Everything was exactly as i hoped. Will be using in the future regularly.

I got them off Angie's List. I have tried to get him to come back and he won't return my calls. The cost was $120, we negotiated that. He doesn't do the whole house for that. For responsiveness, I gave him a D since he hasn't called me back. I guess he doesn't want to clean my house on a part time basis. He hasn't told me that, since he hasn't called me back, I don't know the reason. He was A on punctuality. He is usually here when he says he is going to be here.

The last time Francisco never showed up. I called him after he was an hour late but he didn't respond. I tried calling two more times during that week but he still didn't respond. I left a message that I was expecting guests in a few days but he never called. I'm very disappointed in Francisco. That is not how you run a business. I deserved an explanation. My house is easy to clean. I live alone, have no pets and keep my house clutter free.

We had a bit of a scheduling glitch. They showed up for cleaning and I did not know they were coming. Had to take off from work. I requested that they come back in 2 hours so the house could be clean. They were flexible to accept the proposal. The cleaning process itself was very efficient. They did a great job cleaning the baths, vacuuming and mopping the floors. The underside of the vent was left a little sticky. Maybe they did not get the time to get to that section. I plan to give them a try a couple of more times in the upcoming month. Overall, they were a great team and got the housekeeping job done. Thanks!

Cleaning was done well the first day, but subsequently wasn't all that satisfactory. For example, one day right after they cleaned my house (vacuum, mop floor, etc.) I had spilled some water on the floor so I took a tissue and wiped it and the tissue turned black! This was on the same day, so I couldn't believe how dirty the floors were still. In addition, Francisco was never punctual - kept sending his ladies to my house way too early even after promising me he wouldn't the next time when I complained. I found him to be pretty flaky and also rude. I would never hire him again even if he offered a big discount.

Two people worked continuous and thoroughly cleaned the house.

I didn't like it so much. There was no additional cost. Nobody could speak English. So you couldn't communicate with them. I was not unhappy with the service, I was unhappy with the communication. I wouldn't use them again. They had no idea what I was talking about.

Easy review to write! They did an excellent job! I wish I could use them every week.

3 people came to clean the house and none of them understands English. The one who cleaned in kitchen did good job. The other two people did very poor job.

They were inflexible and would email at last minute for wanting to come the next day. I have 3 big dogs and I would need to coordinate a time/place for them. I just want my money back to try another cleaner.

The cleaning crew was more than 45 minutes late and did not offer an excuse. Only one of the three speaks English, which hampered communications. But they cleaned like miracle workers. They did the most thorough job I have ever had and finished early.

They are a very kind couple. They accidentally broke something while cleaning, which my husband was able to fix. It was a complete accident, and they called and were honest about it right away and offered to pay for it if it couldn't be fixed. I wanted to use them for regular cleaning, but they were a little expensive for that.

Three people arrived at my house promptly at 7:45 and began to clean without direction. I was so pleased when I came home several hours later. They did a fabulous job cleaning and straightening up. I highly recommend Golden Shine and I plan on using them again in the future.

Two ;people came to perform the services and proceeded to thoroughly clean the house without direction, oversight, or problems. It is the type of house cleaning you imagine trying to do if you had the time and energy. I would strongly recommend the service.

It was easy to schedule the date I wanted. On the day they were supposed to come, they called to say they'd be several hours late. That was only a minor inconvenience for us. Two employees came and worked for 3 hours each. They cleaned the kitchen, 2-1/2 baths, one bedroom, family room, living room, dining room, stairs, loft and foyer/hallway. They were very thorough, even dusting the tops of things that no one could see. I gave them special instructions about cleaning a shower, cook top surface and black lacquer entertainment center and they were quite willing to use the products I supplied for those purposes. Although some reviewers said the cleaning crew that came to their house could not speak English, that certainly wasn't a problem with my crew. They spoke English and were very professional and pleasant. I've signed up to have them clean my house every other week.

