Great! Prompt arrival, polite and courteous, quick and efficient. Garage door quiet and smooth now! Did not try to 'upsell' me on a bunch of unnecessary stuff either!

That turned out excellent. It was outstanding. Just one technician came out and he did two doors for me, since I purchased 2 Big Deals. It took him a little less than an hour. He was a perfect provider to work with. He was on time, he did excellent work and when I showed up he was just completing the work. He didn’t try to upsell me either and everything turned out great.

It was easy to make an appointment and the technician showed up on time. He explained that since the door was over 30 years old it was not possible to get new rollers but that he would check them and oil them well. The garage and door are old and worn out looking so he also gave me an estimate on getting a new door installed.

Although I ended up spending more then initially planned, I do not feel like he was trying to take advantage of me at all. I would definitely use them again and they are now my go to for any garage door needs!

This past winter there was critter damage to the rubber seal at the bottom of the garage door. Contacted Grove Overhead Door based on their Angie's List reviews. Called Doug on Friday (he was out of town) but he called back on Saturday to discuss the problem, obtain garage door measurements, and schedule a visit for Monday morning. He called in advance of his arrival Monday to give an exact ETA, arrived on-time and had all the parts he needed to fix the door seal. During the tune-up service he noticed that the roller wheels had no bearings and some had flattened out. After checking records it was determined that the wheels were almost 15 years old, so he replaced them all with better quality wheels. The garage door now operates much more quietly and smoothly. The entire job took about 1.5 hours and we took advantage of the Senior Discount offered. Polite, professional and very thorough.

Did exactly what I needed him to do and was very knowledgeable. I probably would have purchased my new opener from him if they would have had it in stock.

He came out on 6/4/14 to assess the broken garage door and recommended replacement with a good quality steel garage door. He returned on 6/614 and arrived on time and completed the replacement in a timely fashion. He was professional and courteous. We would definitely refer him to family and neighbors.

My problem was that the door was making a noise. It is a bid, wide double one, and I just felt that it needed to be stabilized. The first $89 was to change the rollers and give a tune up. He explained that right away and I understood that. He came back after that and did stabilize it, and it was that much more, but I am sure that it needed it. I was pleased with his mannerisms and everything. He was prompt and courteous. He seemed to know what he was doing very well. I have had the garage door worked on one other time and that is why I didn’t go with the same person. It is working perfectly now and has resolved my issues. I would recommend him. I paid the same amount to get the pieces and the adjustment done, which I thought was reasonable compared to other things I have done.

Excellent...I highly recommend Doug Grove from Grove Overhead Door. I emailed him and 2 other garage door service providers on Angies list and he responded in 30 minutes with a phone call. To date the other two service providers have NOT contacted me. Duppy's and Delux Door Systems. Also, Doug set up the appointment for the next morning, only to call the morning of and ask to come earlier. He did a very good job, quickly and efficiently and to my satisfaction. We purchased a deal on Angie's List because we had not had this work performed in the past and had no idea who to call. Grove Overhead Doors turned out to be a very good choice. The technician arrived on time. He was courteous and professional. He obviously knew what he was doing. It took only about 40 minutes for him to clean and check the door and to replace 10 rollers. He gave us some advise on standard maintenance and a recommended service interval. He did not try to upsale or to push any unnecessary services. We will definitely use this company again.

It went great. My wife said the gentlemen was fast and courteous. No issues were discovered in the tune-up.

I was contacted by email soon after I purchased my Angie's List Big deal and was asked to call to schedule the service. I was able to make the appointment for a convenient time a week out. I was contacted during the window scheduled on the day of service to let me know that Doug was on his way to my home. When Doug arrived he asked which garage door I wanted the rollers replaced on. I have two garage doors so I asked him which one he would suggest. Doug said both doors were in good shape and suggested I go with the door I use the most. I appreciated the fact that he didn't try to sell me additional rollers that I didn't need. He also lubricated both doors, fixed some minor problems and realigned the site eyes.

Doug was easy to deal with to schedule the work and he was right on time. Performed the work thoroughly and quickly. My old wooden garage door is now so quiet. Doug was very professional. I would recommend him highly and would use him again without hesitation.

Once again the old door had come off the track and this time the lower panel hit my car. That was the last straw. I called Doug during the bitter cold weather last week and I insisted that we wait until Thursday to meet when the weather would be a little warmer. He came out and took a good look at what he was dealing with. We asked for a keypad on the outside and extra remote door openers so the cost was a bit more than it normally would be. My husband is a little hard to please. Getting a good review from him is tough. So when he got home from work the job was done almost done. Rick emailed me when they were finished and said "LOOKS GOOD! THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND CLEAN UP GOOD! THERE ARE THE THINGS ON BOTH SIDES ON BOTTOM THAT STOPS THE DOOR IF ANYTHING PASSES THROUGH IT! AND ON INSIDE THE GARAGE THERE IS A THINGY TO OPEN AND CLOSE DOOR AS WELL AS THE OUTSIDE KEYPAD!!" Thanks Doug and staff. We really appreciate the hard work and prompt service.

Our garage door opener had failed and I found Doug in the Christian Blue Pages. Not only did he answer the phone on a Sunday but he was extremely courteous and helpful. Although he does sell a garage door opener, he took the time to discuss all of our options and offered to install whatever system we wanted to purchase on our own from the local hardware store. How many people do that!!!!! He was here bright and early Monday morning and had our old system out and the new one installed in less than 2 hours. He's very knowledgable and the quality of his work is outstanding. His fee was very reasonable as well. I paid more for a service call and a 2 minute repair from the previous company than he charged to completely uninstall and reinstall a new system (which is 10x better than the one I had) thanks to his recommendation. I will definitely use him for all future services. I am definitely impressed with Doug and HIGHLY recommend him.

Installed 2 garage doors - picked them up at the store for us and installed. All went well and they work great. The only thing wrong is I don't really like the color but that had nothing to do with the installer - that mistake is only on me.
