I called Wayne based on the reviews I saw from other customers and I was not disappointed. Wayne is very professional, did a great job and was very honest with us. He didnt try to upsell me on anything, just told us what we needed. We will recommend Wayne to all our friends and will use Wayne's services again! But be prepared...He is a busy man, probably because he does a great job!

Very good, through. Need seams caulked which could not be done to rain, need to call back. Was disappointed that the last time Wayne came to clean gutters, he put mesh screens in downspouts, did not mention at that time that would need to clean gutters at least yearly. Screens were put to keep out leaves, walnuts etc. Gutters were overflowing when raining, called a guy for clogged downspouts, charged $85.00 by that provider only to tell me that gutters needed cleaned! Wayne explained that roof particles, not leaves are the problem. House is less that 10 years old. Wish he had told me that the first time he cleaned gutters. But, will hire Wayne again because he is so through, prompt, and polite. Husband said no one else would clean gutters in pouring rain!

Mr. Richardson was prompt, diligent, thorough and his price was fair. He cleaned the gutters and pointed out where repairs were needed. Definitely will call him again.

Wayne did a great job of cleaning the gutters of leaves and debris. Also installed guards to prevent stuff from going down the downspouts. Thank you

He did a great job & called our attention (with photos) to some problems with our siding, which he advised be repaired by someone else.

Wayne cleaned the gutters on the rear of my ranch home in brook side estates west. He provided a good quote and did the work directly on my accepting his proposal. Punctual, considerate, organized, He cleaned up behind his work and took all waste away with him.

Wayne did a fantastic job with my gutters. They were really bad and he took some 50 pounds of junk from the gutters. He even flushed them which he didn't have to do. Just had the first rain storm since they were cleaned and the worked fantastically. Thanks Wayne!

I left a message to schedule an appointment. Four days later I got a return call, and a message telling me I had a 45 minute window to return the call. I didn't make the window, but have tried to get in contact a couple more times with no luck. I'm not going to keep chasing this guy down to clean my gutters. He needs s cell phone and email.

Wayne did a FANTASTIC job. He was able to find solutions to all our leaking gutter issues, except one which kept leaking initially. When I called him to see if he could look at it again he came right out and added an apparatus that fixed our problem at no charge. He is a very nice, genuine, hardworking gentleman - I highly recommend him!

Wayne was the only one of the three Angie's "A"list providers who returned a phone call regarding a gutter problem. He cleared the clog and looked at other problems. Some of the issues involved roof shingles and he was honest in saying that he didn't do roofing work but gave me the names of two roofers. He struck me as trustworthy and dependable. I would definitely use him again for gutter problems.

Wayne assessed my "to do" list, including determining that a clogged downspout drain line needed to be cleared by a drain a drain cleaning contractor, provided an estimate of the work to be down, and when given the OK, he quickly addressed and completed the needed maintenance tasks. He was thorough in his work and honest in his assessment of what did and did not need to be done. I am very pleased with Wayne's work and would hire him again for any gutter related work.

I called Wayne on a Wednesday after I noticed an overflow from one gutter following a hard rain. By the following afternoon, he was out cleaning the gutters, installing a valley guard on one, and nailing in loose spikes that I wasn't aware I had to make all secure. Additionally he advised me on a suitable alternative to the faulty pop-up emitter located in the back yard that has never "popped-up". That advice included a business card from a drain company that could install a French drain. All this at half the cost that I had been paying another company for gutter cleaning. His communication is clear, non-pressuring, and extremely pleasant. I'd hire him again in a minute!

Wayne called me right away, we played phone tag a few days, but thank goodness he didn't give up. Two pieces of downspout fell off the second floor eves., and during one of the freezes and thaws another corner of the house had a leaking downspout. When he got here he saw where another downspout needed to be secured to the wall. They were done in 20 minutes so he only charged me the service fee.

The job was just done only yesterday but seemed to go well and without any issues. Wayne seems quality driven and honest.

Wayne was very responsive, communicated well, always returned calls, called with an "I'm on the way". I think he said he's been doing this for 30 years. Used to work for a big local company then went on his own. He worked quickly, knew what he was doing and the re-routed gutter looks light years better than what the builder did. Very reasonable prices. I'll be calling him for anything gutter related that I need done in the future.

They did a great job both times. He knew what he was doing, did a great job, was reasonably priced, was able to do the work when I wasn't home, and was honest.

Very easy transaction. Fast response to request and friendly. Cleaned gutters on two story house and tweaked any loose fittings. Left an invoice for payment.

Wayne and his son was very professional and performed all the work as requested and communicated to us what was needed done currently and what we may want to consider in the next few years. Wayne also informed us that there was a minor crack in the stucco between the roof and the flashing. We would use Gutterworks Plus again for any and all Gutter issues.
