Wayne has done jobs on two different properties of mine. Wayne is honest with what needs to be done and is wonderful to work with. I would recommend him to anyone :)

He was successful in fixing our gutter and has stopped the leaking around our window. I would use him again. He is very honest and knows what he is doing. He is reasonably priced as well

It went well, exactly what we discussed.

Called him to find a blockage in my downspouts. Left a message and he returned the call the next day. After I described the problem, he said he did not do drains or snaking. He did refer me to a company that was able to do that kind of work. Gutterworks Plus has great customer service. While speaking with him, I mentioned getting gutter guards. He called me back and offered to install equipment to guard the downspout. He called and installed them the same day. He went out of his way to find a solution and provide excellent customer service. The price was more than reasonable. What really impressed me was his responsiveness and taking his time to refer me to another company to complete the initial work.

Wayne arrived promptly and was able to complete the repairs immediatetly. He showed me several types of covers and explained the features of each type. Work was completed quickly and we have since had several hard rains with no overflow. I thought that the price was very reasonable and Wayne was a true professional.

Job was done in a timely, professional manner.

The provider was wonderful to work with. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time. The quote he gave me for the work was very reasonable and his work was exemplary. He exceeded my expectations and I will definitely hire him again if the need arises. Thanks!

Wayne returned my call promptly and told me he would batch jobs in the area. He explained clearly what to expect. I told him about a trouble spot (gutter had come loose). He called the next day as he was on the way to the house, inspected the gutters, then called me with an estimate. I approved the work, and he left me an invoice. I returned home to a yard free from debris (which would have taken an effort to clean--I have many hardwoods, and the gutters hadn't been cleaned after the spring). The loose spot had been reattached, and Wayne left me an invoice for the estimated amount. We haven't had rain yet, so I haven't checked the work on clearing the gutters yet, but I don't expect problems. Everything else has been exactly as communicated. I will update if the work quality is other than the excellent work I have already inspected. I will definitely call with future work.

It took several calls back and forth before we connected with Wayne, but he promptly responded to every message we left. He was able to fit us in his schedule in a day or so. He came and did the work carefully and thoroughly. In speaking with him, it is very clear that he knows his business well. This is not just some guy with a bucket and a ladder. We will definitely call Wayne the next time we need anything done to our gutters.

It was a great experience. Mr. Richardson got back in touch with me very quickly to set up a timeframe for him to come to our house and assess what all we needed to be done. Even with the rain issues, he got to us in a timely fashion, calling about half an hour before he would be here. He went over everything that we would need to have done to correct the issues we were having and gave me an accurate estimate of the cost. He finished the job quickly and efficiently. Even was able to fix some small things we hadn't noticed before the estimate! Everything is now working perfectly thanks to him. I will call him again when we need more gutter work done and would highly recommend him to anyone!

Wayne was great! Prompt and clear communications. Also, I've had my gutters cleaned by others and reported a drainage problem... It was Wayne that identified the cause of the problem and suggested a couple valley guards. I appreciated his help. I enjoyed doing business with him.

Wayne arrived and looked at gutters so he could give me quote to clean out leaves, etc.. Wayne took pictures with his camera so he could show me the condition of the gutters and explained what he would be doing to clean them out. The great thing was that he cleaned them the same day and gave us a one year warranty. I asked for a quote on installing gutter guards and Wayne went to his truck and gave me samples of guards that would work best for our house and explained the benefits of both styles...I will be contacting him to have guards installed.

Wayne did an excellent job. He showed up on time and did a thorough cleaning. He also alerted me to the fact that one side of my house was missing roof flashing (he took pictures to show me).

Great. Mr. Richardson came to the house as scheduled and advised what needed to be done. He scheduled the work for the following week so he could purchase the supplies. He completed the work timely and in a very professional manner. He also explained better how our gutters work and referred us to another contractor to work on a backed up underground gutter drain after explaining that the work he does stops at the ground level.

Wayne is a first rate guy. Very professional and thorough on removing undesired materials from gutters and sealing them accordingly.

Arranged to have gutter taken down with Wayne over the phone, which is something he took care of without my needing to be there. Everything was done well and now that the stucco repair has been done, I will contact Wayne again to have the gutter re-installed. Very easy to work with and seems to be knowledgeable and receptive regarding all types of gutter work.

Wayne showed up earlier than expected and was very knowledgable about what we needed done. He proceeded to do the estimate and was very reasonable. He completed the job by cleaning out all debris from gutters and renailed loose spikes to secure gutters back in place. He even cleaned and resealed front inside mitre to stop the leak above one of the upstair windows. Fabulous job. I would recommend him to anyone who needs their gutters cleaned and repaired.

Wayne is great. He came by previously to look at my gutters and installed some wider gutters. He was prompt, professional, and easy to work with and understand. He came by earlier today to clean out my gutters - left a bill in the mailbox and all work was done just as he promised. He's interested in repeat customers and it shows.

We had a front gutter which was not draining properly so I called him and he said as soon as the rain would stop he would call me back in a day or two.He promptly returned my call and came out and inspected it. He was excellent explaining my gutters problems and what my options were. He ordered the new one and installed it.We were very happy with the service he provided and will definitely use him again as well as refer him for gutter problems.A+A+A+A+

Nice guy came out, went up on my roof and told me my job was not in his wheel house and referred me to someone else. no charge. would totally use him again.

I have used Gutterworks Plus for several years and they always do an excellent job. They show up when scheduled and clean up after the job. Will continue to call them every year.
