have done. I continued to call and email trying to schedule a time to have this work done. I left a message in April indicating that I would have the next week off and would be flexible for scheduling the work during that week. I did not receive a response. I eventually hired someone else to complete the work I needed to have done. This deal has ended up being very unsatisfactory for me.

Description of Work: Fixed a storm door, installed under the kitchen sink pull out drawers, |I purchased the 4 hours for $99.00 deals that Angie's List posts from time to time. I'm not sure this is the best use of money for handy man work. It's better if you have them come and give you an estimate for the work you need done then go from there. He did a fine job, but I wouldn't buy one of those deals again.

Description of Work: Two young men came to work on 8 or 10 small projects, which they finished within two hours. They worked steadily and were personable. They also noticed a fault in our wiring that was potentially hazardous.

Description of Work: Excellent work. He did long over due carpentry work for my husband. Very personable young man.

Description of Work: I had purchased one of the big deals from Angie's List - $99 for 4 hours of handyman work. I called several times before anyone returned my call to schedule the service. On the phone I let them know that I had a couple of tiles that needed replaced, but I was told, they do not do ceramic tile (despite their business description on Angie's List which lists ceramic tiles. I then requested that a couple of cabinets be hung (one a replacement medicine cabinet - the space was already cut out in the wall - and the other a surface mount cabinet), and about 10 screens replaced. I supplied all of the material to accomplish the tasks, including the re-screening tool. The cabinets went well, but the "handyman" did not know how to replace the screens. I had to leave my house while he was there, leaving him to work on the screens. He texted me after I had left saying it wasn't going well and was there something else he could do instead. I had nothing else for him to do at that point so he left after 2 hours. I have since hired 2 teenage boys who were able to do the work. Very disappointed that a self-proclaimed handy man couldn't handle simple work and that I paid for 4 hours and only received 2.

Description of Work: Service was great, the date I entered was approximate. I didn't use the full 4 hours, probably only about an hour which is the reason for the "B" grade on price.
