Description of Work: The service performed was excellent, and the price was very fair. I was extremely pleased and wanted to set up another appointment. I understood from the Angie's List information about the company that their regular price was $80.00 for 4 hours; but when I asked to schedule a second cleaning, I was told the regular price would be $120.00. I was very disappointed they would not honor the Angie's List quoted regular price.

Description of Work: Best cleaning I have had done by a cleaning company. Two people were here for 3 hours. Mercedes cleaned and dusted top to bottom of my furniture, plus did a great job cleaning our bathrooms. Her male helper washed and vacuumed all of our floors. Excellent job. I would have definitely had them back on a monthly basis, but the owner of Golden Shine and I could not agree on the price.

Description of Work: Golden Shine Cleaning offered a "deal" of 4 hours of cleaning of $75 which made this a good buy! Mercedes started right in after I showed her the house, and Francisco worked in the bathrooms. They both did a fine job & I noticed Mercedes dusting picture frames, window sills, etc. as well as furniture. They brought all their own supplies and worked continuously. My only complaint is that I didn't have them here long enough! (The house is too large for only 4 hours of service, especially considering how thorough they were.)
