Ms. (Ines) Pontes is terrific. She did a thorough walk through of our home, asked questions and described how her team would operate. She answered all my questions completely. Most importantly she delivered the service she said she would in a completely professional, thorough manner. In short - Pontes cleaning is fabulous and we strongly recommend them for any cleaning job!
