Walter, Roman and their installers were a disaster from the first day of installation. First, neither was on the job site during any part of the installation. Two other workers showed up at my home and installed. They had problems from the beginning on how to get the granite in the house. They hit an interior door, which was no real problem since I was replacing it, they didn’t know that. Second, they start sawing the granite to cut out the stovetop hole. At no time did anyone say that granite dust would be in everything, on all 3 levels of a 3,800 square foot house. They never taped off the kitchen to make a barrier. They had to cut the granite 2 times since they didn’t do it right the first. Therefore, they had to go get the equipment back out of the truck. The dust was so bad, 6 rooms away on another level you could write on the furniture with your finger. I had to have 3 guys for 9 hours come to clean, plus a 40 hour week for me to clean my personal belongings. This is not the worse…they did not seal the countertops correctly. After 2 weeks of trying to get ahold of Walter, he said get ahold of Roman, it took me several voicemails and calling on another phone to get ahold of him. He came out, put a mixture of paste on my stains, told me to call him in a few days and left me a jar of sealant to seal it myself. At this point, I was more than willing to finish their job. However, the stains DID NOT COME UP. I have called repeatedly, Roman did set up another appointment in mid July and did not call, did not show up and neither has answered there phone since. Upon investigation they have not owned their corporation like the advertise since 2007, they have since late 2013(less than a year)! They do not stand behind their granite, workmanship or professionalism. I am in the process of filing against them, it wasn’t until I seen them on Angles list that I knew how to find them again, with a different phone number.

Granite Direct did a fantastic job with our kitchen granite tops. The best price we could find ! The process was very easy and simple. They were friendly and professional, and the installation went off without a hitch. The company definitely stands behind the product and workmanship. Overall, the experience was great and we would definitely use this company again in the future.

I had countertops installed in my kitchen. Company is great. They helped me to choose granite I like a lot. They were very efficient and provided excellent service. My kitchen looks amazing, like a paint on countertops and my walls. I am very-very picky person and not easy to satisfy. But I could not find anything to be unhappy about. I ordered countertops for my 2 bathrooms and it will be installed soon. I am waiting and will tell you again about my experience.

Customer service and finished product exceeded all expectations. As a realtor I've seen hundreds of countertops and these happen to be the tightest and cleanest seams I've ever seen. Would highly recommend them and they are true professionals from start to finish.

The process went fabulous. We are updating several rooms in our house. Obviously anyone who has done this is aware of the challenges and pitfalls. The countertop process went so smooth and uneventful it was unbelievable. There were two challenges. One was my wife selecting which granite slab to use and the other was the decorator. My wife struggled selecting a slab, but we got through that. The decorator was from Dayton/Centerville area, and, since she didn't know or had not used Granite Direct, wanted us to use one of three she recommended from Dayton. Two of the three were several hundred dollars more expensive and one was very competitive with Granite Direct's quote but, Walter just gave us that warm and fuzzy feeling and was really easy to work with, so I made the decision to go with Granite Direct. The decorator was skeptical and sort of attempted to micro manage after my decision. (actually there were several decorator related issues that Walter resolved without a glitch). Anyway on or about the fifth day after Walter did the laser measurement he called and informed us they would be ready to install on Saturday.....seven days, just as he said during the laser measurement. We received a call that Saturday morning telling us they were on their way (about an hour drive). Five hours later our old countertop was gone and our granite was installed. The two installers were both knowledgeable, professional. and most of all personable. Not a speck of dirt or dust when they left. They did an outstanding job. I forgot to mention we had the kitchen and one of our bathrooms done at the same time receiving a tremendous discount on the bathroom granite. I cannot tell you they are the best out there because we have never used anyone else, but, I can tell you we are very happy with the services they provided.
