Wayne has always been great at returning calls in a timely manner, and showing up when he says he will be there. He is also cleans the area when he is finished.

He did the work when he said he would. Did a good job.

I needed gutters repaired on an investment property. This work needed to be done within a few days. I called and spoke to Wayne and he was able to take care of all my needs. He arrived as scheduled, completed everything in a very professional manner and the price was as quoted. I believe that I received both great service and value. I would endorse this company and Wayne without hesitation to anyone who needs this type of work. I am a very happy and satisfied customer.

The process went very smoothly. I called Wayne and explained about the rusted valleys on the roof. He had performed gutter work for me several times before so he was familiar with my house. He told me the price and we set up a time. He showed up as promised, did a great job and charged me what he quoted.

They were prompt, they came when they said they would and did good work.

I had birds in my attic and he even came in and put up a screen to prevent this from happening again. He is just an excellent person to work with! The cost for cleaning the gutters was $75 but I can't remember the cost for the gutter guard, however I do remember that it was reasonable.

It went great. From the initial phone call to the finished job, Wayne was so nice. He showed up on time, gave us a good estimate, finished the job on time and was very friendly.

Wayne showed up & immediately repaired a gutter that another company said needed to be replaced. Saved hundreds of dollars. There is no need to look anywhere else for gutter service. This company is outstanding.

He replaced the spikes and re nailed the gutter, also tested the gutter and water drain to make sure the water flowing properly.

This is the 2nd time that Wayne has done work for us. He gave us excellent advice about our gutters last June when others were quick to suggest replacing and he helped us keep the ones we had. He helped me evaluate gutter covers & select one, and suggested an acquaintance & very competent man to install them. Wayne tightened our gutters where needed, sanded and painted a little wood on 2 corners that was deteriorated, and repaired the bottoms of downspouts that had worked themselves away from the part coming down the house last summer. This fall he returned for cleaning. He is pleasant to work with and has an Angie's list emblem on his truck, that he is proud to display. I like a company owner who is a genuine part of his company and a hands-on worker. He is a hard working, competent businessman and I feel lucky to have found him through this resource. Returned my call within a day. It was there busy season but they worked me into his schedule. They cleaned the gutters the same day they came to give me an estimate. Their overall work was professional.

I called several companies for estimates before choosing Gutterworks Plus. They returned my call promptly and came out to give me a free estimate the next day. I wanted to wait until all the leaves from my large trees had fallen and Mr. Richardson (the Owner) was able to wait until November to come out. He also worked between rainstorms that week and even allowed me to not be present during the work (because I was a member of Angie's List). That was very important, as I had just returned to work after having surgery and really didn't want to ask my boss for more time off! His crew did all the work promised and cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. They even called me at the office to confirm completion of the job. I will definitely use them again.

Very happy with Wayne overall. He arrived on time and charged a fair price for cleaning overloaded gutters. Cleaned up and removed all debris. When I asked him about a repair to an existing gutter, he explained that what I actually needed was an additional downspout and water directed to that area. His price to install it was extremely reasonable. My only concern was that when I agreed to the new downspout and paid for it, he stated he would install it within seven days. It actually turned out to be 11 days, but I think the delay was probably due to a holiday. I would definitely hire again. The gutters are clean and the new downspout works perfect, he fixed a problem for $40 that another repairman charged $100 for and never fixed!

I called in a couple of days before Thanksgiving and he was totally booked, but he still managed to fit me in - that week! He was there the day after Thanksgiving and did all of the work even though I was out of town and left the invoice in my mailbox. I asked him about getting gutter covers and he was very honest with me and told me that the debris I was getting was very small and would probably go through the gutter screens that he would use. Thus, I would still have to get my gutters cleaned and it probably wouldn't be worth it. I was extremely happy with everything and Wayne was great. I will absolutely call him again.

Great experience. Wayne was friendly, prompt. He explained several aspects about the construction of my home and the drainage system. He also gave me several maintenance ideas for the future.

Another roofer performed hail damage repair after the Easter 2003 hail storm in Dublin. Previously used "storm chasers" who didn't do the best work. I called the first company and they didn't even know who I was, although I told them I had a receipt for their work. They didn't seem too worried about their work and gave me an appointment for three weeks later, and said it would cost over $300 to repair their own work. I decided to call Gutterworks, based on Angie's List recommendation and Wayne Richardson came out in a few days, fixed the problem quickly and charged me only $94.00. I have no more leaks and no more noisy dripping. I am completely satisfied with this company and will definitely use them again.

I had some basement water issues with our new home. They came quickly and on time for estimate and job. Very nice and neat. Gave suggestions about gutters and downspouts, but wasn't pushy. Great experience.

This was the second time I have used Wayne to clean my gutters. He returned my call promptly to schedule an appointment. Because I was a repeat customer, he gave me a discount and left the invoice under my front mat. Not only was Wayne reasonably priced (I have a lot of gutters), but he was so nice, prompt, courteous, and did an excellent job. I highly recommend him!

Came out, gave estimate, and explained options for fixing problem of gutters not draining properly. Was able to complete work later that week. Left detailed invoice of work performed. Area left completely clean and downspouts look great! Also, Wayne really takes his participation as an Angie's List company very seriously.

Mr. Richardson returned my call right away. Came out next day, gave estimate. Completed the work two days later. Time needed to complete work and estimate given was right on target. He was very pleasant. I was pleased with his work and will use his services in the future.

Wayne Richardson, the owner, took a couple of weeks to schedule my job. However, once scheduled, the screening was screwed onto the gutters, done in a reasonable period of time, & at a competitive price.

Wayne responded to my request for a quote and completed the job very quickly. We had the original gutters installed "on the cheap" and we got what we paid for. However, Gutterworks was able to fix the job in no time. We are very happy with the outcome.
