Scheduled with Francisco on short notice, just several days in advance of a holiday party. He was kind enough to find time to squeeze me into his schedule and showed up about 10 minutes early for the job. Swept and mopped hardwood floors on main level, cleaned two full bathrooms with additional light cleaning of kitchen, living room and two bedrooms as requested. Two-person crew was able to accomplish this in the scheduled time of two hours, and the house looked great when they were finished. Would absolutely use Golden Shine again -- highly recommended.

Francisco and his coworker arrived on time and went right to work. We had a priority list of things for them to do assuming they wouldn't get the entire house done within the four hours (2 hours x two people). Much to our surprise they finished EVERYTHING on our list and cleaned the entire house - three bathrooms, the kitchen, vacuumed and dusted every room and the stairs, mopped the kitchen and hardwood floors. We assumed that since they worked so fast that it would be a poor cleaning job, but everything looks and smells fantastic. I was so impressed that I asked Francisco for a quote for regular cleaning, and the price was reasonable - we'll probably set him up as a regular.

They confirmed the appointment and were very flexible on dates /times. Arrived right on time and started cleaning quickly. They brought their own supplies and were considerate about removing their shoes. They needed very little oversight and worked quickly and efficiently. They finished early and actually asked me if they could do anything more before leaving. He asked me to review their work to make certain I was happy before they left. He cleaned my oven and everything is sparkling clean! I would definitely use their services again.

They did their best to clean everything and did a really good job. They were prompt. I felt that they were professional. They had a positive attitude and I felt that they wanted to do a good job.

Arrived on time. Started work right away. Had 4 people (2 men, 2 women) for about 1 hr 45 min. They had their own equipment. Owner has an accent and a bit hard to understand on the phone. This was an introductory rate of about $100. Probably regular would be $150.

Golden Shine provided outstanding service! We had a last minute family emergency that altered our plans, and we needed help getting the house ready for out-of-town visitors. They scheduled us at 7a the next morning so that they could work us into their schedule. Their work was impeccable...very thorough. They were also able to remove some rust stains that I have been unable to remove myself. We were so pleased with the quality and professionalism of their work--I would highly recommend them, and will schedule additional services in the future.

I will be going out of town for two month, so I will not need this service at this time.

My wife and I bought four hours of house cleaning through Angie's List for $80.00. Within 2 hours of the original purchase, Francisco gave me a call to set up an appointment. He was polite and professional the entire conversation. He was punctual the day of the house cleaning and extremely diligent while he was in our house. After he was done, I spent 20 min. walking from room to room in awe and wonder at the level of cleanliness we've never achieved on our own. Even at full price, we will be using his services in the near future. P.S.- Our dog also loved him

He was amazing! He cleaned the bathroom including the mold that was there. He was very friendly and personable. He left the bathroom looking great! He spent a lot of time cleaning.

This service was performed as expected. It was easy to schedule the appointment. They arrived on time and did a very good job. We would use them again.

They were easy to schedule and very responsive when I called. They arrived 15 minutes early, we discussed what services they would do and what products would be used, and they asked if I had any priorities or areas that were most important. The cleaning was very thorough, they moved things to clean well rather than cleaning "around" things. My bathrooms haven't looked this good for a long time. If I use a service again I would call Francisco and I would recommend him to a friend!

I'm moving out of my condo. I'm doing the packing myself and had planned to do the cleaning, too. Even though I started well ahead of time, I just haven't been able to keep up with everything that needs to be done. Today I decided I needed help. I called Golden Shine to ask if they could schedule someone to help me this week. They were able to come this afternoon. One person cleaned my kitchen while the other worked on the bathrooms. The oven, stovetop and counters look much better than they would have if I'd cleaned them. Ditto for the bathtubs. These people did a great job. They cleaned some other areas, too. Everything they cleaned is sparkling! I feel I'm in control again.

They did a pretty good job. I just thought that you would not be able to find areas that they did not dust.

I contacted Golden Shine to clean my apartment after I moved out. Since it was a move out, I was not eligible for the deal that was running at the time (that appears to be standard across cleaning services.) They came out and gave me a quote the same day I called. The owner got back to me by the next day and told me when they could come back to clean--which was within a week. Both times I met with them, they arrived early. They also did a great job on my old place. They got everything, including the fridge and freezer. It was money well spent.

Francisco and team did a wonderful job cleaning all rooms of my house. They paid special attention to the baseboards, which was requested. The place looks great.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. I paid additional because it was a move-in and it was in the fine print that the price would be reevaluated if it was a move in. The best part was the timing because they got me in pretty quick because we were trying to get it cleaned before we moved in. It was a pretty good experience.

done very well and stayed within the time frame to honor the coupon, but still got everything done. Last time I purchased one of these coupons from a different provider, they tried to extend the time to be able to charge more, and still didn't do as good a job as this provider. We are hoping to become regular clients.

Golden Shine Cleaning did a good job. We're pretty pleased with it. There wasn't anything we really disliked.

Francisco and his associate, Carmen, were very thoughtful, expedient, respectful and thorough. The house sparkles and smells good, too. They were prompt for their appointment and they worked very quick and efficient together.
