Description of Work: They explained to me how they could do a "quick fix" to my laptop (i.e., remove a screw) that would get it working again, but to really replace the part I would have to bring it to a more specialized shop. I decided to go that route, so I did not end up using their service. The location wasnt so convenient for me, so I wouldn't use them again only for that reason.

+ -1 moreTHEY DID NOT CHARGE ME AS MUCH AS THEY COULD HAVE SINCE THE PROBLEM WAS SO UNUSUAL AND TOOK MUCH MORE TIME THAN ANYONE HAD ANTICIPATED. THEY WERE VERY FAIR AND REASONABLE. THEY HAVE EARNED MY LOYALTY AND I RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
Description of Work: I HAD A MAJOR PROBLEM WITH MY COMPUTER THAT WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO DIAGNOSE AND TO REPAIR. AN IMPORTANT FILE THAT WAS PART OF THE COMMUNICATIONS PACKAGE HAD BECOME CORRUPTED AND PREVENTED ME FROM CONNECTING WITH THE INTERNET. HELP WIZARDS HAD TO DO EXTENSIVE WORK TO DIAGNOSE IT AND HAD TO TAKE THE COMPUTER WITH THEM TO FIX IT. THEY HAD TO WIPE THE HARD DRIVE CLEAN AND START OVER. IN THE PROCESS, I HAD THEM UPGRADE THE PC TO WINDOWS 98 AND TO HELP ME CLEAN UP UNNECESSARY PROGRAMS AND FILES.