They were 45" early, so I was not completely ready, but they were here, so okay. Noticed van was not marked as a cleaning service. Young man and woman, very professional, but did not speak English. I asked for identification, which they did not understand.Would not let them enter. They called their manager, Francisco Guerin. He did speak English, but it was not his first language. Became defensive when I asked for identification. Wanted to know what did I care since they were cleaning my whole house? I asked about the ad's specifics that I wanted cleaned. It said had t o absolutely note anything special I wanted cleaned when the order was placed. Asked how did they know to do those things? Again, he said, they knew and were cleaning my whole house. I had taken the day off for the cleaning, so allowed them to begin. So placed a call to Angie's List member services, asking why they allowed people to work that did not speak English, with no translation tools? They said they would note that, but to be assured they were the best in the business. I responded that I doubted that for the price and that they said t hey had been in the US 3 months. Told member services I wanted a call back and also emailed the same to the company. Angie's List stated I should take it up with the manager. As they were leaving 2 1/2 hours later, I asked them, "Where are you from?" and Patricia said, Brazil. Went through house and they had not cleaned my bathroom fans. The rest of the house looked very good, to which I give them credit. One week later, I found my credit card number had been stolen and used in Brazil!! (No where else in the world, but Brazil)When discussed with Angie's List customer service, they stated they did not have any responsibility, that they were only a listing agency. Asked about using undocumented workers that refuse to show identification and they stated they did not have any responsibility in that either. Another week later, my debit card number was also used . Possible the workers were finding my personal data instead of cleaning the bathroom fans, which they promised to do. The people we trust, Angie's List, remove themselves from any connection since there was a problem. They suggested I have Francisco come back out and clean my fans! No, a company has one chance to represent themselves with integrity. Even Lindsey (dispute manager) thought it was very unusual that people without identification come into my house one day and then a week later my credit card is used in their home country. Coincidence? Maybe..But this is what a company sets themselves up for when they send workers out without identification or a receipt listing the items agreed on beforehand to be cleaned. Anyone using Angie's List should read the 18 page member agreement they have agreed to. They advertise service without the hassle, but this was the opposite of that. In your disclosure, you remind members that they will be held accountable for their reviews, but YOU are not held accountable for the companies you recommend. This Big Deal was a "Big Deal" in that it glaringly exposed the risk a homeowner takes when having anyone work in their home. The thought that "Angie's List would not use them if they were unworthy of our trust" is a myth. Remember, by their own acknowledgement, WE ARE JUST A LISTING AGENCY!! I did see your caution that members will be held accountable for their reviews...that is interesting since Angie's List is not accountable for their recommendations. Does not seem to go both ways in these situations.

Excellent company and staff. I am on my fourth month of using this cleaning service. Like it so well I have referred Golden Shine Cleaning to a co-worker, friend and neighbor. Francisco and his staff are very thorough, best I've ever had!

Generally, they are very nice people and the quality is great. My only "concern" is that they don't arrive at the same time on the scheduled days. It's been as early as 8:30am or as late at 3:00pm and we're left waiting around for them to arrive.

They were fine. They were comprehensive.

I did npt see the angies list messages till the original date they were suppose to come. They had asked me to change the date they had previously asked me to confirm. We rescheduled immediately, which I appreciated. I asked them to come at a certain time knowing I would not be home. They came 45 mins. early and the only person that was home was my teenage son. There was no one left at my home that spoke English from the company. Someone did stop by, the owner I assume and he spoke to my son while my son text me and asked what I wanted cleaned. I got home 10 mins prior to the time I had planned on them arriving and they were already done with one bathroom. They did a good job and were relativity fast.

It went extremely well. I have used several different cleaning services in the last few years and this couple that came out was the best by MILES! They really worked the whole time they were here and did a thorough job on everything they did. My kitchen absolutely SHINES! And she cleaned on top of the cabinets and cleaned all the decorations I had up there tool. I've been meaing to do that for years - and now I don't have to. yeah! I am beyond pleased!!

Fine. The 2 women worked well together, were easy to get along with and they did a good job in a timely manner. The gentleman who dropped them off and picked them up could have been more professional.

Used this Company twice. First time was through a Angie's list special. for 4 hours. I was home and they cleaned for 2 hours not 4. HOWEVER there were 3 people so they did a fair job of cleaning. I thought I would try them 1 more time. They were very courteous and professional. I contacted the business prior to requesting to ensure certain things were brought to their attention so that they knew I was particular about the bathroom and kitchen. When I returned home the detail I had hoped for was not taken care of. A picture was off the wall and a large fan we use in the bedroom for circulation was laying on top of our bed? I've never had a cleaning service until the past 10 months. Knowing I've had 1 other Company in my home to clean I knew this was out of the ordinary. So I've decided to continue using the previous business and will most likely not return to this one. Although very nice and professional the services were not as I had anticipated and when I come home from work I don't want to have to check to make sure things are done and have to hang pictures and move things back.
