Description of Work: Hired to help a friend that had just moved. Did a wonderful job installing a wall mounted entertainment unit and a hundred little tasks all over the house. Our friend was overjoyed at the quality and quantity of tasks he was able to accomplish. Turned out to be a great house-warming gift. Definitely would recommend and hire again. Thank you!

Description of Work: Price paid was for handyman services to be performed for 4 hours. | |He was friendly, punctual, professional, very quick and clean. He finished everything we had on the list with plenty of time left over. | |Climbed on roof to fix weather vane soffit (steep roof, 2 stories tall), replaced bulbs in 17 foot fixture. adjusted front door stop and installed replacement weather stripping. sealed drafty window actuator soffits, fixed leaky guest BR basin piping, replaced master BR spring actuator door catch, master BR toilet adjusted, fixed lower level guest BR sink. | |Definitely will use him again. There was NOTHING he could fix, attend to or take care of. AWESOME job for rock bottom price (perhaps too low). | |Very satisfied.

Description of Work: Fred installed 2 ceiling fans (took the old ones out) replaced a light fixture and re-caulked the tub all in 4 hours. He was very personable and professional; he worked at a steady pace and got everything I wanted done in a timely manner. I will definitely call him again for future jobs!
