I contacted the provider who said he'd be in the area within a few days and would come to give me an estimate. The next day he called to say he had just finished a job nearby and asked if it would be convenient to stop by. He arrived within a short time, reviewed the condition of the gutters, gave a very reasonable estimate, and said he could do the clean-up right then. He and his assistant proceeded to start work and were finished well within a half hour. It must be noted that the gutters had not been cleaned for at least 2-3 years and were filled with leaves and sprouting plants. They cleaned and checked that gutters were secure, checked that downspouts were clear and flowing, and removed all debris. In addition, the young man assisting noticed that a roof shingle was missing, took a picture of the area, and showed me where it was located. Both gentlemen were pleasant and efficient, and I would not hesitate to use them again or refer their services to others.

He was very easy to work with and was honest with his findings. He worked quick and efficiently. He was very easy to work with. I would use his services again.

I called Wayne and told him my gutters were leaking in a few spots. He came over (on time, as usual!) and I showed him the spots that had problems, then I went in the house. Wayne then took a look at my gutters--all of my gutters, not just the ones I had pointed out to him, and told me the spots I pointed out to him weren't leaking, they were overflowing because the downspouts were clogged. He said the gutters were missing some of their gutter hangers and that he could straighten the gutters where needed and attach the hangers. He did find some seams that were leaking that I hadn't know about. Wayne knows his trade well and is very observant. He happily agreed to paint the gutter hangers that same color as the gutters. He came back a few days later and did a great job taking care of all that he said he would do. He cleaned up so well that I couldn't even tell he'd been here. Wayne is a gem!

We have been using Wayne twice a year, every year, for the last 10 years. He is reliable, efficient and a pleasure to be around. It is hard to find service providers who are not only skilled, but who you feel comfortable having around your home. Wayne is proud of his work and I trust him to do the best job possible.

Received a return call the next day 11/17/15. Informed the gentleman that I would like the work done either 11/23/15 or 11/24/15. Flexible on time as well. He stated that they would give me call about 20 minutes before their arrival. The 23rd and 24th came and went. No calls from the company. Very disappointed. Gutters still full of leaves.

Both he and his son were professional and friendly. Showed up on time, gave me an accurate estimate before beginning work, cleaned up the debris they took out of the gutters.

I needed the gutters cleaned and repaired at a rental home I own. I called Gutterworks Plus and Wayne returned my call quickly. He was there on time. He did a great job of explaining the work that needed to be done and gave me a very fair price for the work. I was impressed with his professionalism and even asked him to give me a quote to do some work on the gutters at my home, so I'll be writing another review when he completes the work there. I am happy to recommend him.

I called them to clean off my gutter screens. Even though I have expensive screens, I was seeing rain water flow over the gutters when there was a heavy downpour. Wayne stopped by on 8/20 and climbed up on the roof to check the gutters. He found debris and some small amount of mold. He advised that I call the company that installed the gutter screens so as not to void any warranty. He took several pictures of the gutters and texted them to me a few days later. This service call didn't cost me a penny, but was worth a lot because of their honesty, help, and straight forward assistance. I really appreciated their help and would recommend them if you need your gutters cleaned or fixed in any way. If anything changes in the future, I will certainly use Gutterworks Plus.

They arrived on time, did the work quickly and got everything done within 15 minutes, which is included as a part of their service call fee. They did not have to resecure the other gutters, but they did so as a preventive measure and to help avoid any gutter problems in the future. They also checked the slope of the gutters to make sure everything is draining correctly.

Gutterworks was great to work with. Wayne was very helpful in figuring out our problems of water overruning the gutters. He provided a quote on site and was able to repair and clean all gutter within the week. Would highly recommend them for others to use.

Wayne and his son are easy to work with, and they do their work efficiently and neatly. If I have given a "quality" rating of B, above, it's because I don't know how durable or efficient the gutter guards will prove to be, not because I find any fault with the work. I plan to have them back when the gutters need cleaning again.

I requested 3 estimates from highly rated Angie's List companies and easily chose Gutterworks. First off, Wayne was the only person who came out to look at my gutters to give an estimate. The other places gave me estimates for replacing gutters. When I asked them about repairs, they gave me incredibly high prices to repair gutters that they hadn't even looked at. Wayne came out the day after we spoke to look at the gutters and gave me an estimate on the spot. Then he came a few days later to do the work. He arrived on time & didn't take long to complete the work. I was waiting for it to rain again before I left a review so I could see if everything was fixed properly. I'm happy to report that my gutters are leak free now. All corners had previously leaked and we were getting water damage in the basement. Wayne had informed me that our gutters didn't have any caulking in them before, so that's why they were leaking naturally. He also secured the gutters with longer spikes so that we won't need to constantly hammer them back in. I also had a rain barrel hooked up on my patio that was problematic. Since our underground pipes are broken, he rerouted the downspout so that I can now divert a flexible gutter piece into the barrel or back into the downspout when it's full. So no more flooded patio. YAY!

They called and said they'd be in the area and would stop by. When they arrived, Wayne asked about any problem areas, then checked gutters and gave an estimate. They cleaned all the debris and removed it from the property. They adjusted the slope on both sides of the breezeway and also checked that all downspouts were clear and flowing. They were pleasant and competent and we will definitely use them again.

