They arrived at our place on-time the first morning and immediately got to work removing the old bathtub. While the plumber was doing his work another guy modified the duct location, during that time they took it upon themselves to replace some rotted sub-floor board next to the old tub. The plumber had to leave for a bit but came back and finished installing the new bathtub and then tested the whole system, fixing a few very small pinhole leaks. The following Monday morning the electrician came out, once our fan arrived, and rewired the electric in the bathroom - he installed the 2 regular can lights and then the can-light/exhaust combination (vented to the soffit in lieu of making a roof penetration) on a GFCI over our bathtub. He rewired all the old electric with new, installing a new junction box and a second switch. Brian and his entire crew were fantastic, we plan to have them come out again in the near future to do some more work around our house when time/money permit.

After shopping around for my toilet replacement project, I was impressed by Brian's professionalism and reasonable pricing. Brian did an excellent job! With the exception of one day when he was called away on an emergency job, he always showed up as scheduled. The new toilets were installed professionally. He even came back a week later to install my downstairs toilet after I'd removed wallpaper and painted the walls. His price for re-installing a wood medicine cabinet was also very reasonable. I had a slight leak from the old water tubing, which Brian fixed promptly. Overall.....EXCELLENT JOB.....HIGHLY RATED!!!

We have had Brian and his company do several projects for us and all have been done on time, and at a competitive price. This most recent project entailed replacing carpet with slate tile. The workmanship is excellent and they even leveled out the floor so that the tile would lay perfectly. The guys showed up on time and finished the project in the time frame indicated. The only negative comment is that their clean-up was not excellent and lots of dust remained.

The project was done on schedule, on budget and the finished product was excellent. We didn't know before we started the project that they could do the reinforcement beams in the basement but they did a great job at about half the price of other quotes I got.

Brian Cady and his crew were some of the most professional, through and polite contractors we have ever come across. The job took longer than Brian had estimated, but the price remained the same. There are a lot of choices for homeowners of guys calling themselves, "handymen." Handyman Guys are the real deal and we highly recommend them. We have other projects for 2010 and Brian will be the first guy we call when it's time to get things done.

Brian was really helpful with patching my roof. He worked with me and I was able to fix my roof without spending thousands of dollars. I will definitely work with this company in the future.

We had a kind of misunderstanding and the work was not communicated to the owner. There was more work to be done and the workers stayed with me and completed the job. They were punctual and I would probably use them again.

Brian was very flexible with me and continued to communicate/update me on all work being done. there was a great deal of debris cleared to install fence, so he called to get my ok for a dumpster but took care of everything.

Brian came over the day after I spoke with him to give me a written estimate for the work. He was punctual, friendly, very knowledgealbe and professional. He wrote an estimate for me on the spot. For the work he expected it would take two days costing $1160. This was by far the highest estimae we received and the work was estimated to take twice as long as 1 day which most ofhers estimated

Mr. Cady returned phone calls promptly. Met me at the site and gave me an estimate on the spot. (Another contractor more local to the site did not). Showed up to work on the date promised. I asked him to replace some additional windows. They had more trouble than expected at removing the windows. But they kept at it. The extra windows I ordered caused a delay in getting them made. They adjusted. They repaired the roof/eave and then returned to the site 2 days later to complete the windows.

Our house had been broken into through our basement window on Tuesday. We bought some security bars to install in the basement windows, but were unable to drill into the concrete block so decided to hire someone to do the job right away because there have been a rash of break-ins and some houses have been broken into more than once. We called several services and all of them wanted to come out, give an estimate and do the job sometime next week. When I spoke with Brian Cady and explained our situation, he arranged to have someone come out to do the job the very next morning at 8 am! Justin came out to do the work, did a wonderful job installing the bars, and even completed the work more quickly than we expected. We are so grateful for their ability to work with us and will absolutely use them again!

They were on time for everything from the estimate to the work. They provided us an instant price that was reasonable and cleaned up after themselves. The mudding of the new drywall was done in a garage and we experienced extremely cold weather soon thereafter, so it appears to have shrunk some. I told Brian about it and he said they would come back and fix it when the weather warms up this Spring. We were very happy with the workmanship and the efficiency in which they completed the jobs.

This is a wonderful company to work with. Brian Cady, the owner, is always professional and returns calls promptly. His crew is polite and clean up when they are finished. They came to the work after the wind storm from the hurricane and replaced the roof shingles and chimney caps at no extra cost. This is the first company I call when I need work done.

The chimneys needed tuck pointed as a result of the home inspection for the sale of the home. Brian was able to due the job for his minimum charge.

I called Wednesday after the big wind storm. Brian said he would be out on Saturday at 2:00. He said he would give me an estimate and do the work right then if the price was right. He arrived early, I will call him again.

They did a great job, overall. They worked quickly and called me daily to let me know what was going on. He even dropped off paint samples with me at work so I could choose the colors. The pricing was very reasonable as well. The siding was in bad shape, and they spent a long time removing ivy remnants. The most damaged areas don't look perfect, but I think they did the best job possible. The transformation was amazing and given the price, I was more than satisfied. Neighbors were impressed!

I had a very good experience with this company. I called on a Friday afternoon to get an estimated. I spoke with Brian Cady, company president. He said that he could come out on Saturday morning to give me an estimated and could complete the work at that time if I thought the estimate was reasonable. Brian showed up as scheduled and I had the work completed Saturday morning.

Brian was a pleasure to work with. He responded to my call within an hour. I had been told by several handymen services that they would not be able to get to me for almost two weeks. Brian offered to meet with me within a couple of days of my phone call (on a Saturday, no less) to give me an estimate. After assuring me that the whole door did not need to be replaced, he also secured the broken window to prevent heat from escaping. By Thursday all of the repairs were completed beautifully and everything was cleaned up. We had him back a few months later to fix a portion of our privacy fence that was falling down. He did another great job, and when my husband mentioned that one of the new pipes (from the previous repair) appeared to be leaking, he fixed it immediately, no question.

Timely Quote. Scheduled and completed job very quickly. Looks as good as new.

I emailed Brian on Thursday night and we set up a time for him to come out and give us an estimate on Saturday morning. He showed up on time, and asked if it would be okay if he cut out a piece of the falling down drywall to see what was happening under it. He did, and said he could tell that the wood as well as the drywall was drooping eight inches. He gave us an estimate for $650 for the fix plus $200 to put up new drywall because we asked him to separate them out. We scheduled for the following Tuesday. Brian and one other worker came Tuesday and did the job in one day. They kept us updated as they went and cleaned up after themselves. We would definitely use them again.

The work went extremely well. I will have the Handyman Guys do more work at my apartments. As previously indicated, the replacement of the roof could not be done immediately because of the weather. The owner of the company went the day he was called by my property manager to my apartment an tarped the roof to avoid further interior damage. He charged only $50 for this excellent service. The roof replacement is excellent. During the project one of the workers fell off a ladder and broke a neighbors fence. Brian Cady personally handle the issue and had the fence repaired in no time at all.
