Description of Work: This was a shower pan and tile installation. The shower pan was initially installed incorrectly, but they did return and completely resolved the issue. They did a good job of installing the shower pan the second time and even fixed a leak that was from the first shower pan installation.The initial tile work was very good.They could have done better with follow-up information.I had to ask always initiate communication to get any information from them. Overall, they did redeem themselves and finished the shower to our satisfaction. It is very nice now and we do appreciate them coming back and making us satisfied customers. I would have given them an A if they would have done the job right the first time, so I'll give them a B+ overall. The crew that finished our shower get an A for the work they did.
