It seemed take a long time (about 6 weeks) for the order to come in, and they didn't keep us updated. It was our responsibility to call them. Eventually, once the order arrived, everything turned out fine and the installation went well. We're very pleased with the work.

The experience was very good, from the sales person who handled our account to the technicians who completed the work. Their price was fair, and their follow through was excellent. The process was more involved than what we thought initially, and they were really good with calling us to let us know when the material were in, scheduling the appointments, finding out any issues, etc.

Overall, it went great. We've used them before and we've purchased tiles from them. We have always been happy with their service.

The experience was excellent overall. We did some price comparison, and I think they're price was competitive. They were very responsive, and did what they said they would do in the time that they said they'd do it.

They have a great supply, helped whenever they could (my husband installed the tile), and had great customer service overall.

This is the third time that their advice has saved me time and money. Prior experience involved purchases. Heartily recommend them and will use them in the future.

Part was in stock and quickly supplied.

The quote was for $2000. They are the only ones that I could find who could give me a good quote. They actually do tile work in the area. They are a supplier as well as an installer. Their price seemed to be a little bit high, but they are all supposed to do this kind of work. I will probably use them.

I was clueless on what I wanted and was struggling with my decision. I made multiple appointments with Kathie Reed at Hamilton Parker. She sat with me and even stayed over to work with me on multiple occasions. I finally found an idea on the internet and went back to match tile to the idea and Kathie was busy that day, so I worked with someone else. As I was leaving, discouraged that I just couldn't make up my mind, Kathie approached me and even though she was working with someone else, she led me over to some tile samples. I found what I wanted and it all fell into place. I love the way it turned out and have gotten many compliments.

We contacted Hamilton Parker and spoke to them about a problem we were having with our Garage Door. We also indicated the kind of guard we wanted them to install. The service technician arrived with the part and replaced the old rubber guard with a new aluminum guard.

The employee called 30 minutes ahead of scheduled time to confirm appointment and directions. He arrived on time and was very professional.

They did a fantastic job of getting my work done in time for the holidays, and the technicians could not have been more pleasant and professional.

It turned out fine. The tech did a good install.

Absolutely horrible. The salesperson failed to record the mosaic tile we picked out and had to email us so she could put the order in. Then, the tile installer realized the salesperson never even figured in any kind of bullnose for the edge and had to have that added. When the product came in, we didn't have enough field tile for the shower, the bullnose was the wrong finish, we didn't know if we would have enough to finish the floor and they ordered twice as much of the expensive mosaic. Now they won't allow us to return any of the mosaic because they say it's our fault and they won't accept returns on special order items. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and will follow up with the AG's office if necessary. I would never use this company again. UPDATE: Hamilton Parker did finally give us a refund for the amout that was over-ordered. To say that I am happy that they did the right thing is a little overstated. It took me sending an email that the salesperson had sent me originally demonstrating how confused she was before the order was even placed and putting this complaint on Angies List before they would take me seriously. Up to that point, the salesperson and customer service representative were unwilling to accept any responsiblity for the mistake and blamed me and the contractor. Once this complaint was filed, they became more amicable. Then once the check was issued, their marketing rep emailed me and asked me to update this to reflect that they cooperated. I'm not changing my ratings, though. It shouldn't be that hard to get someone to take responsiblity for screwing up an order and then refunding your money instead of hiding behind a "no return on special order items" policy when it wasn't my fault.

I liked everything about them, it could not have been better.

They were fast and did the work on time as promised. They did the work and did a great job but there was not a follow up call to see how I liked the door.

I have had problems with the person ordering and getting the replacement part in. Whenever I call she says it should be here and then it still is not here. I have asked for them to call me to keep me abreast of what is going on but I still no piece replaced.

The people I dealt with were efficient and got things done. The service person was punctual and got done what they said they would, but this is the one thing that bothered me. I would use them again with a qualifier.

I thought their prices were quite reasonable for what they did. They were professional. They seemed to do good work, and I didn't have any complaints. They were quick in getting things done.

They went out of their way to help me over the phone. They were professional, nice and friendly.

It went well. They forgot one thing they were supposed to do and their was a problem with the billing. They were fine about all of this though.

I didn't find the salesman to be very helpful, I would have really appreciated some help because I don't know anything about gas logs. I was asking questions and he wasn't at all interested or responsive to me. Due to this experience, I probably wouldn't use them for any of their services.
