We called for an appointment but they never got in touch with us. Is business so good that they can be rude and not even reply to requests??

Wayne did an excellent job on a very hot summer day. I don’t think the gutters have been cleaned since the house was built over 20 years ago. Wayne can be slow in getting out to do the job when he is in the busy season but it is worth the wait to get a professional job at a reasonable cost.

I had paid $99 for coupon for gutter cleaning. When the service man came out, he checked my gutters and said he could only find 6 leaves, no cleaning was needed, and he would not have charged me anything. I appreciated his honesty. I contacted Angie's List and was able to get all my $ refunded:-)

Didn't do all of the gutters because he couldn't get to the top level.

For a very reasonable price I was very impressed.

I left a message and he called me back the next day to say he would be out to do an estimate. Did not hear back from him so a week later I called again. He said he was glad I had called because he had lost my contact information. Again said he would be out the next day to do an estimate and would get back with me. I have never heard back. Will not use this company.

He is very busy, what with all the rain we have had lately. He returned my call after about a week and showed up the next day. He was friendly, explained what he was going to do. He cleaned up all debris. I would definitely use him again.

I left him a message and he called me a couple of days later to tell me he'd be in the area the following week and would check it out and let me know an estimated cost. He then called me the next week from my house and I went to meet him. The gutters had not been cleaned in 17 years since I lived there so he spent almost 1 1/2 hours cleaning and nailing back gutter that was getting loose because of the weight. He also checked downspouts and anything else that could cause problems and made sure it was all good. We then talked about gutter guard for the front corner of my house where the tree had filled it with leaves and he indicated he didn't have enough of the gutter guard with him but he could come back the following week after my roof was replaced. We also talked about the moss and algae on the old roof and he told me it could be prevented by applying zinc strips near the ridge. I checked with the roofer who told me they didn't do this so when he came back out, Wayne went and installed the two rolls I bought online. He did a great job with the cleaning and the installation of the gutter guard and zinc strip. He's very knowledgeable about his trade.

Called and left a message re:needing work done. Never received a response. But, things happen and maybe they didn't get our message. After a week, called again and still haven't heard back after another week. Have moved on to the next service provider. Would not recommend.

The actual work was excellent. I would ask for a specific day and/or time.

Wayne and his son came in a timely manner, gave us an estimate and performed work same day. They tightened gutters and did an excellent job cleaning the debris.

He paid close attention to all the technical details here, and I learned a lot from him about rain gutters and all aspects of how roofs should be done. Wayne is very personable, is concerned about his customer, and is great to work with. One final note. One month after the job was complete, on June 4, 2016, we had a very heavy rain storm. Everything worked great. The rain gutter screens also worked great during the Fall (late September through early November) leaf raking season. I would most definitely use him again.

Wayne came out the day after I called him. He called me with a detailed description of what he would do after inspecting the gutters and downspouts. All the work was done promptly, professionally, and at a very reasonable price. I am very impressed with his attention to detail and customer service. I give him my highest recommendation in all areas and will definitely be using him in the future.

Please ignore my earlier review. Wayne called the next day, then came over, gave estimate, and did the job the same day. Everything went smoothly. He was very courteous, and explained the details of the job they were going to perform.

Great. They provided solutions for me due to drainage issues. They got the job done and they were reliable, professional and they fit my budget. Very Happy!

Made arrangements by phone for Mr. Richardson to come between 9:30 and 11 am on August 19th for an estimate. He said he would be nearby after picking up materials in Valleyview (near my house). He did not show. I tried to reach him by phone about 1 pm. Left him a message saying how disappointed I was to have waited at home for him for 4 hours. He did have my phone number as I had given it to him the previous day.

We contacted Gutterworks Plus - Wayne Richardson - to come out and clean the gutters. Wayne has cleaned our gutters before and we are always satisfied with the job he does. His son is working with him now. They cleaned the debris from all the gutters, and made sure the downspouts were clear and flowing. They made sue all the gutters were secure. They also cleaned up and took away all the debris. Though my husband could do this himself, it is worth it to not risk a fall or other accident. Wayne knows gutters. He does good work, and will steer you straight. Once the leaves are down this fall, we will have him out again. Rated a B for responsiveness, since it took him a couple of days to return our phone call. No big deal, we knew he would get back with us. To be efficient he tries to do houses in the same area on the same day rather than run back and forth all over town.

The guys arrived on time and did a great job. Very professional. Everything was done per quote. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

They were unresponsive. I expect people that are in business to at least respond. I called around the holiday so I kept that in mind but they had plenty of time to respond.
