He was working on the other side of town. He told me how much longer he would be on his other job, and when he would come. He came and fixed it and replaced the broken spring. I would highly recommend him.

Description of Work: Our garage door had come off the rails (a bolt had come loose and had fallen out of the bracket) and was close to collapsing completely. Doug arrived (the next day on a Saturday), evaluated the damage, explained the cause and the fix. He completed the job quickly and was even able to re-align a bent rail so no replacement parts were required (and saved us from additional expense). He also lubed the moving parts (including the door opener), tightened all the bolts & screws. First class service.
