I contacted Wayne on a Wednesday and he called back the next day. He arranged to come out and take a look the following Monday and give an estimate. Monday afternoon, he called to say he would re-attach both gutters, that he would give me a 1 year warranty and that he could complete the job right then. I agreed. When I arrived home that evening, the work had been completed, everything was cleaned up, and, in addition to the repairs, he had cleaned out the gutters and made sure the downspouts were clog free.

Called me from the house and explained that the gutter could be repaired. I authorized the repair and it was completed quickly and correctly.

Everything went fairly well. His prices were reasonable and I do plan to call him again.

Wayne is a one-man show. He is busy all day so he'll call you in the evening. We had to play a little phone tag, but within a week we had an appointment set. He came out and looked at the house, then called me with a quote. He completed the work that day. The price was what he quoted. Everything was cleaned up. He even tucked a length of cable back in that had fallen when we pulled a vine off of it. I'll definitely use his services again.

He was prompt, courteous and professional. However, if I submitted a report to Angie's List, I got 15% off my next job. I felt this was unprofessional and will probably not use him again.

He arrived on time, completed the work in an orderly fashion and replaced the drip edge only where it was needed. He cleaned and re-nailed the gutters and installed gutter guards along the entire gutter.

They did excellent work. We had used them earlier last fall and just used them again recently, as we liked the work they did the first time. He did come right out to do the job after I called. We were very satisfied with the price and everything.

Wayne did a good job for a fair price.

Wayne was personally recommended to me. He was punctual, reasonable, professional. It is a pleasure to know that there are still craftsman like him in business having experienced some others who are shoddy and uncaring. I have an historic 1897 home on which I have completed much of the updating and work.

Gutterworks came out and did a great job. They took down all the gutters and cleaned them, then placed them back. Other than checking the one badly clogged gutter and noticing it was now cleaned up, I could not tell that anything had been done. They also provided an estimate (per my request) for what it would cost to place a gutter guard on the one gutter most susceptible to clogging. I am very happy with the job that was done.

It took a few days for the owner, Wayne Richardson, to return my call because I called during the busy season. He was very friendly and knowledgeable on the phone. I told him that we had many clogged gutters because we are surrounded by trees. He said he would take a look at our gutters and get back to me on pricing. When he called back with the pricing, he also discussed with me that he could install gutter screens at the time of cleaning. He had left me a sample of the screen when he stopped by to look at the gutters. The pricing was very reasonable so I had both the screens installed and the gutters cleaned. The gutters were spotless when he was finished and all clogs were taken care of as well. The screens were installed with care and already keeping the whirlybirds out of the gutters. We will also receive a discount for future gutter maintenance for being Angie's List members. It was an overall great experience and I will recommend this company to everyone.

We had a previous service that messed up our gutter by making it worse and he came out and was able to fix the problem. He was more reasonably priced then others.

He showed up on time to do the work. He was very courteous when he was here. He cleaned up everything when he was done working. He called before he came over.

Mr. Richardson is in demand because of the service he gives. When he was running an hour and a half late, I called him, left a message and he returned the call immediately. He had run into more complicated situations during the day. He came thirty minutes after we talked, just as he had promised on his phone call. He did a very good job of cleaning off the roof and cleaning the gutters. He gave me a discount because I am an Angie's list member and submitted a report last year.

He is very reasonable, neat, clean, and does a very good job for me. He's the only person I would call if I have trouble with my gutters.

Wayne provides superior service at a very reasonable price. I've used him for a number of years and he is always prompt, thorough, and courteous. I would highly recommend him.

Wayne came out to our house on Tuesday and did the work on Wednesday. He arrived early (!), and did the work in the time he estimated (1 1/2 hours). He also hauled away all of the debris that he collected from the gutters. He was so prompt and so friendly, and left no debris/trash at all. I highly recommend him and will definitely use him again in the future.

The best. Wayne is a very competent super service contractor, with excellent customer service skills and attitude. A top quality craftsman who did more than he promised, quicker than he estimated and cheaper than any other contractor.

Gutterworks performed the requested work and provided some additional repairs (re-grading; nails, hangers) to the gutters at no additional charge.

Wayne did a wonderful job. He was quick to respond to our calls, worked in the awful August heat (it was >90 degrees that day), and hauled away all the old debris. We would call Wayne again in a heartbeat. (Our price was a little higher than the original estimate because he went to the wrong address one street over initially - no wonder if he works long hours outdoors in that heat! He did call with a corrected estimate after realizing his mistake.)

We contacted Gutterworks rather late in the season (Early November) to schedule a cleaning. Of course, they were quite busy, but tentatively scheduled us for December 20th. They even provided us a name of another company they recommended, in case the other company might be able to schedule us earlier (the other company was just as busy though). The cleaning was delayed about a week due to weather. They came out on a Saturday as they were trying to "catch up" which impressed us. They did a fine job with both the cleaning and resecuring. We plan on using them again.

His advice and estimate were good, and he seemed very sincere about his business. I will contact him soon to perform the work. Estimated cost was $100.

Very responsive, extremely reliable, really nice guy.

We had some water in our basement due to various issues and needed his help in eliminating the problem. Wayne returned my call the same day and was able to be at our house within twenty-four hours. He did a very thorough inspection and was able to note several problems with drainage and leakage (mainly due to wear and original drainage flow pattern not really adequate for size of roof). He was able to do a thorough repair/replacement of things and we have not had any problems since. We were very pleased. This is the second time we have hired Wayne. He is very knowledgeable, very professional and really works hard to get the job done right and make sure his customer is satisfied.
