Description of Work: On advise from a salesman at Best Buy, my daughter was advised to purchase a monthly Geek Squad service for computer problems.When she learned that her service did not cover her problems, she immediately cancelled....or tried to. The monthly fee is still being applied to her credit card bill after two months.Calls to 1-800-GeekSquad result in transfers from one person to another. After two hours and nine people on the phone one evening, we were advised someone would call with 48 hours. No one ever did. We enlisted the help of our Visa Credit Card who was also transferred from one person to another and finally had to file two "disputes." GeekSquad appears to play some sort of game to prevent people from cancelling or their staff is entirely inept.

Description of Work: Purchased a laptop and some software. Best Buy Geek squad installed. We had multiple problems with the installation and had to make repeated trips back to the store. The Geek Squad would not make a house call to repair their mistakes. Very poor customer service
