Description of Work: I went to Franklin for glass inserts for several new kitchen cabinet doors I was installing. They had many choices, were helpful in selections, and the work was done when promised. A good experience and would certainly use them again.

They do good work but it took alot longer than expected (several months longer) On cabinet doors they gave me a price verbally and did not honor it when talking to the owner about the price conflict.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. WE FIRST PRICED A NEW WINDOW WITH THE ART GLASS AT ANOTHER PLACE THAT CAN DO BOTH, BUT FELT LIKE WE WEREN'T GETTING VERY MUCH DESIGN DIRECTION AND THE PRICE WAS HIGH. SO, I THEN ORDERED THE WINDOW FROM CORNA, AND HAD FRANKLIN DO THE GLASS. I SAVED ABOUT 50% BY DOING IT THIS WAY ($4200 THIS WAY VS. $6500 THE OTHER WAY) AND I FELT LIKE I GOT MUCH MORE DESIGN HELP. KEN AT FRANKLIN ART WAS GOOD AT LISTENING TO WHAT WE LIKED AND MAKING APPROPRIATE DESIGN RECOMMENDATIONS.

THEY ALLOWED US TO SEE THE CREATION AT EACH STEP TO ASSURE WE WERE ALL IN AGREEMENT TO HOW IT WAS BEING CREATED. THE DESIGN STAFF WAS EXCELLENT TO WORK WITH. THE PROJECT RAN OVER THE ESTIMATED DATE AND THE PRICE SEEMED HIGH, BUT NOT EXORBITANT. WE CALLED THEM FOR ANY STATUS AND SOMETIMES HAD TO CHASE THEM FOR INFORMATION OR CALLS BACK. THE FINAL PRODUCT IS BEAUTIFUL. WE ALREADY PLAN ANOTHER PROJECT WITH THEM FOR A BAR AREA.
Description of Work: WE HAD A CUSTOM-SHAPED, CUSTOM-MADE COLORED GLASS WINDOW CREATED AND THERMOPANED TO FILL A LARGE 6 FOOT BY 3 FOOT WINDOW WITH AN ARCHED TOP. ALSO, SOME FROSTED AND DESIGNED PANES TO REPLACE THOSE THAT WERE IN A BEDROOM THAT WE CONVERTED TO A BATHROOM.
