They where very polite. Came in and went right to work. Ask questions when necessary. The house smelled free and clean and it shined. I was very pleased and will schedule them again just to keep up on the weekly cleaning.

It went well. Cost was 150 and we knew that up front.

Bought Angie's List deal for whole house cleaning $149. Scheduling was via email and worked fine. They contacted me to schedule within 3 days. We asked for a change to schedule & they worked it in with no problem. A four person crew arrived about 10 minutes early & went right to work. Very pleased with the work & highly recommend.

They were very hardworking and fast. They did a really great job.

Appointment time was 8 AM, they arrived at 7:45 AM. The job was completed by 12:30. They covered all areas for cleaning ~ except they forgot to clean the floors inside the closets.

The service has been very good. We have had them back for the second time. There is nothing I dislike with my experience with them. They did not charge me anything extra. So, the cost was just the $80 Big Deal.

Initially, the three person team was quite thorough. However, as time passed there were obvious deletions, e.g., cobwebs under furniture, in corners, etc. On the last appointed Friday of service, the owner appeared at our front door to announce that they would not be coming that day, as his assistant was ill. My husband rescheduled for the following Tuesday. On that day, the owner and a new assistant cleaned. He stated that the original assistant had quit the week before with no notice. The final problem was when a custom designed wedding ring made of platinum, 18 and 22 K gold was missing. I make a conscious effort to place valuable jewelry away and out of sight. But, unfortunately, the ring was left in either the shelf in the shower or in plain sight in a cabinet in the master bath. When I went to look for it several days later, it was nowhere to be found. I searched everywhere, even under beds, in corners, etc for several days. When we informed the owner of the business, his comment was to the effect that 'why do these things happen to me'. He seemed most distraught and wanted to see where the ring had been. I questioned him as to his vetting of personnel and whether or not he was bonded and insured. He said that he is but did nothing to offer recompense. The ring was evaluated for value within the last year but we have heard nothing from him to this point in time. We no longer felt comfortable with them in our home and had to discharge their service. We had just purchased Angie's List as several services needed updating. We have NEVER had a problem with theft in the decades of using cleaning personnel, whether private individuals or services but I have to admit that we feel very gun-shy in using any new services, regardless of recommendations. I prefer not to make our information public at this time as we are awaiting further direction. Once resolved, we need to make this specific information public, so that others are not taken advantage of by unsavory people in their homes.

They arrived and were polite and asked me what areas I wanted done and got right to work. They were a bit late and told me they had a hard time finding my house, my house is hard to find so I'm not going to knock them for that. Cleaning was superior to other services I have purchased in the past. Would recommend and likely use them again

Francisco arrived at the exact time we scheduled. I needed help with my house because I am in a transition and becoming overwhelmed. Francisco got to work right away and surpassed my expectations. He performed a deep clean and worked continuously for the amount of hours promised. I was quite pleased with his work ethic and have scheduled him to come back. If you need help with your house I highly recommend Francisco.

We were very satisfied the services. They were punctual, responsive and did a very thorough job cleaning our house top to bottom in anticipation of holiday parties and visitors. We really appreciate the service.

The clean went extremely well. The owner and an employee were very prompt. I pointed out rooms to be cleaned and particular areas of interest. They both worked extremely hard for 3.5 hours to complete what I asked. I offered to pay for the additional hour, but the owner refused. I would definitely hire this firm again.

We have used this company multiple times and we will always call them in the future. They really provide the most thorough and quality cleaning in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company.

They didn't do things like dishes or the inside of my refrigerator. I assumed that wasn't considered deep cleaning. My place look much cleaner than after my usual housekeeper leaves.

I have hired many cleaners over the years and none of them have met my standards. Golden Shine Cleaning Service not only met my standards they went above and beyond. They are willing to clean just about anything I asked and were very friendly. I even left them alone in my house to clean with no reservations. I have hired them to clean on a go forward basis because of their excellent work. Their deep cleaning and quality work makes me highly recommend them to anyone.

I bought the 4 hours of cleaning services as an Angie's List Big Deal as a Christmas present for my son. He's a college student who lives in a house with 4 other guys and their 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms really needed a thorough cleaning. According to my son, the cleaning crew did a very thorough job with the floors and all the surfaces in the kitchens and bathrooms and also had time to vacuum and dust some of the common areas. His only complaint was that they were 30 minutes late and he had to call them to see why they were delayed and if they were still coming. He and his roommates were very pleased by how thorough and efficient they were and would definitely use their services again.

They arrived within fifteen minutes of their estimated arrival time, which was perfectly acceptable to me. My tile floors were thoroughly cleaned, rugs were vacuumed, baseboards washed, all surfaces were dusted or scrubbed. They even cleaned my laundry room. The owner was very professional. The woman who worked with him was very pleasant. I am very much looking forward to working with them on a monthly basis in the future.

They do a superior job and really liked the work that the crew did. I have had them a couple of times when they have offered a special I can afford and was very reasonable. I would like to have them agan buti not at 150.00 to 180.00 which is what I was told the regular price would be. They are superior doing the cleaning every where. They are friendly professional and thorough.

After purchasing my "big deal", I was contacted within the 2 days and that's with New Years being one of those 2 days. I requested date sthe following week and they were able to work me in. They were prompt wih arrival. Due to an unexpected hospitalization , I ha dto leave early and explained to them that I needed to cu ttheir time short with no ill feelings toward them, because it was my fault. I told the team what my priorities were, they agreed to those and an extra room (the kitchen). They worked the entire time. My kitchen sink never sparked so much! The owner felt bad that he could not fulfill the total time, but as I have already explained it was my fault and hold no ill feelings. I will definitlely use this company again.! Highly recommend!

Francisco and his team did an AMAZING job. We have been traveling a lot for the Holidays and our house cleaning has gotten neglected. Francisco and his team stayed and deep cleaned our house far longer than the four hours at no additional cost. I didn't realize our house could sparkle this much! My wife and I are very pleased. I think the house is cleaner than the day we moved in!

We loved them and would recommend to everyone. YOu will not be dissapointed. Very hard workers, very professional and timely.
