Good product so far, had the gutters about 2 years.

Work done in a timely manner. Very pleased with the gutter guards. installers were polite, cleaned up afterwards, well pleased with them and the product.

Expensive. Pushy salesman. Wasn't leaving until I bought and that is my fault. If I had to do it again I would have thrown him out of my house. Product is vastly overpriced. I found so many cheaper and comparable items. Buyers regret big time. Buyer beware.

The team was professional and did a great job

The workers were very professional and the result was terrific.

Had to have them come back a couple times after initial installation, but they were very happy to come back out and get things right.

They were quick and professional. The gutter system works well. During a recent torrential rain storm I observed that almost all of the gutter was performing well. I did get some over spill at the roof valley rain water diverter.

They arrived later in the day and didn’t waste time getting to work. They had everything installed in about 75 minutes. I roughly recommend Gutter Helmet.

Good was not pleased with the follow up. Asked to have a few things checked and was not done

They were put on but we had to keep calling to return because some of the gutters were still leaking.. It took forever for them to return and when they did the problem still wasn't corrected. When it rained, they were leaking again. In fact, the main one on the steps is leaking again.

It was fine as I can tell but I cannot examine the gutters to see that they are unclogged.

Unhappy we were not told by the salesman that the warranty would be void if anyone but their service people replaced our shingles.

The work went fine except that I am still getting some spill over. Probably because the Tech did not replace the downspout with a bigger one as the sales person recommended. Tech said it was not necessary.

Great company and the work was done quickly. Haven't had any clogged gutters since. Lifetime guarantee relieved any worries of needing to pay for any covered repairs.

Excellent product, no more problems with debris building up inside the gutters.

After numerous attempts to reach them, we have finally given up on this company. There are some issues with the gutters and no one will respond or come out to investigate the problem. They got their money. Are they still in business?

Gutter Helmet did a good job with a whole house cover over our gutters. There have been a couple of service issues that needed correction but they have come back and addressed them. Overall a good experience.

Gutter Helmut was fantastic, the job went smoothly and efficiently. A transferable lifetime warranty which added market value to my office building. No more getting up on a ladder to clean the gutters.

Gutter prices are too high. I had them installed and the gutters leaked initially. Had to have someone come out and put in a new drip edge to fix it. The gutters still overflow during heavy rain. Not impressed at all especially when I heard they use third party contractors to do the gutter installations.

When we moved into our house in we were told had a lifetime transferrable warranty. We contacted Gutter Helmet and they said it was transferrable only with a $150 fee. After much deliberation we paid the fee. Gutter Helmet then sent someone over to 'evaluate' our gutters and said they needed $330 work of work for the warranty to be effective. The work included replacing a dented piece and cleaning pollen from another piece. We believe this was little more than a bait and switch and refused the work and requested our $150 back. On September 12th, we received an email from Jim Horton promising a refund of our $150, yet after numerous follow ups, no refund has been issued. Transferring Gutter Helmet's 'lifetime warranty' is obviosuly little more than a blatant bait and switch money grab.

The sales professional was pleasant and really understands his products and services. The cost was within the range I had anticipated. The office contacted me to set up an installation date. I was contacted the day before as a reminder, and the installation team called when they were on their way. The three person team was professional, friendly and surprisingly quiet during the installation, which took about two hours. They cleaned up everything very well and even used a blower to clean off my wooden deck and brick patio. That was above and beyond. The product works as advertised and I am a very satisfied customer.

Ops Manager did a great job of answering questions and working to make installation go smoothly.
