Description of Work: Re-upholstered sofa, loveseat, and 2 chairs. Completed the work before Thanksgiving like scheduled. One chair lacked enough padding in the arms. They came after the holiday and picked up the chair to fix with no questions asked.

Description of Work: They reupholstered a chair that was 40 years old. The manager, Diane, was so kind and patient with me. I couldn't say enough about them. They were terrific! The product is exceptionally well done as well.

Description of Work: Had old couch cushions foam replaced. I had to call them 2 times to find out cushions they had for 5 business days where not done. They did complete the following Monday. No discount was offered for the full weekend delay. I dropped cushions of on a Saturday with the promise they would be done Friday at the latest.
