They did a fine job

The vinyl siding was repaired quickly and with great quality. The start of the project began after I thought it was, but they did the work quickly which allowed me to meet my project deadline.All workers were professional and pointed out what needed done, not just what I thought was needed, giving me the opportunity to have it done at that time or schedule it for a later date. There was no high pressure sales, just looking out for me.

I needed to have about 10 feet of soffitt and fascia board replaced after the gutter had pulled away. John's crew was able to come and perform the work a week earlier than we had originally scheduled. The men were fast and thorough. You can't tell there was ever an issue.

They need to hire an operator to take calls and appointments, as th owner was the one I had to get a hold of and he was hard to get responses from, and there was a language barrier issue.

Workers did not show up on time. Did not have proper equipment. Left work area a mess. Final bill was more than quoted, even though some work negotiated in bill was not needed. Upon inspection of work performed, after they left I found several areas needed to be repainted. Will definitely not use Home Advisor or this company again.

John was very knowledgeable. Just watching him work was a pleasure. I helped him off and on and knew that I had chosen the correct person. I would not hesitate hiring him again.

Had siding that needed fixed before another big storm hit and they were able to get it done on a Saturday evening, (less than 24 hours after contacting).

He gave me a verbal estimate, saying there was an amount it would not go over. I had several panels of siding replaced. He would call before his crew did the work. No call. But the work has been done and looks good. We've had some winds and so far, no problems. Nice guy. Just surprised I haven't heard back from him, or been given a bill. It's not my job to chase him on this matter.

He was on time and made a proper repair. I would hire again.

Did a great job. Fast and a really close match to what o have on my house.

I would stay away. Poor communication, sloppy work. Does not answer phone. Screwed up front of house. Left cigarettes in mulch beds, screws and mess in driveway. Did leak repair in roof and made it worse. Came back to fix leak and front of house without calling first. Started repair and didn't even knock on door. Left without a word. Promised different crew, sent same crew. Asked for money back for leak repair. All he did second time on leak was about one minute of caulking. Horrible customer service. Came back a third time for leak but at that point wanted nothing to do with this company. Unannounced again, at least they rang doorbell this time.

Beautiful work! I am looking forward to using HK Construction for other projects in the future!

The contractor was very easy to communicate with; and was very flexible to work around my schedule. The fascia on my roof came loose due to very high winds; and was hanging down. I called John and he was able to look at it quickly and come out to fix it. Very reasonable price compared to other quotes I received. I like that fact that this is a family owned business from what it looked like to me. I am going to contact HK Construction first for all of my home repair needs.

They waited until 8 am to call and say they would be here in one hour. I was still asleep when they arrived. Also it took two calls to get them to send me a written estimate for the job.

The contractor came at the time promised...he gave me a quote...when he returned, he fixed my issue quickly and it looked great.

He called us immediately, came out for free quote on time. Was a couple hours late from promised start time, but there was snow, but a call would have been nice, but overall very happy thus far :)
