Wayne is the best. He repaired these gutters last year for far less than anyone else wanted, and did all necessary checking and maintenance now for an equally reasonable price. Since he already knew us as customers we did not have to be home when the work was done; he billed us and we sent payment.

Wayne was punctual and went about the job very professionally. I was surprised when he fixed the angle of a gutter so it would drain better without being asked to do that. There was no extra charge for this task. Wayne charged exactly what his estimate was and we felt it was money well spent. We should have no more difficulty with our gutters clogging up. Wayne also offers a three year warranty on the work he did.

This is the second time we've used Gutterworks Plus. The first time we used Gutterworks was last year when we thought we needed new gutters. Other companies said we needed new gutters, but Wayne said the existing gutters just needed re-spiking, larger downspouts, minor fixes to certain problem spots, & a good cleaning. He was right. All of our problems were fixed. He literally saved us thousands of dollars & he did it all at a very reasonable price! This time we used Gutterworks for cleaning the gutters. Wayne is very professional & honest. We will continue to have him clean our gutters & any other gutter services we may need in the future. I highly recommend Gutterworks.

This was 1 of 4 companies which I contacted from your list. The linear gutter size is substantial and we had previously removed the wire covers, because they were ineffective. The owner of this business is a hands-on worker and did it all. Other companies had higher estimates and sent people who were not as informed as Wayne Richardson. His advise on which gutter cover to install was very valuable and his work to prepare for the installation was superior. I hope to have him twice a year to maintain the fine work that he did. He was prompt, polite and extremely knowledgable.

I called Mr Richardson during a heavy downpour, realizing that our gutters were clogged. I knew many other people were calling him the same day, so I wasn't concerned when he didn't immediately call me back. Wayne did return my call within two days and made an appointment to come immediately. We were surprised by the analysis of our gutter problems, but realized his assessment was accurate. As a result of his honesty, we have agreed to have him return in a month to do more extensive gutter work for us. The new screens he suggests should cut down on the need to clean the gutters as often. We felt it was a very positive experience and would not hesitate to have Wayne come again to service our gutters.

Wayne and his men did a very good job. They were on time, polite, answered my questions willingly, and cleaned up very well.

Wayne is very professional, on time, and informative. He worked very hard to complete the job in the time allotted. We will definitely continue to use his services.

We called during the end of Wayne's busy season cleaning gutters; he was responsive to the call and provided an estimate in about a week, but advised he had to finish up several other jobs before performing our fairly minor repair. Upon receiving the estimate (same amount as the final price) I told Wayne he could do the job when he was in the area. The work was done during a thaw in January about a month later. A call was made on the day he came, advising he would be there. The job looks good - have not noticed any leaks. Fair price.

IF NOT THAT FRIDAY, THEN THE FOLLOWING THURSDAY OR FRIDAY. AS OF TODAY, AUGUST 11TH, I HAVEN'T BEEN GIVEN AN ESTIMATE OR HEARD ANYTHING FROM MR. RICHARDSON.

WAYNE RICHARDSON RESPONDED VERY PROMPTLY TO A PHONE MESSAGE AND CAME TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE. HE ARRIVED EXACTLY ON TIME AND THE WORK AND PRICE WAS AGREED UPON. WHEN HE FOUND THAT HE COULD NOT DO THE WORK ON THE DAY AGREED UPON, HE CALLED THE PREVIOUS DAY TO RESCHEDULE. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED PROMPTLY AND EFFICIENTLY, AND HE ALSO SECURED (AT NO EXTRA CHARGE) A SMALL PIECE OF DOWNSPOUT THAT WAS LOOSE. HE GAVE US A SENIOR DISCOUNT WITHOUT BEING ASKED. HE IS A MOST PLEASANT PERSON TO DEAL WITH.

WAYNE CLEANED MY GUTTERS A FEW WEEKS AFTER I CALLED. IT WAS NOT AN EMERGENCY, SO THE DELAY WAS NOT A PROBLEM. HE HAD A DEATH IN THE FAMILY, AND IT SET HIM BACK IN HIS APPOINTMENTS. HE GAVE ME A COURTESY DELAY DISCOUNT, WHICH WASN'T NECESSARY, BUT APPRECIATED. HE SEEMS TO CARE ABOUT HIS WORK AND HIS REPUTATION, WHICH IS RARE. I TRIED TO USE HIM FOR SOME GUTTER REPAIR IN THE SPRING, BUT HE COULDN'T DO THE UNDERGROUND WORK, SO HE GAVE ME A REFERRAL. HE DIDN'T CHARGE FOR THE INSPECTION, AND WAS NICE ENOUGH TO GIVE ME THE NAME OF ANOTHER COMPANY SO I WASN'T LEFT IN A LURCH. I WILL DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN.

WAYNE IS A GOOD GUY. HONEST, AND HE DID THE BEST GUTTER CLEANING JOB SO FAR ON OUR HOME. HE WAS ON TIME, AND SPENT A LOT OF TIME ON THE JOB AND GOT ALL THE DEBRIS OUT OF THE GUTTERS- EVEN THOUGH IT WAS ALREADY INTO EARLY EVENING AND I'M SURE HE WAS EXHAUSTED. HE ALSO RECOMMENDED A GUTTER GUARD HE COULD INSTALL. WE HELD OFF ON THAT. BUT WE WERE IMPRESSED WITH HIS HONESTY ABOUT THE LIMITATIONS OF THE GUARDS, AND HELPED US KNOW WHAT TO LOOK FOR IF WE SHOPPED FOR GUTTER GUARDS.
