Since this was a Big Deal we were pleased how it went. We have 3 small dogs so hair is evident and they did a good job getting that up. They did miss a few trash cans that needed emptying, but that could be due to their first time at our house. It did also take a lot of back & forth to schedule, so they may be at their max of customers they can handle. We will use them again and hope the quality and thoroughness remains consistent.

Everything was fine. We had no problems with them.

It went very well. They showed up a few minutes early which is very refreshing to have a company to arrive early rather than late. The cleaning team of 3 were very pleasant and professional. I was pleased with the high level of service and would gladly use them again.

I had hoped that they would be able to clean my house before a Christmas party. However, they were booked until January so I used someone else.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. The deal was for 6 hours of cleaning and 3 people came for 2 hours. I didn't pay any additional. They couldn't actually find 6 hours of work here because it is a small condo; it was probably 5 1/2 hours. I've had them come back once since then and they are coming again next week. They seem to have a desire to put everything away so that everything is clear and then we can't find things afterwards so I'm going to tell them to leave everything as it is after they clean under it. We put away everything that we want put away. We keep certain things out because we want them out. That is the only complaint that I have. They are definitely punctual; they are often early.

They were awesome. Francisco was wonderful. I would have continued having him clean but it was very hard to get him to reply back and I couldn’t get the dates I wanted. They did an awesome job. They were so professional, polite, and took time and care with things. They actually had a squeegee that they used on the wooden floor so they got the streaks off. I was so thrilled. There were 2 people and they were here for the full time. I was really happy with the service. They cleaned everything in the kitchen and I have never seen my stove and refrigerator so clean except when I first purchased them. Whatever they did, it really got the grease and the kitchen was spotless. I know language was a little issue but we really didn’t have an issue when they were here. The problem was in scheduling. We did get an e-mail but it took a while for them to come.

They cleaned our house well. My sink was more sparkling than I realized it could be.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they were pretty good. Not the top. There were three of them and they did a pretty good job. I can't give them the highest rating, but I can't exactly what the issue was. I won't say everything was great and I am sorry I can't say more than that; I just don't know. My interaction with the provider was pretty good. They came out to do the work pretty quickly after I purchased the Big Deal and were prompt. They had a fixed price.

There was a confusion about the appointment set a couple of times. They did a good job. Did not stay the entire time set by the promotion..it would be too expensive to have if not on special promotion.

What an incredible job! They were awesome - I have gone through 2-3 other companies that I was very unsatisfied with before finding Golden Shine and I'm so glad I found them. 1. They contacted me immediately - we set a date and time. AND they showed up - exactly on time (3 mins early to be exact). No difficulties in getting scheduled, no late arrivals or pushed back appointments. They showed up when they said they would. 2. From the second they walked in I knew they would be good - they took their shoes off on the front porch (left them out there) and slipped on clean sandals they had in bags so they wouldn't cause any mess themselves. This was way above and beyond, totally unnecessary but highly impressive. 3. I work from home so I requested they do certain areas first/last so it wouldn't affect my work day, they did things exactly as I asked and were super quiet so I could continue to work. 4. They do EVERYTHING! All the stuff that these other companies say are extra (cleaning appliances, fan blades etc) they did as a normal part of the job. Usually you have to hire a deep clean, pay extra to other companies but this one it was all part of the job. 5. Since the deal was for 6 hours of cleaning I asked that if they got done with the normal stuff that they vaccuum and dust my finished basement. Now other companies i've hired when I ask this they always say they'll try and then go super slow so they don't have to do it. Golden Shine kicked it into higher gear to make sure they could get that in for me. 6. When done he walked me all through the house and showed me what they did and demonstrated that things no longer had dust/were now clean etc. They even went so far as to clean the fan vents in the ceilings of my bathrooms - that is unheard of! I could go on and on but I will definitely be hiring them again and was incredibly pleased with the work.

They did a good job, and were courteous, professional and on time. I was home while they were cleaning - they did a thorough job in the kitchen which is great. They did miss a few things in the bathrooms - didn't clean shower doors in one frameless shower and missed the floor of another. But overall things looked good and I liked that they arranged pillows in living areas (nice detail). Under Angie's List deal, they worked 6 hours and then stopped so not all rooms were done: I would like to see them do a complete job - worth having them back.

It all went very well. They were right on time, got right to work, worked briskly and efficiently. All conversation was up beat and positive. They seemed eager to please me and proud of doing a superior job.

Francisco has been cleaning for us for over 3 years now. They do an excellent job, with overall house cleaning ( bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen and basement). They are thorough and efficient every time. They also clean windows for a reasonable price. Moreover, they are reliable, consistent and trustworthy - these qualities are hard to find among cleaning services.

This company is owned by Francisco and his wife. Francisco, along with his team of helpers, is always on time and together they are very efficient at cleaning. He is very trustworthy and is willing to clean different areas if asked. He has a little trouble with English but is learning very quickly. He has also cleaned a rental unit we own downtown during his weekend off.

Francisco and the people who work with him have cleaned for us for over a year now and we've always been pleased. They are courteous, they come when they say they will, they have worked well with us when we've needed to change a day for some reason, and our house is always nice and clean when they leave. I will continue to use them and would recommend them. Francisco is Brazilian, but understands English quite well.

I am the type of person who would rather hear of good services from trustworthy people than to "try out" random housecleaning services from the web. I have been very impressed with Golden Shine Cleaning Services so far and have been a recurrent customer for over 16 months now! The owner is very accessible and will work with you to make sure you are receiving exactly what you want out of a cleaning service. They are wonderful, hardworking, and trustworthy people who have been a pleasure to get to know throughout this year. They have kept me sane during my first year with a baby at home. I will continue to keep their services for sure! Very Trustworthy.... highly recommend