Wayne and I set up a time for him to give an estimate and then do the work on the same day. He came a day later than scheduled because the jobs he had before mine took longer than usual, but it was not a big deal to me. He wrote a detailed estimate that was reasonable and finished the work in a little over an hour. I mentioned to him that I wanted gutter leaf guards installed, too. He gave me an estimate that was reasonable and will install them in one to two weeks since he doesn't carry that material in his pickup. Since I am a senior citizen he will also give me a 10% discount on this work. I am impressed with his knowledge and professionalism- he's been doing this kind of work for many years and seems to want to the job right.

It went as planned. My gutters were so messed up with all the rain this year, my basement was leaking like crazy, the gutters were not working and the rain in the gutters was falling like a waterfall. So he reslopped them we had a down poor the following day and they worked perfect. Drained right out to the curb. ?. So happy.

I had a lot of seepage inside my house from the gutters overflowing. They did a nice job of coming out and estimating the cost very quickly. They had the job done within days. I was very pleased with the service.

The gutters had been overflowing from the second floor and rain was falling like a waterfall in two places. I'd noticed one gutter had pulled away from the house as well. I called Gutterworks last week. Wayne Richardson, the owner, told me he would come out as soon as possible, given the backlog he had from all the rain and all the calls for service. He was unable to come out that week or during the weekend, but he was at the house Monday afternoon. I am very pleased with the responsiveness and with the work that was done.

Never did I think I could get so excited by having clean gutters, but adulthood (*cough* middle age *cough*) does strange things to us all. The frequent (unrelenting?) storms this summer made me realize that water was overflowing my gutters, causing water to be dumped onto the patio and my bedroom window. I feared for my foundation, and upon investigation realized I was actually growing a small tree in my topmost gutters. I toyed with trying to clean it myself, but my ladder wouldn't reach that high. I asked a neighbor if I could borrow his, but he said his wouldn't reach that high either, telling me I could go out the top window, crawl on the roof, and edge my way down to the gutter. Ummm...it seemed a much better idea to hire a professional. I called Gutterworks Plus not just because of their great rating, but because they promised to tighten up any loose gutters as well. Having seen a house in my neighborhood whose gutter fell down, I decided this service was a lovely bonus. I waited a few days for them to first return my call (I phoned on a Sunday, they called back on Tuesday--this delay was fine by me), then about a week and a half before they were able to come do the work. It was explained to me that they'd come by the house, phone with an estimate, and I could call back and give the go ahead within a certain amount of time. If they were still onsite when I called back, they'd proceed with the work, if not they'd return on another date. I really wanted that tree gone, so I asked if I could authorize them to complete the work if it was around $100. They said yes. Not to be conceited, but I think this was pretty smart of me, and I recommend you do the same. Don't worry--owner is incredibly honest. When he was onsite, I was in a meeting so I couldn't take his call. He left a message, saying he estimated the job to be approximately $105 and that he'd go ahead and proceed with it. Frankly, given that tree that was growing in the gutter, I was thrilled with that price. However, when I got home, I found the bill was actually for $90! He could have easily charged me $105 (or heck, even $120 given the authorization), but he times his labor and charges accordingly. The debris from the job was cleaned up so well, I wouldn't have even known he'd been there if not for the bill and the fact that the tree was gone. I've had my gutters cleaned before, and I've always had to clean up the assorted leaves, seed pods, and related detritus. Not this time! I will absolutely, unequivocally be calling Gutterworks Plus next time my gutters need cleaned. I'm very appreciative of his honesty, his professionalism, and his attention to detail.

Everything went perfectly. We called them and they were not only on-time, but waited for an extra ten minutes while I was delayed in traffic. He looked at what had to be done, gave me an estimate right there and was ready to begin work. Not only did he repair the gutter that had peeled away from the roof-line, he found several other gutter issues on the side facing the road and the back for the same address segment. He repaired these within the cost of the estimate and was done in forty-five minutes. It was excellent work and we will use him again on the rest of the building addresses. Great work!

Even though it is the busiest time of the year for cleaning gutters, Wayne Richardson promptly returned my calls, placed us on a wait list, then contacted us when he was in the area, as he said he would and came right over to clean the gutters. He was informed, helpful, and friendly. He worked efficiently, with very good results.

We used Gutterworks last year and were very happy with the service, so when we noticed water overflowing the gutter on the back of the house we didn't hesitate to call Wayne again. This time it took him several days to return the message we left, which was different than the last time when he called back right away. We set a date, and Wayne was able to come a day early, which was fine with us. Wayne is a lot more than a guy with a ladder. He knows gutters and gives good advice. I am very happy not to have my husband hanging off a ladder two stories up in the air. Wayne costs less than our emergency room copay. We will continue to use Gutterworks to keep our gutters clean. It is reassuring to have his experienced eyes checking out the gutters at least once a year. Keeping water away from the foundation of the house is very important.

Objectively speaking, would you call again to a contractor/vendor, who (having provided the estimate) never shows up after firmly confirming the date and time of the scheduled service and then never calls to follow-up after that absolutely unexplained "no-show"? What is even more puzzling - numerous "A" level feedbacks from other lucky customers from the same time period giving the idea that the service was not interrupted by any unforeseen calamity. To say the least, this is a simple disrespect and total disregard to the customer - we all are just a short call away should any obstacles interfere with the initially confirmed plans. And they all claim that their professional reputation is very important. No comments...

He was very punctual, expedient, friendly and courteous. While he was cleaning my gutters and downspouts, he stopped to show me all the debris he had found and explained what it was and how it was causing a blockage. He also replaced two broken gutter hangers. I had my gutters cleaned previously by another company, that did a poor job. I feel confident Gutterworks Plus was very thorough and did a great job.
