Very well. Harry was great in assessing exactly what needed to be done and did the work within cost and time period. He matched colors for us in both locations so that the guttering blends well to the exterior.

This was a wonderful experience. In heavy spring rains discovered gutter failure with rain overrunning gutters and dropping significant amounts of water directly to foundation. Called for help and was scheduled within several days. Wayne Richardson came and found that problem was due to debris that had accumulated unexpectedly over winter, partly due to roof replacement that had not been well cleaned. Removed gutterguard on front gutter, cleared guttersm replaced gutterguard, checked downspout for clearance and next heavy rains brought totally fine gutter performance. Mr. Richardson was prompt, thorough, and solved the problem. We will surely schedule him for regular gutter cleanings as he is responsive, professional, productive.

Was very impressed with this service. Arrived on time, Did all the work and cleanup. A honest days work for an honest days pay. Never heard any bad language was very courteous. The best person I every had to work on my roof and gutters. Wish I had found him years ago.

Wayne, the owner, who did the work himself, promptly scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me. Wayne solved a problem that was causing big problems. In addition to resolving my main problem, Wayne inspected my entire gutter system and suggest some repairs that he did for only a nominal additional cost. I was very satisfied with the entire experience. With Wayne you are dealing with someone with experience and expertise in gutter systems, takes pride in his work and who you can trust to charge you a fair price. And, he even provided a 1 year warranty on the job. I would highly recommend Gutterworks Plus.

After I left a message to have someone come out to give us an estimate on gutter cleaning, Wayne contacted me the next day. He provided us with an explanation on when he would be in the area and what he would look at to do his estimate for us. He called us back with the estimate and was even able to get the gutter cleaning done on both our 2.5 story house and our 2 story garage then and there! They did a great job and we were even more pleased with the reasonable price. We will definitely use them in the future!

The owner talked a lot on the phone telling me what he would look for with my gutters. He came to the house while I was out of town but called to my cell phone and described in detail what he needed to do and what it would cost. He then received my ok and he went ahead and performed the work so that when I got back home, the project was completed. He left an invoice in my mailbox.

They do a really nice job and they clean up nicely after themselves. I have no complaints.

This is the second time I've used Gutterworks Plus and I am just as satisfied this time as I was the first time. Wayne obviously takes pride in his work and treats my home like it was his own. I am always pleasantly surprised by his prices at the end too. On top of it all he is a very nice person. The only downside is that I had to call him a couple of times to schedule an appointment, but being persistent in talking to him and getting him to do the work is well worth it as he always does a quality job and makes sure everything is done just right.

We have a large 2-story home. We were satisfied with the substitute service man who came to the house - it would have been nice to choose the substitute service man ourselves based upon other Angie's List provider reports. Wayne did find a suitable replacement for himself due to his recent injury.

Wayne did a great job - no problems! He replaced the gutters in the front and rear of our home, replaced the downspouts with larger ones due to the pitch of our roof and cleaned all the gutters around our house and garage. We chose Gutterworks Plus because I could tell after meeting Wayne that he was an honest, practical guy who took the time to explain what should be done and didn't try to sell us more than we needed. We thought we would need gutter guards (as all other contractors tried to sell us) but after looking in all the gutters, Wayne said it wasn't necessary because there wasn't much debris in the old gutters and there were no trees hanging over the new gutters. Wayne was punctual, thorough and cleaned up perfectly when he left both days! He did not ask for any money until the job was complete. We are very happy with the work he did for us and will certainly use him again. I highly recommend Gutterworks Plus.

Very good transaction. I was referred to this contractor by another Angie's List contractor I had used in the past for a drainage problem. Wayne was in touch within a reasonable amount of time. Communication was good from start to finish. Work completed on time and carries a 1 year warranty.

We have had Mr. Richardson work on our gutters before, so I felt comfortable with him doing it while I was out of town for the day. The price was very good, and everything looked clean. It rained soon after, and the gutters did not overflow as they had been. We were pleased with the quality of his work. The one problem was that the hose was left running until I returned home from my trip later the same day.

They were prompt and did a good job on the date they said it would be done.

Everything turned out well. I was quite pleased with the work, and the prices were very reasonable. There were a few delays, but in the end he was responsive and he did a good job.

He's good as gold. He's dependable, calls right back, reasonably priced, friendly and his work is excellent. I ONLY use him!!

We had used this company for the first time in the Fall of '07 and were very satisfied so had planned to use them again this past Fall of '08. In the Fall of '07 we had contacted them rather late in the season (early November) and of course they were quite busy, but were able to complete the work by late December of that year. This past Fall we wanted to avoid this delay and so contacted them much sooner, approximately early September. At that time Mr. Richardson informed me that I was the "first ticket/invoice" or scheduled private residential appointment for the season (other than his regular established business contracts) and to call back when the majority of our leaves had fallen. He stated that he would be able to have the work done within a week or so after my call. In early November our leaves were just about completely down and I received a call from him to check up with us, which I thought was very good service. At that time I told him we were ready to have the gutters cleaned and also asked him to take a look at a small area of damaged gutter for possible replacement that had occurred following the wind storm in September. He said he would be out to complete the gutter cleaning and examine the possibly damaged gutter. Well, we didn't hear from him again for several weeks. I made another call to check on the delay in approximately late November and didn't receive a call back for some time. The message I eventually received was quite vague, with an explanation of how busy they were and that they would get to the work just as soon as they could. Fast forward another month to late December and still no word and no work done. I was very frustrated at this time. I left one last message to inquire whether or not Mr. Richardson would be able to complete the work at all and to please let me know as I would need to contact other companies if his would not be able to FINALLY complete it. As I didn't hear back from him within the following two weeks I did contact another highly rated company on Angie's List in Early January. This second company was extremely prompt at returning all of my calls and despite the fact that they were also quite busy given the problematic weather, were somehow able to actually complete the work they advertised and within 4 weeks. They did a great job. I believe Mr. Richardson to be a decent person, but there is nothing more aggravating than having my time wasted repeatedly. I never did receive a return call from him and it is the middle of February. I would never consider using his company again and could never recommend him to anyone.

He was on time, did a good job. I didn't disagree with his charges, thought they were fair. He has a pretty good rapport with people.

I wasn't home but because I was on Angies list he performed the work and hung the bill on my door. He explained what needed to be and how much he would charge.

I called to have my gutters checked, as the back one was leaking even though I have gutter guards. Owner looked at the gutters and indicated he will only work on this type of gutter guard by removing them and will not reinstall, as he feels they do not work. I was reluctant to have all new gutter guards installed but needed to have the leak addressed. He agreed to see what he could do. He cleaned out the downspouts and tightened the seam at the point of the leak.

Excellent. Wayne came and did the job, even though he was going through some family issues. That is why he wasn't as responsive as he usually is. He did the work and also did more, by re-installing the gutter guard and cleaning all our gutters.

The gutter man was prompt and went right to work. He is chatty but if you leave, he'll do the work well. He does not need supervision.
