Horrendous customer service and attention to detail! Would not recommend to family, friends, or strangers! Received 3 invoices for same work but the scope and itemized costs were different in each. Final invoice said it was due 5 days before we even received it! Unprofessional and unresponsive in emails even when trying to answer simple questions such as scheduling the work and how we will receive an receipt. Also took over a month for them to complete the work after starting. Appalled by such terrible customer service. We respectfully notified them of our concerns in case they wanted to try and resolve but we were coldly received.

This was for a rental property. The appointment was made and my renter was supposed to be at the house when he arrived. She called to say that she was delayed and was 5 minutes away and would he please wait. He refused. He passed he within a mile of the house, refused to answer his phone from then on. When he was finally contacted he stated that he would not come back and perform the services purchase and that if i wanted my money, I could go through Angie's List but he wouldn't do the work. Fortunately Angie's List refunded the money even though the service was scheduled outside of the 30 day money back refund window. He was tremendously unprofessional. He did not seem to care about my business and while I understand that it was an appointment and it was missed, to refuse to reschedule for a paid for service was not acceptable. Clearly, I will not be contacting him again for any service.

Inspection done in a timely manner and with great professionalism.

The inspection was done in a timely fashion. He even came back at a later date free of charge to inspect the chimney from the roof because the first time he came there was snow on the roof.

Went very smoothly & promptly. Pointed out some internal & external issues that needed addressed before we could safely use our fireplace.

The price was for the deal. We have more work that needs to be done so he quoted that. He spent more time quoting that than he did actually doing the cleaning service apparently it was for chimney sweep and he just went in there in the vacuum and didn't actually sweep the whole chimney I guess there was a whole bunch of cobweb that is still in my chimney that is what I have been told by me new mason. I would not use them in the future.

He did a fast and efficient job. Didn't leave a mess and made appropriate recommendations for future work with realistic expectations for price, time, and when to best schedule.

Jerry was very professional. He was one time and did a wonderful job in cleaning our fireplace. He also did a great job of explaining about fireplace safety and made sure we knew how often to have our fireplace cleaned. We were also very pleased that he was willing to come to our area to perform the work. We would most definitely recommend Jerry to anyone who is needing their fireplace repaired or cleaned. His price was reasonable also.

Very smooth. Jerry, the owner showed up on time for our appointment and did a great job explaining some potential issues with our chimney system. Cleaning and inspection took about an hour and he cleaned up after like they were never here.
