I found them to be very professional and responsive. They called a week in advance to schedule the installation. They provided a updates the night before and called in the morning while they were on their way. They did a great job of installing the awning and also moved my furniture back into place. I would highly recommend.

Installation was quick and neat. They cleaned up after themselves. Some of the gutter helmets did not look as if they were installed properly. Questioned the lead installer about the "nose forward" description that the salesman claimed was their claim to fame. The installer stated they were installed properly. Called and asked manager to come and review work. Manager found a corner unit of gutter that was leaking. Manager also found several sections of gutter helmet that did not appear to meet specifications. Manager explained that "nose forward" did not mean helmet should exceed the edge of the gutter but it was more important that a proper gap between gutter and helmet be achieved for proper function. Workers came back to correct issues found by manager. Workers were on site for about 30 - 45 minutes for repairs. Assistant manager returned to review work. Corner unit of gutter repaired as were helmets. Assistant manager stated that a couple of sections of helmets were "nominal" but felt that they should work. Assistant manager said to wait for fall and see if any leaves or debris got into the gutters. If there was a problem, they would fix it and he would be on-site at the same time to supervise.

Showed up early, worked long, cleaned up good.

They did an excellent job. They did my entire house and spent the entire day here. The materials and workmanship are excellent. We've had some rain since and everything worked great.

There was a few minor problems because of the type of shingles I had so there were some minor leakage behind the gutters themselves. But Gutter Helmet was great about coming out a couple to mes to get the problem fixed exactly the way I wanted it. I'm a big fan of people who stand behind their work and fix problems when they arise.

Had "never clean gutters again" installed in 2003 by Gutter Helmet for $2900.00 (very expensive). Since that time Harry Helmet has taken over Gutter Helmet in seven states. My gutters overflow during heavy rain which causes water in the basement. Pine needles are visible on the outside of the gutters. When I called for service the gal said it would be 3 weeks before he could get here. I can not climb ladders anymore do to a disability so I had no choice but to wait. When he did the walk around inspection he could not even see the inside of the gutters - some service. My mom had K Guard installed several months after my system was put on. She has had service a half dozen times over the years and was not charged for any of the call-outs. Her install was a lot cheaper for about the same amount of material. I highly recommend K-Guard over Gutter Helmet.

Everything so far is perfect --- sales, installation, performance etc. There is a lifetime transferrable warranty. There is a change for removal and re-install should the rood need to be replaced to keep the warranty active. I had to call and get this information rather than the salesman providing it as part of "total cost of ownership" but this is the only negative I can say. The cost is high but you are paying for the warranty and your safety - one trip to the hospital would top the cost of the product. I was also having nests in my gutters (birds, squirrels) and this is animal proof.

I was having issues with heavy ice in my gutters and overflow. He was late to the appointment by about 45 minutes - said it was related to heavy rain on the interstate. We walked around the house and I told him the issues with ice I was having. He generated an estimate that was a very high number (and gt; $20/linear foot). Because I was looking for an ice solution and not a leaf solution/clog gutter solution, I decided the cost was too prohibitive. Later, after doing a little more due diligence on the product, I really discovered it was not all that effective for either ice or gutter clogging per online reviews and most importantly it would void my warranty on my new roof (I checked) - due to the helmet going above the last row of shingles. He texted and emailed back 3 separate times in the 2 weeks after his estimate to get me on the books ASAP - he was polite and respectful otherwise and not really overly aggressive from a sales point of view.

The experience was very good, it was under warranty, and they came out and took care of the problem. The communication follow up was pretty good.
