Wayne did an excellent job. We called him because we had noticed a clogged gutter. He came out as soon as the cold weather let up enough to allow him to climb up to clean them and offered us cost effective options for gutter guards and repairs. He also kept us informed of when he would be able to come visit based on weather factors. We definitely plan to use him again in the spring for additional work. I highly recommend him!

It's generally fine. I need to call them up because one of the places is still leaking but overall he was good with his work. I thought the price was quite fair. He really seemed like he knew what he was talking about. He was a little chatty but that's alright. He just got down to work and took care of it.

It took a while for us to hook up because my wife was in the hospital but when we did it went very well. The boxed gutters and downspouts were quickly cleaned by Wayne and his son and all refuse was HAULED away! Very professional. Excellent job. Little pricey though

We have used Wayne in the past so we called him early fall and said when the leaves were down we wanted him to come out and clean the gutters and check the spot over the back door to see why it was overflowing. We had originally set late October, but since the leaves were not down yet, he waited and called when he thought it was the right timing. While he was working he called to check on a couple of things and assured us the slope was fine. The type of guards we have, installed by someone else, tend to keep more water out when the rain is really heavy. He suggested if we have a problem in the winter with ice, to call and he can install more open guards for the winter time. He is always prompt, does what he says he will, and is friendly and professional.

I was happy with their repair and I would use them again.

Mr. Richardson arrived on time for an estimate, then returned a couple days later to do the work. Quality work, done when promised, at a very fair price !

It went very well. I have copper gutters on 2 side of the house and he discovered a previous vendor had put aluminum gutter screens on the copper gutters - which creates a chemical reaction and causes corrosion. I didn't know and was very glad he told me. He removed the aluminum screens, did some research to find copper bird cages to protect the downspouts, which he purchased and installed. He went above the call of duty to make that purchase for me. Job was done well and quickly. I noticed a day later that one of the downspouts was pulling away from the gutter. Needed one screw. Called Wayne, and he was out the next day and fixed it. Good job. Nice guy.

It went well for the cleaning. He was not able to repair gutter this date due to issues from previous faulty repair from prior handyman, will come back to repair. He described issue in detail and work that will need to be complete to fix problem.

Wayne came to our home and gave us a quote and cleaned all of our gutters and downspouts. He did an EXCELLENT job! He also inspected all of the gutters and downspouts and tightened all gutters in areas where they were loose. We would highly recommend this company and we will use his service each year moving forward.

I called Wayne on Thursday. He returned my call the same day and came out to give me an estimate on Friday. He showed me my options and explained what I could expect with each. I called him on Monday to say I wanted him to do the job. He said he'd be able to do the work on Tuesday. He was hear and finished the job by 1:30. He did everything he said he would do in a timely manner. Wayne was very pleasant to work with and did a great job. And the price was very reasonable.

I used Gutterworks Plus for a rental property. Wayne was very responsive and returned my phone call quickly. He went out to the property and did an inspection and gave me a very reasonable estimate, with a reasonable low-high cost range. He showed up on the day we scheduled, did all of the work, called me, explained not only what he did but what he found. I appreciated his professional opinion.The cost was about $20 less than I expected. I fully intend on using his services for my own home.

Went just fine. Came over for an on site estimate. I could schedule the work for a day I was home. No problems. Wayne clearly has years of experience and knows his business.

I have used him for a long time and really like him. He does a great job. He is prompt and reasonable. He cleans up nicely.

Wayne Richardson / Owner & Operator returned phone call on April 30th and came to the house the following day. He contacted me once at the house on my cell phone to tell me he was on sight. He inspected the house and work needed, prepared an estimate and called back within the hour. Wayne described the work needed and the approximate cost to perform all tasks. I approved his estimate and he performed the work immediately. After completed, Wayne again contacted me, reviewed the work performed and what he found. Wayne confirmed the cost which was identical to the estimate, wrote up an invoice and with a self-addressed envelope placed the bill in my mailbox. Once home, I inspected the work performed and was very pleased with the results. The invoice with detail of work performed and Wayne's business card was in the mailbox.

I've called and left messages TWO times over a three week period starting in 1/13 for this company to come out and check my gutters. Never called back. That's beyond lame. In my opinion, they are clearly not worthy of such high praise. This is exactly what happened. End of story!

We have used GutterWorks Plus before...always a pleasant experience. We had newer gutters and guards from the hailstorm, but wanted to make sure that after two years they were still draining properly. Work was done promptly and well. This is one of those businesses we just keep going back to.

Great experience! My call was returned the same day and the repair was done the next day. Very pleased with his thoughtfulness in completing my gutter repair.

Never ever use this company. They were not prepared to do my job..Did not bring a ladder tall enough. Never came back. Obviously, the job was too difficult for them.Please submit this.

How did it go overall? Always great. Wayne is dependable, friendly, does thorough work and has great customer service. We call, he returns the call, comes to the house, does his work, reviews the job completed, we pay the very reasonable bill and know we are safe from gutter problems. We've been using Gutterworks for years.
