Description of Work: HELP WIZARDS RESPONDED COURTEOUSLY TO MY CALL AND SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT WITHIN 24 HOURS (I DECLINED THE OFFER TO SCHEDULE A RUSH SERVICE). THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS PROMPT, DIAGNOSED AND SOLVED THE PROBLEM, AND (PER MY ADDITIONAL REQUEST) INSTALLED VIRUS SOFTWARE, TOO.

Description of Work: I NEVER HAD ANY WORK DONE. I HAD SCHEDULED A TECHNICIAN TO COME OUT AND TAKE A LOOK AT MY COMPUTER PROBLEM. WE HAD SCHEDULED THE REPAIR TO TAKE PLACE AT 4 PM. I WAS INADVERTENTLY CALLED AWAY TO A CLIENT. I DID NOT HAVE TIME TO CALL HELP WIZARDS. WHEN I ARRIVED HOME, THERE WAS A MESSAGE THERE. I HAD BEEN SPEAKING TO ANOTHER COMPANY AND THEY CAME THE NEXT DAY AN FIXED THE PROBLEM. ON THE NEXT WEEK, I RECEIVED A BILL FROM HELP WIZARDS FOR $110.00 $10.00 FOR A SERVICE CALL AND $100.00 AN HOUR FOR THE REPAIRS. SINCE THEY NEVER EVEN ENTERED MY HOUSE, I FELT THAT THE CHARGE WAS WRONG. I CALLED ONE OF THE SECRETARIES AND SHE SAID THAT THE AMOUNT WAS CORRECT AND I SHOULD HAVE HAVE REALIZED THAT THE $10.00 WAS AUTOMATIC EVEN IF YOU WEREN''T THERE. IN OTHER WORDS, UNREFUNDABLE!! I HUNG UP AND WENT TO WORK. I BECAME MADDER AND MADDER. SO I CALLED BACK AND ASKED FOR THE MANAGER. JEFF ANSWERED THE PHONE AND SAID THAT SOMEONE SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME ABOUT THE $10.00 CHARGE. NO ONE DID.
